When Take had gotten enough away from Gero, he noticed Chrono out of the corner of his eye. He stopped by him and looked at Chrono, "Was that overdramatic?" he asked that flatly, almost detecting the irony in it himself. He looked like he wanted to keep walking further away from Gero though and didn't know how much Chrono would want to talk about. He felt like if Chrono did talk about it, it would be focused more on Take's response. But all the boy could think about was how vague Gero was. He was feeling immediately grateful at this point that he ended up being taught by Atmos versus whoever this guy thought he was.

"Good work, Adalric. Though I believe you've had enough training for today. It's time you got your hands dirty with a real assignment." Aster stepped onto the training grounds. "Go out the front entrance. That's where everyone is waiting on you. Master Thallasa is leading the mission." She directed. "Oh, and good luck Adalric. You're a capable student working alongside other capable students. I do not see any reason why you can't make friends of them. ...Just be wary of the two from the Realm of Darkness. They seem to have good heads on them but after hearing of Tinarah and Master Gero's experiences I'd rather not have you taking any unnecessary risks."

"We're going to a rather exciting world. A quite colorful one if I do say so myself. I am sure that there will be plenty of opportunity for you all to test your strength there." She answered Boreas, looking back to the entrance to wait for the others to return and for the last student to arrive before they depart.

After Aria had come to see him he was left in good spirits but eventually after waiting he realized that no one else was coming. Choma stepped out of the castle when Tinarah had not come to him to bid him farewell. "Tinarah you're leaving already?" Choma stepped over towards the girl, giving a faint smile. "I wanted to see you off and wish you safe travels."

"Well it's good to see that you're getting some air on another world." Kide commented, barely looking up from the book he was reading. On the spine of the leather-bound book was a single letter golden letter too damaged from the book's abuse to be legible anymore. He turned to another page and nodded to himself then placed a bookmark before he set the book down on his desk. "It's a surprise. There's sections of the castle that have been sealed off for my work...but let's just say this will make combat training fun. The basic functions should be up and running by the time you return. Honestly my work would have taken me another decade to complete without some of these technical books Master Stamatis has allowed me to use. Another master had the same idea but just never started work on the project." Kidemonas looked back up at Qamar.

"Anyway, good luck on the trip. I've still got a lot of work to finish."

At the sound of the door opening Dentro turned to look at who entered and flashed a wide grin on his face. "Hey look who showed up!"

"Oh? Chrys? What's up?" Koa spoke up.

Zeno turned in his seat at the bar and took a sip of his red wine. "Oh my, the prodigal daughter has returned. Welcome back."

"So how'd your mission go?" Koa curiously asked motioning for Chrys to take a seat with him and Dentro at the table they were at.

"Did Avra boss you around? She can be a really pushy." Dentro kicked up his feet onto the table before Koa pushed them off. "Hey!"

"That's because you have no manners. I'm still confused why the master ever picked someone as uncultured as you."

"I'll show you uncultured." Dentro tossed a crumpled up napkin at Zeno who ducked his head and glared at him.

    "Guys really...not today."

Tinarah hadn't expected to hear a voice behind her as Choma approached. Tinarah stood and turned to him, respectful of her former master. She knew she should feel more, feel sad they had to leave, or something. She was terrified last time Choma left them, but now, it didn't seem to matter who was going with them, just as long as they were safe. "Yeah... I can't just sit around while everyone else fights." Tinarah said faintly to him trying and failing to offer him a smile before looking down at her hands. She really didn't know how to talk to Master Choma at this time. "Thanks for the well wishes though. I am sure we will be back soon." Tinarah grabbed her wrist looking up hoping what she was saying was acceptable. While her eyes were down, she tried not to look too hard at her own physical shape. She had a feeling that drawing attention to it, or even dwelling on it too long might make things more difficult for her to actually go on this mission. It was best to leave while they didn't seem to concerned about it, and while she could still convince herself she was well enough to be there. "Well... bye." She said shifting awkwardly. If it was Stamatis she would probably give him one last hug, but Choma, she didn't know anymore, so she waited awkwardly until it was time to go. If he had hugged her she wouldn't push him away but she wasn't going for a hug herself.

Qamar walked over to Kidemonas and glanced at the book he was reading. She looked at it only a moment before Kidemonas had managed to close it up and set it down. She huffed and listened to him explain what his project was. "Well at least I won't have to wait too much longer, I suppose." she admitted. Qamar scratched her head and nodded to herself. She then bowed to Kidemonas and took a deep breath, breathing out to try and calm her nerves. "I'm kind of scared, Master..." she spoke, a little fear in her voice. Deep down, she was scared how things would turn out. She was scared if anybody would ever talk to her and be her friend. She already messed up with Torrin and Tinarah, what if she messes up with the others.

"I messed up...I messed up already. I can't even call Adalric a friend and we've known each other over 5 years." she said to Kidemonas, her head still bowed to hide the tears threatening to force themselves out. "I'm really scared that I'll never make good friends...you know how I am, right? Nobody likes a person like that...I know that first hand. I even spilled my whole life story and troubles to somebody I just met yesterday..." she said this as she stood back up and rubbed her arm in a spot for a good minute or so. "But I'll try to be better. It's not my fault I'm like this, you know." She looked at Kidemonas in the eyes, sending him an unspoken reminder of how she came to be his student.

An older woman who had saved her when she first arrived on the new world, looked Qamar over one last time. She nodded to herself and gave the young, scared girl a hug. "I'm sorry I can't help you here." the woman admitted, kissing Qamar's head. "But I know about a Council who can give you better aide than me." The woman looked sad, having gotten so close to the young Qamar. She already knew most of Qamar's story and that made her heart hurt knowing what the young child went through. She could only hope that one day, she would learn to control her darkness and live in peace.

Qamar rubbed her head where she had received the kiss and felt tears prick her eyelids. "I'm sorry, grandma...I...I'll miss you...but I'm scared, ya know?" she admitted. "You're gonna be here when I leave, right? I'll get to see you again, right?" Qamar looked upon the older woman with tears falling down her cheeks. The woman nodded in response, giving a sad smile to Qamar.

"I'll be here so long as I have my keyblade. I will never, ever fall to the evil creatures." she spoke, her words ringing heavy in Qamar's ears. This woman, who Qamar affectionately called Grandma, was definitely telling a lie. Qamar only could tell because she noticed how the world slowly was starting to crumble away and the dark creatures threatened to steal her heart. Qamar turned and summoned her keyblade, holding it close to her chest. It looked plain and worn out from excessive use over the year. Before Qamar could even think, she felt a spell hit her in the back. Her keyblade disappeared and she looked behind to see Grandma with a pained expression. Qamar's body was soon enveloped by light as her eyes closed, sleep taking over.

"My last gift to you...a peaceful slumber to help your travels." the woman spoke, transforming her keyblade into a glider and resting Qamar upon it. She sent it off and started to cry, turning to see heartless entering the room.

Qamar awoke in front of a castle. The skies were colored a dark, navy blue with windows lit upon the castle. She stood up and picked up the keyblade she'd seen grandma use so often. "G...Grandma..." she said, starting to tear up again. She was broken from this state as she heard a voice.

"Hello? You're awake! Good. Good. I wasn't sure how you'd hold up on the journey..." A young man with black hair stood over Qamar and crouched beside her when she began to cry. "You're safe now. Just take a deep breath and relax. No one's going to hurt you."

Qamar almost wanted to run away, but she had no clue where she was. Heck, she didn't even know if she'd have any place TO run away. Looking the man up and down, she stared into his eyes. Her eyes looked terrified, sleep depraved, and moreso, in need of help. "Wh...who are you?" she asked, her voice a little raspy. She was knocked out the whole time, but her body just felt heavier since it wasn't exactly spent resting peacefully.

"Where's Grandma...? She...she was supposed to be here with me but...but...all I got is her keyblade." she spoke up again, looking down at the keyblade in her arms. It was a much grander keyblade than her own starting keyblade.

"My name is Kidemonas. I am a keyblade master." The young man said, offering his hand to help her up to her feet. His eyes saddened when asked about the fate her grandmother. "If that used to be your grandmother's keyblade then I'm afraid that means she must have passed on. I'm sorry. Really I am." He spoke with great sympathy.

She took his hand and stood up. Once she heard him apologize, everything that happened really sank in and she started to sob uncontrollably. She dropped the keyblade and wrapped her arms around herself, staring at the ground. A dark aura came over her as she started to contemplate using her darkness to go back and get revenge. It would be just as easy as taking care of things her father forced her to do. Nobody would care, seeing as nobody was there that she cared for. Not her mother nor her grandmother. She was all alone and only darkness could be her friend.

Qamar's body shook as she shook her head, trying to shake those dark thoughts away. They scared her deep down and she wished she could make them stop. She didn't like using darkness for bad things. She wasn't a bad person and yet people only saw her for her darkness. Her hands wiped at her eyes, trying to stifle the tears as the aura subsided. "What am I gonna do? I'm all alone." she whimpered.

"Deep breaths. It'll be okay." Once the aura subsided Kidemonas placed his hand on Qamar's shoulder. "There are masters here who can train you. You won't be alone. Here you will be well taken care of." Kidemonas smiled at the young girl. "I know you're hurting but you're not alone. Come on, let's get inside."

Qamar looked up to Kidemonas and nodded. "Will you be my Master then...?" she asked. "Grandma told me about you guys and...and she said I could finally get trained to use my keyblade...I just need a Master now..." she said. She looked at Kidemonas and took a hold of his arm for support. She was feeling a little weak right now, but she could still walk.

"I..." He looked at her, unsure of what to answer. "I'm not sure if I'm ready to take a student of my own yet. I'm not even a member of the Council yet..." Kidemonas scratched the back of his head and looked down at the girl and, thinking it would have made her feel better, nodded slowly. "I'll ask them if I can be your master. Alright?" Kidemonas and Qamar reached the castle's entrance and he paused. "Welcome to the castle of the Council of Lights."

Years passed and Qamar became accustomed to life in the castle and as a student. As she grew closer to the denizens of the castle, she started to develop a personality and as far more outspoken than she first let on. In fact, she could be seen as rude and unfriendly. But deep down, she only wanted affection and recognition. She wanted to be more than the darkness that she contained.

Qamar stepped forward and gave Kidemonas a tight hug. "I'll be back soon. I promise." she said, soon letting go and turning to leave. "Also, your goggles are cracked." she commented, leaving him and returning to the front steps with the rest of her new comrades.

Illiana looked over as the strange man walked over to her and saluted her. By the way he saluted her, she could only guess why he was doing that. Take.....What is he the paparazzi now? As the man began to explain why the sudden run, Illiana listened as he spoke. "I am Boreas by the way and if I had to hazard a guess I'd say you are Illiana." Illiana was a bit impressed at the deduction he had done. After a few moments of silence, she spoke up. "A soldier and a detective. Interesting. Buut..." She paused, then continued. "First off, Ma'am? Hazard? You sound like you're from Gero's time or something. Secondly..." She walked up to him and lowered his arm from its salute. "Relax soldier. You're not on the battlefield. No need for salutes off the battlefield or when you're off the clock. It's a policy of mine. A policy which will stay no matter what." Illiana walked off and leaned against a wall. After everyone had arrived, Boreas' voice shouted. "Alright, everyone fall in behind me, Torrin I want you to bring up the rear. Make sure no gets left behind. Now move out!" Illiana shrugged before walking over. "Does the guy even know how to relax?" As the run began, Illiana made a dash for the trees. Waiting a bit until Torrin was the last to past the tree she was in, she continued this for the duration of the run. As they returned, she remained in the tree she was in, watching everyone as they ate their food. She looked up and took a sip of water from a water bottle she had brought along with her.

Illiana looked over at the castle entrance and saw Gero step out. He had explained about his current shape along with Master Stamatis'. Illiana began zoning out again as he continued. Before she fully zoned out, she looked over at Gero and saw another person step out. An unfamiliar woman with raven colored hair had emerged from the castle. She had introduced herself as Master Thallasa.
Well....This is interesting....Puts an end to the rumors. That's for sure. As Thallasa explained where she had been, Illiana took another sip from her water bottle. Gero had told everyone that could speak to their masters before leaving. Illiana jumped into another tree and continued until she reached the window of her room. She jumped into the room and began to pack. She didn't have much to carry so the packing went quickly and smoothly. She walked out of her room and made her way back out. As she went past the kitchen, Illiana stopped and walked in. She grabbed a glass and found a bottle of red wine. She poured herself a small amount of wine and took a sip. "Nothing to relax your nerves then some red wine." She took a couple sips of wine before washing her glass and walking out of the castle. She decided not to say her goodbyes to Atmos as she walked out of the castle. Illiana stretched a bit as she walked out.

Adalric's breathing was slightly heavier than usual when aster walked in, despite the amount of training he had been doing. If there was a single thing he had over likely any of the other apprentices, it was endurance. He dismissed his keyblade as soon as she walked in and directed his full attention to her words. An... assignment...? Master Thallasa? He gave her a puzzled look, but decided he would find out soon enough. He nodded in acknowledgement, and began to walk past her, when she wished him good luck.

"If...if you believe there is no harm in it, I'll trust your judgement. I'll be wary of the two from the realm of darkness. They seem sensible, but we can't be too cautious. The light chaser alone is threat enough, let alone if they turn out to follow the same path as what Tinarah and Master Gero experienced." He continued walking, but briefly stopped and looked back at the blonde woman who trained him in his art. "I will do you proud. I promise to do what's best for the worlds" With that, he left to join the others and depart for their mission.

Despite the lacking of formal conditioning, Glyde had thought himself in decent shape for someone of his age; he attributed the majority of that to his keep-busy lifestyle back home, partially to some luck in the hands of whatever genealogy he had come from, and what little more at that point to his more recent ventures alongside the other Keybearers. The run through the mountainous landscape provided a significant challenge: the rugged terrain was rough on his muscles, especially his legs and feet, and the thinness of the air at such a high elevation was an adversity he wasn't acclimated to in the slightest.

All perception he had previously held in terms of his own physical prowess depleted as quickly as his stamina during the course of the run. Arriving back at the castle in the wake of the workout, he was literally gasping in breaths of what little air he could get into his lungs. His stomach empty from burning through his breakfast, let out a roar as he dropped down to relax. Fortunately, a meal had been prepared just in time for the running group's return; not long after, Glyde, and presumably his comrades, were replenished from the hearty lunch.

It was as Glyde took his last gulp of water that Master Gero had come down from the castle. Having been in abnormally high spirits from the run, Glyde soured considerably when he heard the orders. He had no qualms, of course, with parting for yet another world; it was one of just two options they would have had, the other being simply staying put where they were. What gave pause to his positive disposition was learning that they would not be accompanied on this leg by either Master Choma or Master Atmos. He stared, with no deficit of skepticism, at Master Thallasa.
I guess... if she intends to teach us along the way...

Given the chance to say his goodbyes, Glyde tracked down Master Atmos. He didn't have much in the way of an emotional departure commentary; but his outlook was something he felt the need to divulge. "I had hoped to learn more from you directly," he said when he finally came face-to-face with her. "Seeing as it was your world that I had landed on an all, it only seems right that I should have. But, seeing as we're leaving here and you're not, I figure whatever questions I've still got, I'll have to answer them for myself." He turned around, beginning to make his leave, but then stopped, and turned his head. "Thank you for taking me in while I was down and all. I'll do my best to not your hospitality go to waste."

He had little further to say; anything else would have been overbearing, considering how much he had the Master didn't really know each other. He turned away, and returned to join the group as they would make their exodus from the castle. He would look to Master Thallasa, still with a hint of skepticism, and ask, "where do we go now, then?"

Gero stepped forward and gave one passing glance at Takehiko before making his way over towards Aria. He had wished things had gone better in their interaction but for now it was good to have simply spoken with him. Gero passed by Torrin when nearing Aria, glancing over at the boy with distrust. The stench of darkness was strong with him and though it was not as potent as the other he had come across with it bore the same scent. "In two days time a very important day will be upon us. I'm hoping that time will permit you to return here on that day." He spoke lowly while giving her a slightly smile before stepping away and raising his voice to speak to everyone now.

"Now that everyone has gathered here, there is a technique that I wish to teach you all to help you on your journey." Gero scratched his beard. He had been made aware that both Adalric and Qamar had already learned this lesson and no doubt the two from the Realm of Darkness already knew it. "It is an ability that will boost your strength significantly but I will warn you all to not throw caution into the wind. It will not make you invincible and between each use you will need to rest before calling upon its power again. Only use it when necessary." He paused to let the warning sink in. "Now, on with the lesson."

Illiana, Tinarah, Chrono, Takehiko, Aria, and Glyde have learned how to use their first Drive Form! Information can be found in the OOC Thread.

"Alright! With that out of the way, let's head out." Thallasa called for her keyblade. A light shot out from its tip and a portal was opened. Without waiting for any response from the others she stepped through the portal.

The team stepped onto the edge of a grassy park, the sky was a hazy orange, the sun could no longer be seen as wherever they turned they would be greeted with sights of skyscrapers and large buildings. In the distance the siren of a police car could be heard. People walking along the sidewalks paid the group no attention as they were too preoccupied with the city life to care that strangers from another world had just portaled in on them.

"Looks like a fairly standard large city. I'm not sure why the Council decided to send us here." Torrin folded his arms, looking up at the rays of sunlight that peeked through the spaces between buildings. He took a few steps forward and looked around. Just barely he could pick out traces of darkness on the world but there wasn't enough around to call in the Heartless. "Unless something major happens I think we're safe from having this world fall into darkness." He commented.

"What now?" He turned to Thallasa expecting an answer but as soon as he spoke top floor of the building behind her fireballed as the windows shattered. Smoke plumed out of the windows and screams came from within the building. From what it appeared to be it was a ten story apartment complex and the fire had already begun spreading fast. Windows on the the flowers beneath where the fire had started began to shatter as the flames expanded. Just barely visible atop the building was a silhouette of a man hiding behind the smoke. The man took off running and leapt to another building and was soon to be out of sight.

People were pouring out from the building but there was no way those on the upper floors would be able to escape on time. "Dammit! He can't get away with this." Torrin tossed his keyblade into the air, damning all sense of subtlety as it transformed into a glider. Torrin jumped atop his glider and flew after the man who ran shouting, "Get those people out of that building! Let me worry about this!"

The 10th, 9th, and 8th floors all contain civilians who are trapped in their rooms by the flames. You can only save 3 people at a time and can only save those on the floor you are on.
Floors 7, 8, 9, and 10 are aflame. Every post while on a burning floor will damage you by 20 HP through heat and smoke inhalation.
10 people trapped on the 8th floor.
13 people are trapped on the 9th floor.
15 people are trapped on the 10th floor.

When saving civilians post which floor you are on and how many you have saved.

Pretending the training was acknowledged and Take was excited about this ability and whatnot, that feeling was cut short by the next world and the immediate danger. Take pulled a cloth out of his back and wrapped it around his face quickly. He zipped up his jacket and threw up his hood, leaving his bag outside as he quickly made his way in with a sprint. He was grateful at the very least, no matter how much Atmos tried Take was insisting he keep the jacket specifically because he was constantly thinking about "well what if I end up in a situation where a village is burning down" and he was ever so grateful today was the day for his resourcefulness to come into play. As he pulled down his sleeves, he ran towards the top floor to help out those on top.

The boy seemed to be distressingly good at figuring out how to make his way and set his footing around the burning building but there wasn't much he could do about the natural smoke inhalation and burning since he was not as equipped as he would ideally like to be. The boy managed to help clear the path to be able to get the first three people out of there, and he was already ready to run for more.

With the awkward goodbye over and done with, they could move on to the mission that they were tasked with, in which Master Thalassa opened a portal to go to. Tinarah glanced back at Choma quickly feeling guilty that she wasn't able to offer him more of a goodbye, but then turned and followed the others silently into a more city like landscape. Tinarah could hardly remember the last time she was in a real city. When she ran away from home she supposed was the first time she really spent time in one. She didn't count Evintide as a city since they never spent much time in city like area's instead having arrived more in a park and not spending much time there anyways.

The people in the city barely seemed to notice them, that was good she supposed. They didn't need to be noticed, it was probably better that they weren't since they were outsiders after all. Perhaps people didn't care too much about it but she never felt right being in other worlds or getting too involved, only doing what they needed to. And what they needed to do was apparently save people from a fire, as a ball of fire struck a building. The screams caused Tinarah to cringe for a moment before she turned towards the building and looked at it. Torrin took off on some sort of glider to deal with the man who seemed to have caused it, but since they couldn't efficiently follow, they needed to do something to help.

It didn't take Torrin ordering them to help to have Tinarah running for the building. As she climbed the stairs Tinarah could already tell how out of shape she was. By the time she reached floor eight she was already out of breath and coughing on the smoke. She held her arm up to her face trying to protect her eyes as she ran towards people trapped inside.
"Come with me!" Tinarah shouted at some of the people, grabbing the youngest, still a young child by the hand as she guided them through the flames and out of the building before turning back for the next group.

Aria was surprised when Gero approached her. It took her a minute to process his words, and then her eyes widened with understanding and glee. “Oh yeah,” she said with a grin. A very special day was coming up for her soon, and with all that was happening, she had forgotten all about it. Before they embarked, she gave Grandpa Gero one last hug. “I’ll see you later,” she said softly. “Please feel better soon...

With that, she was off with the others. It didn’t take long for them to be fully immersed in the new world. Seeing all the modern technology all in one place caught her off guard, and she spun around in awe at all the people and interesting sights. But the sight seeing cake to a quick end when there was an explosion nearby.

Everyone was suddenly on the move. Torrin went after someone who bounded away from the flames, Take was already heading in, and right when she was about to check on Tinarah, she had surprisingly dove in too.

Aria took in a deep breath and looked at the others briefly, grateful she kept her longhair up in that bun. She quickly scanned the building, seeing a problem immediately. “
The very top floor would be best to clear out first!” She called out to those who were left. “We don’t know how long the building is gonna stand like this! With that, I’m heading to the top!

Aria pulled a scarf from her bottomless bag and tied it around her nose and mouth. With that, she tossed her bag aside at a safe place and then bounded inside after Take and Tinarah. The smoke burned her eyes, and she could already feel it hard to breathe but she pushed on.

She passed Tinarah, giving the girl a thumbs up on the way up. “
Don’t push yourself too hard!” She called out to her friend and then ran up the stairs.

She passed Take coming by with his small group and summoned her keyblade as she saw more people trapped. She coughed and raised her arm to shield her face to try to see passed the smoke and then saw what she had to do. “
Don’t worry, I’m here to help you out!” She called to the small group of three huddled together. “Water!” Water out of her keyblade and dosed the flames in front of her, making it easier for her to get in and kick down debri in the way. She got to the group, seeing it was two kids about twelve and eight, and a small baby screaming and crying. Aria carefully took the baby out of the oldest kid’s arm and took off her scarf, loosely putting it over the infant’s face before motioning the other two to follow. “Let’s go! Hurry!

She moved as fast as she could with her group, holding her little bundle close to her and trying to shield the baby from the heat and flames, coughing and gasping all the while.

    Aria went to floor 10.

Qamar stepped through the portal to find herself hopping out onto a busy sidewalk. Luckily, nobody noticed the group as they wandered through and she was thankful for that. Looking about, she noticed everyone else made it safely and she was about to ask Thallasa what they needed to do before she suddenly heard an explosion. Her eyes darted around until she saw a building on fire. Others were already running up to help. Qamar followed Torrin's example and tossed her keyblade up. She jumped up and landed on her glider. She held on tight as she zoomed up to the 10th floor and watched her comrades grab children and help them down.

Having no way to cover her face, Qamar saw an older woman reaching out to her desperately from a window. Qamar grabbed the woman and had her sit on the glider a moment as she floated down to the ground. The woman hugged Qamar tightly and gave her a scarf. She smiled and nodded at Qamar. Qamar looked up and rode back up, finding an older man passed out with a young boy trying to wake him up. She first placed the man on her glider and then she held the boy tight against her body.

Back on the ground, she handed the gentleman off to paramedics as the young boy hugged her, thanking her for saving them. Qamar chuckled to herself and wiped the sweat off her forehead, taking deep breaths of fresh air.

A new world opened out before Glyde as he followed through the portal. Seeinh less of a breathtaking view than the previous two excursions, he took in the scenes of the city with nonchalance, and mild discomfort; cities didn't feel so exciting in person, and they usually meant droves of other people massed together in dense crowds. He'd have rather been on another ship, or at a different castle.

He bit back his displeasure and held onto his criticisms of the choice of destination. For a moment, he took a combing glance around the roads, pinning the alleys and backstreets... just in case.

    BOOM!

He whipped his head up, looking behind Master Thallasa, where a building had burst into a torrent of flames. Far above, the shadow of someone or something fleeing the scene was just visible through the cloud of smoke. Glyde was nearly read to give chase until Torrin declared his intent to pursue alone.

Setting his attention to the burning building, he ran in with his team. While several of them moved to the tenth floor, Glyde stopped at the 9th. He soon located a mother and two children; using his cloak to help shield the children from the fire, he escorted the three down to the ground level.

Thallasa didn't exactly give him much to go on. Choma had actually decided to come and see Tinarah off she seemed to be a little short with him. Not soon after Choma had walked out the 'Lieutenant-general' showed up again, Boreas like Take had his doubts regarding her rank. He could understand her advice of no salutes off-duty but to have salutes on the battlefield? Sure as a Lieutenant-general she most likely always found herself behind the frontline away from direct danger, but to salute on the field of battle meant that if the enemy was observant you simply painted a very nice target on your back. It marked you out as an important target either for capture or for removal. It wasn't like he was from Gero's time either as by the looks of things he only had a handful of years on her but perhaps she never had heard the phrase before. And he still smiled a little at the fact she called him a detective if only she knew how little more than an educated guess it had been.

Gero joined them outside as well simply to see them off. Boreas didn't say a thing when Gero mentioned to not throw all caution to the wind, Boreas had already learned the technique that Gero taught and whenever he used it he got into a trance, his vision blurring as only getting to the enemy mattered. Boreas followed through the warm portal and marvelled at what he saw, the grand buildings all around them. The buildings were far bigger than what he was used to. Did these all house people? The structures were large, some even bigger than the castle and watch towers back home. Torrin was wondering rather out loud as to what they were doing here exactly as the world didn't seem to be in danger. As if Torrin was jinxed it and an explosion happened, with everyone rushing into the building to get people out of the burning building. Boreas was torn for a moment, he could back Torrin up and help him, but he was a master and unless the Light Chaser came crashing in he would have a handle on it.

Boreas ran into the building following the others he had heard Aria's mention of them having to clear out the top floors Boreas ran up, this all reminded him of their siege of a castle of the traitors as they had taken the walls they had to fight amidst the smoke and flames and it was even tougher than normal, but this wasn't fighting this was saving people and Boreas ran for the tenth floor and started clearing a path for people that were trapped the farhest away from the staircase.

Watching the argument unfold before her, Chrys felt the corner of her mouth twitch upwards.

"It wasn't all that bad a mission, really." Chrys' response was barely above a whisper. "A bit of a shock at the end there, but... what are you gonna do?" She shrugged a bit as she sat down at the table. Looking at the glasses scattered around the table. She pondered aloud: "So what have we got to drink?"

"A little bit." Chrono said honestly, though he understood Take's point. The answers that he was given from Master Gero were as cryptic as the all knowing feeling that they gave off. Just listening bugged him, but not as much as some of what Take had said. The chance to say something on that had passed as Gero walked past them.

The new ability that they were given was something that he wanted to try out soon, not to mentioned that the world that they had ended up in had reminded him of his own home. Not accounting for the building that was set ablaze behind them. At no point did Chrono ever think he'd be taking the role of a firefighter, but that could be said about a lot of things. He hurried his way up to the 9th floor, avoiding the flames as best as he could. Chrono had stopped moving having heard the voices of others trapped on the floor he was on. Peering through the smoke, he spotted three people only slightly older than himself. Moving as quickly as he could, he managed to get to the group of people and started ushering them out of the building.

As Illiana followed Thallasa and the group, she couldn't help but be curious as to where they would end up next. She went through the portal and found herself surrounded by buildings. It felt calm and relaxing as the sun had been setting. Before she could really take in the sight, the sound of shattering windows filled her ears. She turned around to see the building in front of her had caught on fire. The screams of people filled the air. Seeing the rest of the group rush in to save the people, Illiana looked at the building for a few moments before running in. Making her way up to the 8th floor, she was doing her best not to breathe in any of the fumes from the fire. She had went past Tinarah as she was helping some people exit the building. She looked around the floor and busted through a closed door with a kick. Illiana looked into the room and saw three people in there, two women and a man near the wall. "Anybody call for a rescue?" She walked into the room and saw a woman had been unconscious. She looked over to the man and spoke. "I'll carry this woman on my back. You look after the other and follow me." With that, she picked up the unconscious woman and placed her on her back. She stood up and exited the room with the other two behind her. As they approached the stairs, she turned around and spoke to the two. "Use the stairs! It'll be quicker!" The four went down the stairs and out of the building. Illiana brought the woman over to the other two and laid her down next to them. "Get her some medical attention and you two get checked out as well." She ran back into the building and back up the stairs. "Forget these stairs." She jumped onto the railing of the stairs and jumped up onto another rail and continued her way back up to the 8th floor.

Every person carried out and into safety was treated by Master Thallasa with her magic to cure them of their burns and injuries they suffered in the escape. Now that time had passed a crowd watched as the young heroes rescued those still trapped in the apartment complex. For every person brought to safety came a cheer and round of applause.

Torrin flew past the man running away and narrowed his eyes. He cut the man off and landed in front of him, aiming his keyblade at the villain. "End of the road, bomber."

The man had not looked anything like what Torrin would have expected a bomber to look like. In fact, with the white face paint and strange getup he almost looked...comical. Immediately reached for one of his spherical explosive strapped to his crossing belts and grinned at Torrin. "It's Bomb Voyage to you!" He spoke in a thick French accent as he lobbed a bomb at Torrin only to have the keyblade master swiped his keyblade upwards and launch the bomb straight into the sky where it exploded harmlessly in the air.

"Nope. Don't think so. You're going down." Torrin stepped forward and almost as soon as he did so a bolt of lightning came and struck near his feet, causing him to stop and turn to come face to face with another face-painted weirdo in a clown outfit standing on the ledge of the building. How did that guy get there without me noticing? Torrin wasn't sure whether to laugh or to be concerned at the sudden appearance of another costumed person but he wasn't going to sit around and get double-teamed. "Alright. Game's over." His keyblade split in two.

"Oooo! Looky looky! This one's got the dark broody archetype down to a T! Time to kill the pooooser!" The clown spoke in a sing-song voice, bouncing off the ledge to close in the gap while Bomb Voyage pulled out several bombs from his bandolier.

"Two clowns go down just as easy as one."

"And would your friends say the same thing?" Another voice spoke. Torrin spun around and narrowed his eyes to catch sight of a man dressed in white wearing some kind of cat-like mask. In his hands he held two rapiers that looked more like oversized bolts.

    "What do you mean?"

"That's for us to know and for you to never find out!" The clown shouted. Just then Torrin began to sense a coming darkness that wasn't there before.

"El Cee knocked her out, huh? Yeah he did the same with ours when we brought one over. Honestly I think it was a good idea. Those princesses can be feisty." Dentro stated.

"Yeah...is it me or has the master gotten...scarier as of late? Now that we're actually going out and collecting the Seven he seems so much more focused. Intense." Koa added in.

"I agree." Zeno took another sip of his wine. "You're not old enough to drink are you? At least not according to this world's laws. The bartender is out though so if you want to have a go at it we won't stop you."

"Uh there's some kind of strange fruit juice behind the bar. I think I overheard that it was called...Pineapple Fruit Juice?"

Zeno chuckled. "No, dear boy. It's Paopu Fruit." As he spoke Dentro hopped over the bar to pick up a large glass bottle with an image of a star-shaped fruit on it. "Yes, that's the one. However, I do not recall seeing that fruit anywhere on this world...hm."

"Here you go. Not sure where the bartender is. Or where any of the usual patrons are. But we're here and a few free drinks seems like fair payment for saving this world."

"The Master did it. Not us." Koa corrected, raising an eyebrow as a Dentro began to hastily pour the bright yellow liquid into four glasses. "Kinda looks like orange juice." Koa leaned in and sniffed his glass. "Smells...tropical? Is that a thing?" He blinked and looked over towards Chrys, pushing a glass towards her. "Ladies first." He said, obviously hesitant to drink it first himself.

A soon as they were out, the boy was already running back in. He took the damage and tried shrugging it off as he ran for it. He made his way back up to the top floor to help the remaining people out. The boy stopped when a pillar was breaking down and the family there screamed. Takehiko pulled out his keyblade and used blizzard to keep it from falling over. Then he ran over and grabbed the rest of them telling them to stick with him and keep their heads low. Once they were down, Take sighed out a bit and said, "Floor 10 is clear!"

Well she really hoped whoever Chrono got the shirt she was wearing from didn't want it back, since by the time they were done it would certainly be smelling of smoke. Tinarah enjoyed the fresh air for a moment but seeing her friends run back in she knew she needed to as well, even if her lungs were already burning. Taking one last deep breath of fresh air, Tinarah ran back in the building. Despite Aria's warning not to push herself too far, Tinarah wasn't willing to leave anyone inside that building. The more help they had the faster they could get everyone to safety.

Once more Tinarah only managed to make it to the eight floor, but with a blizzard spell, she managed to clear the fire from the doorway allowing access for a small family to escape the apartment. Needing the fresh air, Tinarah escorted them down, casting an additional blizzard spell near the stairway to keep the fire back.
"Run" Tinarah coughed as she put a hand on the fathers back encouraging him forward as they ran down the stairs towards and outside. Once out she fell to her knees and just took a moment to breath and tend to her wounds, casting cure on herself.
