okay... Aelita was wandering around Lyoko when she found Roxas. Roxas explained that he wasn't from here and needed to get back to his world. Aelita is trying to get Jeremi to help get Roxas to their world just like they did with Aelita in the show. But then Sora found Aelita and wanted to know where he was. simple enough? ^^
