Torrin nodded when both Take and Boreas showed concern for him. "Yeah...just tired is all." Torrin took a deep breath, unsure of how he could even explain what he had just seen. He had almost forgotten that they were still in a tunnel and needed to get out before another cave in sealed them in again. He took off after the other two. "I'm not dropping anytime soon." He assured the others as they hurried to the exit.

"I'm tired of all these dead ends and setbacks." Torrin muttered in annoyance as soon as they exited the tunnel. He slowed down and took a moment to catch his breath. The fresh air did him some good and calmed him down. Torrin looked over at Take. "Nice moves back there, kid. You seem to know what you're doing. Keep it up and I might give you Boreas's rank."

Avra placed her hand on Chrys's shoulder. "It's okay. It's good that you've let it out." She patted Chrys's shoulder. "Just let those memories motivate you and there'll be nothing that can stop us."

"Talk about a tragic backstory. I'm just here because I don't want Heartless in the Realm of Light." Dentro chimed in.

"My world was falling to darkness when the Master found me." Pagos muttered, looking down. "I want to bring it back." He spoke quietly.

"As was mine. Though I never cared for it, the people on it never deserved that kind of fate."
    Zeno sighed.

"Yeah...I'm not even sure what to say about it...but things will work out. We're already got three Princesses and I'm sure in no time we'll be led to the fourth. We'll fix everything. It'll just take time." Koa assured her, giving Chrys a small smile. "You'll find your brother someday. For now, just keep him in your heart." His hand rested on Chrys's other shoulder. "He may not be around but you have us! Right guys?"

"Mmmm..." Avra smacked Dentro across the back of his head for that response. He yelped and held the back of his head, chuckling. "H-hey! I was kidding. Of course! We're a team. Team's gotta stick together and stuff. Go team. Team Chasers."

Take was surprised once they were out that Torrin complimented his skills. He almost wished he had been a little more under control then cause he considered this one of the worst examples of his skill and control out of combat. Still, the boy felt a bit honored at the compliment and bowed his head slightly, "I appreciate the comment, but I would think I wouldn't do very well with heartless hordes or anything of the sort. You guys seemed nearly noncha... noncha... calm about a darkside and spoke like it was more of a minor inconvenience. That thing was... terrifying."

Glyde rolled his eyes, but calmed down nonetheless against the urging of Thallasa and the others. He stepped away from the window, and leaned back against the wall. For a moment, he maintained his stare towards the city. Then, a flicker of thought flared in his eyes. He looked around the room. Suspicious, don't you think?" He asked, directing his question most to the Master. "They have a mechanism here to stop us using our magic and all. Would have taken some time to get up and running. And how much they planned out ahead of us. It's almost like they anticipated we'd make this move."

Take seemed to accept his reason and started leading the way again, should he wear out, Boreas would take over to light the way. Torrin admitted to being rather tired, had he not slept well during the last night or was something else going on? He assured them he wasn't going to drop on them, Boreas would have to see that for himself. He fell in line with the others leaving the tunnel guarding the rear and keeping his eyes peeled for any other traps. They got out of the tunnels without further trouble and Torrin muttered something about setbacks. Boreas was glad to be out in the open again, if only to not worry about another collapse and getting trapped gain. Boreas had to laugh when Torrin commented on Take's moves, yes he was definitely good back there. Take took the comment well, politely declining the position. "
You'll get used to it really, the first couple of times I saw one of those Darksides I was afraid, but compared to the hordes, they're not scary." Boreas said. "I imagine that compared to those dragons, from your homeworld a single Darkside isn't so bad either, sure it looks a bit nasty and packs a punch but you really get used to them." Boreas added with a grin only to realise that it was hidden beneath his helmet. "Well I doubt we got time to keep going still so we ought to fall back, rest up." Boreas said before touching the communications device. "Master Thallasa, this is Boreas, we're out of the tunnels, they proved nothing more than a trap, everyone is alright all things considered. We're falling back now, where do we need to go?"

Illiana dodged out of the way of the incoming chair that had been thrown at her. Landing back on her feet, Illiana looked back at the wall and looked at the hole it made. "I can see how you got your name now." With a hand on her chin and the other on her hip, she inspected the wall with an impressed look on her face. She turned back to see the fight continue. Before she knew it, the fight had ended and Edna walked out of where she had been hiding. She had begun panicking over the current situation. As she pulled out her phone, she looked at the group."Hm...yes...yes. But we have no other choice. I have a lot of work ahead if I'm going to turn you from heroes to superheroes." Illiana angled her head to the right as she let out her voice. "Excuse me? Who's going to be what now?" Before she could speak any further, Edna immediately rushed out of the room to begin her planning. Illiana let out a sigh before turning her head toward Thallasa. "Quite sprightly for someone of her stature. I like her." Illiana crossed her arms and nodded her head as she agreed with her. "It's quite impressive. Her choice of words were pretty interesting as well." She thought back to the earlier conversation before the fight broke out and tried her best from laughing. As Thallasa continued to speak, Illiana grabbed her head again as the pounding continued. "I believe we should be safe enough to rest, now. From what I've been told, you lot have had a very long day." Illiana listened as the others put their input on it. She rubbed her temple to try and remedy the pain. "Suspicious, don't you think?" She looked over to Glyde as he paused before resuming his sentences. "They have a mechanism here to stop us from using our magic and all. Would have taken some time to get it up and running. And how much they planned out ahead of us. It's almost like they anticipated we'd make this move." Illiana let out another sigh before taking a couple steps away. "We can think about that stuff and be Sherlock Holmes tomorrow. Right now, I wanna get some sleep and take some medicine that's gonna take care of this damn headache. Glad we're all on the same page. Here's my question. Where in the hell are we sleeping tonight in this mansion?" She looked over to Thallasa as she asked.

While everyone was talking, Aria had cleaned up the majority of the glass and stone scattered on the ground. She swept the pile in little bits at a time, dumping it in the large trashcan until it was gone, and then set down the broom and dustpan next to the trashcan, going over to the abused couches tossed on the ground. Everyone was focused on what just happened, and rightfully so. Aria figured they couldn't do a thing about it though, so why stay on the subject? That, and she was running on fumes at this point. There would be no sleep for her tonight though, not with just happened.

Aria grunted as she pushed one couch back where it was, finding more glass and swept it up. She then picked up the couch cushions and placed them back on the couch, going over to a couple more to fix what she could. "
I wonder if I could make some hot chocolate too," Aria wondered out loud. "I could use another cup right now."

Watching Aria made Qamar feel bad that she was alone to clean up. So she decided to help and got the rest of the bits of glass that was scattered in plain sight. While the others talked about where to go, Qamar was more concerned with fixing the messes that were made. Even if she wasn't responsible, she was taught to clean after herself.

"Aria, we should totally make hot chocolate. It was super good last time." She said this as she effortlessly pushed the last piece of furniture back. It helped to have worked out all these years that a task like this was easy enough.

Aria was prepared to clean up everything herself and not complain one bit about it, but Qamar jumped in and started to help her out. She then perked up when the girl mentioned the beverage Aria made before they departed from the castle. The only ones who had openly said they liked her homemade hot chocolate was Take and Torrin. And to hear that someone else liked it too, she smiled a bit. "Thank you. My aunt taught me how to make it. I mean, if I'm allowed to make it here, we can go for it." She grinned while tilting her head to the side, and then had a look around the room. Besides the obvious breeze that was coming in through the window, nothing else was really needing to be done to clean up. Everything had been swept back and put back in place along with the pillows fluffed and furniture rid of glass and debris. Aria sighed out and rubbed the back of her head, staring out the window for a moment. "Hopefully the others are okay..."

Thallasa looked at Glyde and nodded in agreement on hearing his thoughts on the situation. "Interesting observations. Yes, I would not be surprised if they had been tipped off about us coming here but the question is how. Only us and the Council know we're here." She rubbed her chin thoughtfully. "There's no use wondering about it now though. It won't change our predicament. Everyone's had a hard day and deserves some well-earned rest before any of you burn out. Going out there now will only endanger yourselves and will help no one. You can't save anyone if you're dead." Thallasa directed towards Tinarah. She opened her mouth to add another line of thought when the sound of Boreas's voice came through her communication device.

A look of concern crossed her face when she was told they fell into a trap. The last thing they needed was to lose their own on a fool's errand. She sighed. They would have to come up with a new plan tomorrow. "Alright, here's the directions..."

"Darksides aren't even the biggest things out there." Torrin spoke with a hint of amusement in his voice while Boreas was speaking with Thallasa. "Thinking back on it...there are probably a few Heartless out there you wouldn't want to run into if you're not so keen on dragons." He hadn't run into a non-Heartless dragon before but he had seen his share of giant flying Heartless before and was more than a little curious to see how the real thing measured up. Though he didn't want to see the comparison anytime soon.

Torrin took a deep breath. "It's good to have someone watching your back...I forgot what that felt like." If Boreas hadn't been there to keep the portal open for him he would have likely been forced to resort to more drastic measures to escape and, even then, he doubted he would have had the energy to make it far on his own. Of course, having a few extra hands around didn't hurt at all. When Boreas finished speaking with Thallasa it was time to get moving again. Apparently it was a fair distance away to walk but if they hurried they could make it not long after dark.

"Come on, let's go. If I can still jog there's no excuse for anyone else to start slacking off." He spoke despite knowing how tired he already was. He couldn't slow down now. He had to keep his blood pumping if he wanted to stay awake.

Boreas explaining their difficulty compared to the dragons made Take feel a little better, but when Torrin mentioned darksides weren't even the biggest, Take's heart skipped a beat as he remembered the... hand that seemed to swoop and nearly kill Atmos and Choma had to save her. He wondered if maybe that one was the biggest one. He certainly hoped so.

As soon as Torrin mentioned him being able to job and that they shouldn't slack off, Take crossed his arms and said,
"Just because you can, doesn't mean you should... but I'll never be a slacker on any day." And he began to jog with them as soon as the others began to. As they ran towards their destination Take asked, "Though... Darksides are still one of the bigger ones, right?"

Torrin went quiet for a moment, recalling his own encounters with the Heartless back on his homeworld and one particularly monstrous one that they had recently faced at Eventide Town. There were Heartless that dwarfed a lowly Darkside but they were so rare he they were hardly worth a mention. "Yeah. Generally that's one of the big ones." He commented, lagging behind Takehiko as the group of four jogged their way towards Edna's mansion. "Not every Heartless is so scary, though. Once I saw this little four year old kid try to befriend a Shadow. Said it was his Friendly Heartless. He hugged it and...well, the last time I saw him he still had the scars to show for it." He left out the part where that was his youngest cousin, not wanting to go into family matters. 'Shit...he must be fourteen by now. Would he even remember me?'

Eventually, the group came to the entrance gate of the mansion. The gates opened automatically making way for a path that led up around a hill where a solitary mansion stood. The sky had darkened considerably and night was upon them. Even so, as they started their ascent up the hill Torrin could see where one of the mansion's large windows was broken. "I don't hear anything. Whatever fight that went on here seems to have stopped some time ago."

"I hope so too..." Qamar said. She rested her arms behind her back and glanced to Aria. She didn't want to give Aria the wrong idea, so she sighed and scootrd closer to her. She cleared her throat and whispered to her. "That was you screaming, huh?" She asked, referencing her earlier remark of a scream. "I'm asking because for some reason your door was torn down this morning and for a some reason, he was in your room consoling you about something."

Taking a moment, Qamar closed her eyes. "Look, I won't force you to talk about it, but do you want somebody sleeping in your room with you? Maybe to give you some peace of mind and protection from whatever nightmare that's haunting you? I'm not forcing you, I just want to offer it. I understand if I'm being far too forward."

Qamar spoke only with concern in her voice. She too suffered from nightmares at times. Though she never told anybody about them before. "If it helps, I suffer from nightmares too...you're the first person I've ever told so keep it secret.." she asked

Well earned rest. Tinarah almost wanted to laugh. Where was her well earned rest when she was forced to fight heartless and train with Torrin daily until she was so tired she barely wanted to eat and was just looking for sleep? Why did she deserve this rest suddenly now that peoples lives were in danger. And even as all of this upset her, she still wasn't angry enough to lash out. She could hear Torrin whispering in her ears asking why she wasn't going to do anything about it? Why she wasn't going to turn that anger of hers into fighting spirit and do something, but... she couldn't. Even with her keyblade back she was not that kind of person. She could not just do that. Fear... fear of what was to come drove her but not anger, and her drive was not going to push her to the point to defy authority.

Backing down, Tinarah didn't seem too happy about it as she found her way back to the corner by the window. Clearing out a place from the remaining glass shards, she sat on the ground looking out the shattered window at the lands beyond. Lifting her violin to her chin, tears slowly warmed her face as she began to play. There was no reason for the tears besides the fact that it has been a long hard day, and she felt like she wasn't capable of doing enough to actually help anyone even when she wanted to. She didn't want anyone to suffer the same future that she had glimpsed into, a future ruled by the darkness. Her music rang out through the room, and Tinarah didn't care who heard, who caught the emotion behind it. Her heart still clenched with fear and thoughts of what she had been through, this was the only solace she had.

The girl stiffened when this morning's incidents were clearly addressed this time. Aria felt a lump form in her throat and her eyes shifted to the side, only to look ahead again over the city, now being covered in shadows of the night. Her fingers instinctively started to play with the charms on Mika's friendship bracelet, and then they tightened around one of the charms as she forced herself to be grounded again. She wasn't going to be caught up in her own panic. She was glad Qamar wasn't going to force her to talk about it, she wasn't even sure herself what was happening to her yet. She wanted to talk to Tinarah or even Take about it first before she opened up to anyone else about it, the people who she bonded with the most lately. The sound of the violin rang out, and Aria looked over to see that Tinarah was in her own little world right now, distraught with something. Well, that was one person she couldn't go to at the moment... And with what Tinarah went through just recently, Aria didn't think it was fair for her to place this on the girl's shoulders either. Not with her current state. Take wasn't back yet, and even then she wondered if he would want to listen to her. He did back on the ship when she was grieving for Mika, but what about this? Would he be even up for it? They had a long day...

Aria was lost in thought for a moment and glanced down at her forearms. They were smudged with ash, and a little banged up, but the scratches that were there this morning from that thing had all been erased by Torrin way earlier. She was expecting them to appear again any moment for some reason. She was then brought back to reality when Qamar said she too suffered from nightmares. Aria looked away from her arms and tucked her hands behind her back. "
I'm sorry, Qamar... That you have nightmares, too." Aria sighed out a little and kicked at the floor lightly. "I... appreciate your offer with wanting to room with me, but uh, I'm going to be staying up late... Really late... And I don't want to be a bother." She smiled and shrugged her shoulders. "Again, thank you though, but I'm gonna say no so you can have a, uh, good night's sleep."

Realizing the blunder of her words, she cringed and stepped away awkwardly from Qamar in long strides. "
I, uh, I'm going to find Miss Edna... Ask her about, er, making some hot chocolate." She pointed with both fingers to the hallway and smiled sheepishly before she hurried off and away from the others.

Sighing out, she didn't have to go far before she saw the short lady not too far away from her. It seemed she was done with a very important phone call, and Aria cleared her throat. "
Um, excuse me, Miss Edna? We cleaned up the living room the best we could. Are we, uh, still staying the night with you? If we are, I was wondering if I could make some hot chocolate? For everyone, and you of course if you want some too."

"His friendly heartless..." Take found quite a bit of amusement in that sentence. He didn't really ever try looking at any of these heartless like they were "cute" or "friendly" and he would never admit he'd change him mind and look at them that way. They were his new enemy he had to face and so he never tried to seek anything remotely positive on the other side. He didn't want that to give him a weakness.

When they were at the mansion finally, he looked up at the window curiously before saying,
"There's a lot of destroying being done on that side. I don't see the appeal."

"Appeal? Hm. Just keep your guard up. I don't sense Heartless around but there could still be something lurking around the corner." His keyblade reappeared in his hand as they began to near the mansion.

Edna's face looked troubled but on seeing Aria's face she lowered her phone and smiled faintly at the girl. "Thank you, darling. Are you sure you're a hero? Cleaning is beneath you." She spoke bluntly, giving Aria a compliment in her own way. "And of course! It's just what I need after this day. A cup would be just lovel-" The sound of the front door being broken down reached their ears. Edna, having had enough, ran out from the hallway to greet the intruder while brandishing her phone as a bludgeoning weapon.

As soon as he entered, looking ready to battle, Torrin lowered his keyblade seeing several of the others looking a little roughed up but alive beyond the hallway. Truth be told, he hadn't been sure to completely trust that everyone was fine. With everything they had seen, he thought it reasonable to err on the side of caution. Apparently he had been too paranoid and was reminded of that fact when down came a little woman in black charging at him with a phone in her hand. "You brute!" She called out at him. He sighed, slightly embarrassed at the mistake.

"I'm on your side!" He saw Aria not far behind as Edna began to strike him with the phone which thankfully did not hurt at all. "False alarm, guys. I just thought that...since it was so quiet this could've been another elaborate trap." Torrin explained.

Take had followed after Torrin with his keyblade drawn as well, but once Torrin had broken through the door and everything he summoned away the keyblade and looked a bit confused at the scene. When Torrin tried to explain how he thought this could have been an elaborate trap but then Take paused and said, "Sorry. Torrin just has a problem with doors. One attacked him when he was a little and he's never been the same since. Though, in our defense. Stuffed tiny bears were exploding and tunnels were caving in. Anything could have been possible." he looked around the others and said, "Everything is okay though, right?"

Aria was startled with the suddenly noise coming from the front door, only to see the door falling to the floor and Torrin standing there with his keyblade in his hand. Aria stood there in shock, blinking a moment before Edna suddenly charged forth and started to whack Torrin's shin to death. Take tried to come in and explain things away, which made the situation all the more hilarious. She tried to hold back a laugh, which came out as a snort. She quickly covered her mouth, but her laughs were escaping in raspberry sounds by now, and giggles were eruptingom the girl.

She calmed down and cleared her throat, smiling as she raised her hands up towards the small woman. "
It's okay, Edna. This is our friend Torrin... And Take. And Adalric. And Boreas." When Take asked if everything was okay, Aria shrugged her shoulders. "Less and... less. I mean, we're all okay. For the most part... Most of us are running low on strength. Mr. Incredible got hypnotized or something by some kind of villain lady called Mozzer... I mean, Mezmerella. He was made to turn against us and beat us pretty bad... And that guy in the armor was here too... But they got away with Mr. Incredible. Which... yeah. That's bad."

She rolled her shoulders and then massaged one of them. "
Everyone is in the living room... Kinda recovering. I was going to make some hot chocolate, until the door needlessly died..."

Qamar appreciated that Aria spoke a little with her, but she understood Aria did need room after being reminded of whatever happened. So Qamar stood and looked over the city and listened to Tinarahs violin playing. It was beautiful but Qamar sensed some sadness in the music.

She turned and stepped to Tinarah and watched her closely, enjoying the music. She figured once she was done, she'd talk to the girl a little to try and make friends as best as she could. Once she had stopped, Qamar clapped and smiled. "Wonderful. But I could tell it was sad. I hope you feel better soon, Tinarah." Qamar said, offering kind words. "I know we didn't really start off well, but I do want to get to know you some da-"

Qamar was interrupted by a loud crash of a door being smashed in. "Did Torrin come back?" She wondered aloud. She shook her head and cleared her throat. "Aria says she's gonna make hot chocolate soon. Want to get some with me once it's done? Maybe we can just talk about things in general?" She suggested.

Chrono could tell that Tinarah wasn't fond of the answer that she was given as she walked off on to a corner. While not sure how he felt about Qamar walking over to her, but the crashing noise was what he was more concerned about. When he'd gotten to the front door, he was relieved to see that it was Take, Boreas and Torrin, but confused as to why the door was just completely knocked off its hinges. From the bits and pieces he'd gathered, he gathered an understanding of what happened to the door. "You know you could have knocked right?"
