The boy quickly squirmed his way out of there as soon as he could. Staying low to the ground almost in a fireman crawl before he rubbed his back to get the soreness out and said, "Thanks..." that was all he really could bring himself to say he was still a little thrown off by what just happened as he fully stood up and looked over towards the Flammie. He wanted to say something to Aria but of course Torrin suddenly showed up and took over a conversation before it could even start. He was almost certain he was glaring at the back of Torrin's head before looking over towards Qamar and then back at the others and just kind of... backed away over towards the kitchen where he'd seen Boreas head cause that was literally anything other than that situation.

Take walked sort of quietly until he was behind Boreas and peaked his head out to look at his cooking and intentionally said with a loud voice (hoping to maybe startle him) ,
"Ooo, what flavor porridge is that?"

"Is it never nothing else? I feel like in this place there is always something." Tinarah commented turning away from the window and jumping as she noticed Enzo standing there. "Beautiful isn't the word I would use to describe it." Tinarah muttered as she looked around, glancing back outside for a moment before looking back to Enzo who was distracted now by her tray of food. "We were just heading to Stamatis to have breakfast with him. I could share some food with you if you want, and I will just get something else later." Tinarah didn't really want to share, she was actually hungry for once, but she wanted to be polite at the same time. He seemed really focused on food, but that at this point seemed like nothing new to her.

Tinarah did not expect that her offer would turn into what it did though.
"W-what? What are you talking about." Tinarah started to blush and just push past Enzo. "That is not what any of this is. I was trying to be nice, there is nothing between us." She protested, but he was already off addressing Chrono. If it wasn't for the fact that Chrono was joining her for breakfast, she would have used that moment as an escape, but instead she stood a few feet up the hall and waited until her brother could catch up before walking up to Stamatis' room, and entering without knocking. It wasn't to be impolite, but she became comfortable enough with this Stamatis that it was alright that she did just let herself in.

"I brought breakfast. Chrono is joining us this morning too. I hope that is alright." Tinarah called out into the room as she set down the tray, unloading the plates and the tea pot, ready for breakfast. She was still slightly awkward about the situation with Enzo, but she chose not to bring it up anymore, she did not want to talk about it at the moment.

It was a lengthy time of training, only two weeks had past and it felt like two months to him. Lumen trained almost every single day except for a few. He speant the majority of time bonding with the other students but mainly with Qamar for the most part. Glad that she was able to oversee his training, he was given guidance from Master Aster and started to also take advice from her as well. Meeting an elder bard was nice to see, knowing some new song and some interesting stories too.

    —————————————

Waking up in the early morning, Lumen tapped Kosmo who was by his bedside and gave a little glow for a second as she woke and talked to her.
“Mornin’ girl. Come on, I think there might be a good breakfast this morning.” Kosmo stretched and jumped to the boys shoulder, who had showered and put on his normal attire with his scarf around his neck and lute in hand. Heading down the stairs, Lumen looked outside to see it was raining and jumped for joy to see it. He was planning to try a new meditation technique he’s wanted to test for a while now. Arriving to the entrance hall, he saw Qamar, Torrin and Aria, so he walked over to them. “Morning guys! How was your sleep?” He said giving a energetic look on his face.

As Chrono was about to respond to his sister, he noticed how Enzo just happened to be behind him which prompted him to instead ask, "How long have you been right there?". The follow-up question would've been 'why were you standing there so long' depending on the response, but the response made had made Chrono simple look at Enzo with a clear look of confusion as he proceeded to describe the beauty of outside when it was very clearly raining and cloudy.

Unfortunately, Chrono had picked an odd and quite possibly concerning time to tune back into what Enzo was saying.
"Excuse me, what!?" Now, normally Chrono wouldn't focus on things regarding his sister's love life as he saw it as 'things that their father would be the one dealing with in an ideal world' which kinda went down the drain when the age gap between himself and her got a lot smaller. This time was different as while he was certain Enzo was spouting nonsense, Tinarah's reaction helped confirm this, he didn't know how serious Enzo was about these so-called 'feelings'. He instinctively moved himself to further obstruct Tinarah after she had pushed past Enzo while the latter soon left to get food of his own. "I'm going to assume I can just ignore what he just said." It'd make him feel better and hurt his head less.

He said not a word to this to Tinarah once he caught up to her and just waved to Master Stamatis upon being introduced followed by a
"Good Morning." Chrono found himself a place to sit afterward, though he looked somewhat awkward doing so as he didn't want to accidentally mess up anything in the room.

From behind, Qamar heard Aria call for the dragon. Soon the creature ran over to Aria, leaving Qamar to let go of Take as he scrambled away from the area. Others came around and greeted her, to which she returned the greetings. Standing up and looking at herself. She was still rather wet, even shivering, so she kind of wandered over to Flammie and Aria. Torrin arrived and Qamar looked at him. "Anyway, breakfast...the morning ritual..." she said, looking between the two. Then again, she had done the same thing for the last couple of days with Lumen, so it's not like she could tease them.

Speak of the devil, there he was. Qamar's eyes lit up and a smile grew on her face. "Morning Lumen~" she spoke with a sing-songy tone. She gave a quick whistle and watched Kosmo pop over to her head. Glancing to Aria, Qamar scratched her cheek a moment and then nodded. "Hey, Aria, can I talk to you a moment? I need a little advice and...well...you're pretty well equipped for it...is that okay? I promise to leave you to your breakfast after!" she begged the girl, pointing at a corner with two chairs just to the opposite side from the kitchen. This was a question she needed to ask somebody that she had previously talked to about the subject.

As soon as Take was freed, Aria went over to Faye and gave the dragon scratches and loves. “Such a good dragon, yes you are.” Aria nodded to Take with a smile when he said his thanks and then her focus shifted on Torrin. She waved a hand at him. “Nah, don’t worry about it. I put our plates in the oven to keep them warm. We better get them before Enzo does though...”

It was then Lumen appeared, which Aria said her good mornings to and then Qamar asked her a question. And with her being nice and never able to really turn down a request, she shrugged her shoulders and then winced slightly when she bothered her abrasions.
“Uh, sure,” she said, rubbing her shoulder a bit. “I guess. Torrin, you can start without me. Just because I know Enzo is on the prowl and I worked really hard on breakfast.” With that, she nuzzled her head against the Flammie and then made her way over to the chairs. “So, what can I do for you today?” She asked, making herself comfortable on one of the chairs.

Qamar sat down and was wondering how to word this. She did notice Aria winced, but she figured it wasn't anything to worry about. Staring at the ceiling a moment, she sighed. "I'm kind of scared to admit this, but you're probably the only other person here I've talked to extensively." She started, her face now with a tinge of red. "Remember we talked about people we love in Heroic Sanction?" She questioned, scratching her cheek. "Um...can I confide something into you? Nobody else knows it and I just...I want to make sure it's not just...something small." she said, sighing deeply. Glancing around and making sure nobody else was around, she looked at Aria. "So say I've known somebody a couple of weeks now...is...is it too early to say I...I may like them...? I've...I've never felt like this before so...I...I'm scared it's the wrong thing to feel...." she looked totally embarrassed now. Her eyes darted over towards Lumen and back to Aria again. A look of dread took over. Qamar instantly regretted even mentioning this, wondering if this was the right time. "I'm asking you since...well you already know, we're on some pretty good terms I"d think..."

Qamar fidgeted in her seat, wondering if this was an odd question to ask. "H-Hey, maybe you like somebody too, then you could really give me some advice." she said with a light chuckle. "This...this is some odd girl talk, I'm...sorry." she mumbled.

Aria sat back a moment, and then finally let out a hum. "Well... You're asking the wrong person." Aria chuckled nervously and rubbed the back of her neck. "Like I said back then, I don't have ANY experience in this realm. I read and heard a bunch of stories, but that's about it. Best thing I can point out that at least it's not like a day or three days you're jumping into this like most stories I heard. I mean, to me that sounds crazy. I guess if you feel you trust them enough with your feelings, go for it. Take the plunge if you want." The girl smiled a bit as she glanced over all-knowingly at Lumen and then back at Qamar. "He seems like an alright kind of guy. But remember, you're asking someone that's never experienced love herself... or like... or... crushing? I guess that's what you would call it. I guess I just never had the time for it and I don't think myself as someone special like that to anyone. But that doesn't mean you should give up I suppose. Just go with what your heart tells ya. That's the best I can offer. Tell them how you feel about them and see where it will go."

Boreas was stirring the oatmeal porridge with a wooden spoon when Take snuck up on him, Boreas wheeled around and nearly punched Take where he stood, but holding back when he saw that it was Take, it was clear he had been outside for a while as his hair was still damp and he shivered a little as he warmed up. "
Oh, Take it's you, I nearly punched you there..." Boreas said turning back to the pot he was making the porridge in. "It's simple oatmeal porridge." Boreas said, it paled in comparison to the eggs, bacon and toast others made but it suited him fine, and with small groups peeling off the main group with breakfast every morning over the past weeks he found himself having it more and more and made some extra for others if they wanted any. He had made a habit of preparing simple porridge and adding extra flavours in his own bowl, that way everyone could simply flavour it their own way. "If you want some as well there's more than enough, feel free to add more things, I deliberately kept it basic, should others want any they can flavour it to their own tastes." Boreas said, he intended to add flavour to his with a little bit of cinnamon, crushed walnuts and since it was available a tiny bit of honey. To prepare for it Boreas pilfered through the cabinets in search for a handful of walnuts that he proceeded to crush on the countertop with a spoon. "So how are you today? I saw the Flammie was being a bit too friendly with you earlier." Boreas said crushing a few more walnuts before he dug around in the cabinets for some bowls as the porridge was just about ready. He stirred it a little before turning to Take and offering him a few pieces of walnut before scooping some of the porridge into a bowl, putting the walnuts in, adding a litle bit of cinnamon and honey and stirring it well together. "You want some too?" Boreas asked, gesturing to empty bowl.

Take smirked a bit when the reaction turned out to be what he wanted. Good to know Boreas had a fight response too, probably more useful for someone in his field of work. When he said it was just basic oatmeal porridge he was actually pretty happy with that. While he did enjoy all of the fancier food he'd been having lately sometimes a meal that reminded him of home was appreciated. When Boreas offered some he said, "Sure, I wouldn't mind some." and he went to try and help himself and avoiding being in Boreas' way. When he'd asked about Flammie the boy made a bit of an embarrassed face and scratched his head, "I'm alright. I just wanted to help let her in because of the rain but I guess she got lazy and decided to plop down right then. I just... y know, am not completely fond of a dragon deciding to sit on me. For more reasons other than them being heavy." when he asked if he wanted honey, he nodded and asked, "What about you? Looks like you were outside.... unless you took a shower?"

Chrys quietly made her way down the stairs as she headed from her chosen quarters and towards the kitchen. The last two weeks she had done very little outside of train, opting to spend no more time than necessary on meals and relatively none on social interaction. Not that she had completely avoided the others; she wasn't kidding when she told Master Thyella that she recognized the importance of working with others, but that wasn't quite the same as gathering round the fire and telling ghost stories. All that time spent with her old friends turned out to be a waste of time, so what good would indulging in such trivialities do her now? Not to mention there were certain people in the castle who she was expressly forbidden to be alone with. Naturally it was easier to just avoid them like the plague. So far it wasn't too difficult, since the only keyblade wielders on the list were Aria... and apparently Takehiko. Go figure.

And then there was Thalassa. Chrys was getting really tired of seeing the woman around nearly every corner, and she would be lying if she said she wasn't at least a little unnerved... or annoyed. Still, there was little that could be done about the situation, so she left the master to her own devices same as everyone else. Besides; Chrys hardly went exploring, so perhaps it should have been expected to see Thalassa a when she left the training rooms.

It should also be noted that it wasn't as if she had avoided training with others: she actually did her best to do just that if she could. Knowing her teammates styles and behaviors in combat could greatly help her strategize. Still, none of that changed the fact she avoided others and quickly shut down attempts to be social in favor of conditioning her skills.

Now was a good example as any, as she was beginning her newly acquired morning routine of getting in a quick breakfast with little to no words spoken before jumping right back into training, being one of the first to head over to the mirage arena every morning since she had nothing to distract her.

Chrys entered the kitchen with little fanfare and went about making herself a very basic breakfast in preparation for the day ahead.

Qamar blinked. "Wait, you don't have a crush on anybody? Are...are you sure? I mean..." she looked over at Torrin and then back to Aria. "What about Torrin? He could be your charming prince." she teased. "You already eat breakfast every day, soooo....." she let it go and stood up. "Hey I'll join you for breakfast after I get some dry clothes on...I got caught in the rain." she shrugged, waving off Aria as she ran up the stairs. She went past Chrys and made a mental note to talk to her later. Back in her room, she changed out of her morning attire and put on her every day wear, letting Kosmo chill out on the bed. She scooped the dragon up and held her as they went back downstairs and to the kitchen. She saw Chrys grabbing her breakfast along with Take and Boreas. Qamar quikly tucked Kosmo into her collar and whispered to the dragon, "I suggest avoiding Take today."

She then made herself a bowl of yogurt with various fruits in it. Qamar even added some little bits of granola into it and made some toast with butter. Glancing to Chrys, she waved. "Good morning Chrys." she said, turning to sit at the table. She then sat a plate of grapes down for Kosmo and a little dish of water to get her started. She wasn't really sure what else to feed her right now. Qamar hoped Lumen would be by to rescue her and feed Kosmo the correct way instead of some fruits all the time. "Hey Kosmo, does Lumen talk about me a lot?" she asked with curiosity. She wasn't even sure the dragon could understand her at all, but it was worth a try right?

Torrin raised an eyebrow wondering if he had offended Take somehow considering the boy had left without saying a word when he wasn't looking. Torrin scratched the back of his neck and gave Aria a slight nod when she told him it was okay but even though she had said it he still felt guilty. Qamar then pulled Aria away, seeking some kind of advice in private which left Torrin behind with Flammie, Lumen, and a much smaller dragon companion.

"Hm." Torrin shifted awkwardly in place while anxiously waiting for Aria. He would have gone into the kitchen for the breakfast still in the oven but did not want to be the first to eat and did not want to accidentally intrude on something private. "Morning, Lumen. Personally I don't really get much sleep. Too much to do. But the short time I had some shuteye was pleasant enough I suppose. How about yourself?" As he spoke the white dragon, Faye, turned her head to peek into the kitchen, taking up the whole entryway with her face. Torrin gave the Flammie a light tap on her side. "It's rude to block a doorway. If you're worried about food I'll give you something in a bit, okay?" The dragon made a high pitched rumble in her throat as if whining before obeying and pulling her head from the kitchen's entryway to sit up beside it. Torrin gave a nod of approval and the dragon puffed her chest out in...pride? Torrin wasn't sure but either way he smiled at Faye still in disbelief that he was standing right in front of a Flammie.

"You know, I think she's gotten a little bigger...hm..." As he thought about it Qamar had rushed by and even took Kosmo for a ride. Torrin shrugged, having grown used to the group's oddities...or at least most of them, and began to head into the kitchen. "I don't think I'll ever some people, Lumen." Torrin commented dryly.

Stamatis had been standing by his window, looking outside at the gloomy overcast sky and listening to the rainfall when both Tinarah and her brother came into his room. He turned slightly towards them and smiled. "It's good to see you two. The extra company is always welcome. Good morning. Though I suppose the weather may not be in such a good mood." He commented. After another minute of watching the rain the man slowly turned and summoned a cane with the same markings as his keyblade to limp over towards the breakfast Tinarah had set up for them. Though his recovery had been slow he was just glad to have regained his movement again, even if it wasn't all back just yet.

"And how did the two of you sleep?" He asked as he took a seat after dismissing the cane.

"Torrin?" Before they could dive more deeply in the subject, Qamar was already up and away. Aria sat back, stunned a moment. Did she like Torrin? Sure they spent a lot of time together and he saved her life a few times, but she didn't think there was anything romantic between them. She frowned to herself and scratched her head, clearly left in confusion as she stood to her feet and shuffled her way over to the usual brooding individual. She never thought she was anything special to anyone, so why would anyone be special like that to her? Except everyone was special in some form or another to Aria, just never in the romantic kind of light.

"Okay, so that was random. And before you ask, it was girl talk you wouldn't understand. You didn't get breakfast yet?" Aria smiled and shook her head, greeting Chrys and Boreas before going to the oven, grabbing an oven mitt and opened the door. "Oh good, everything is safe." She pulled out the plates, placing them on the counter before she closed the oven and then turned off the oven. She then handed one plate to Torrin and then a mug of warm hot chocolate along with hers. "Let's go eat in the library or something, it gets too crowded in here."

“Sorry to hear Torrin. Hope you get a better one.” Lumen said wholeheartedly. He was a little surprised to hear Qamar sing a little bit when she said good morning. Kosmo peeked her head up from his shoulder and glided to the girl who whistled to the dragon. Shaking his head in disappointment, Lumen then went off to get his breakfast. ‘In hindsight, maybe I shouldn’t have taught Qamar to do that...’ he thought jokingly while grabbing breakfast; having an assortment of turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, laktes and orange juice. The boy then moved off to the dining table to eat his food. Once finished he walked to Qamar after she was talking to Aria for a moment to speak with her. “Hey, I’m going to the roof to do my meditative technique. Kosmo best stay with you because she kinda part fire and it’s bad for her. She’s an omnivore, so she’ll eat anything.” Waving off to her and leaving the room, Lumen stepped outside to feel the rain pouring and let a big sigh of satisfaction take over him. Quickly he jumped and parkoured to the top and started his session. Closing his eyes he began to do some movements related that to tai chi, but differently he added a form fighting technique to it. Feeling the rain fall on him, it felt nice despite getting wet a bit.

Kosmo was happy to be with Qamar for the time being. When the girl set her on the bed, she began to insulate heat for a moment but not much. Opening her eyes with surprise when scooped up and put in Qamar’s collar for the time being, she saddened with disappointment about Take but it made sense to her at least. When fed her food, Kosmo chirped happily doing some dances every so often. Then came the question of if Lumen talked about her, she nodded of course. Seems lately apart from training, battling and being around the others, Lumen spoke of Qamar almost often.

"Thanks Lumen." Though Torrin wasn't sure his sleep would improve. Especially since Gero had doubled the amount of training he deemed necessary for Torrin and doubled the amount of questions he had.

Torrin looked over at Chrys, hesitantly raising his hand to give the blonde a halfhearted wave. Other than an awkward group interaction where he taught several others about keyblade transformations his interactions with Chrys had been slim to none. He was not concerned with making her hos new friend but considering how much she isolated herself, he worried about the group dynamic with Chrys being involved. Torrin had tried to remain professional about it but it was difficult for him to be comfortable around a former enemy. He imagined it must have felt worse being surrounded by former enemies.

"Hm?" Torrin blinked at Aria. "Wouldn't understand what? Girl talk? I'll have you know that I'm excellent at...yeah you're right." Torrin nodded at Aria and smirked. He took the plate in one hand and the mug in the other, taking a deep breath to sniff the warm scent of chocolate steaming from the mug. "Mm...that never gets old." Torrin looked down at the interesting arrangement of breakfast Aria had made and laughed. "It's a face!" He exclaimed a little too loudly. Torrin nervously looked around and lowered his head, clearing his throat. "Um. I mean. It's a face. I like a it. Thank you Aria." Torrin spoke more quietly.

"Yeah. The library sounds good. Seems like a slow day and both Tinarah and Chrono seem to be absent but either way... I like being alone with you."

Torrin raised his mug to take a sip then, before starting to head out of the kitchen he gave a short upwards nod in Boreas's direction. "And I'll be seeing you at training later." Torrin then headed back out of the kitchen.

Aria snorted a bit when Torrin said he liked to be alone with her and then took a small drink of hot chocolate as they walked. "So, how was training with Master Gero this morning?" Aria asked, trying to start light conversation. She knew the training sessions had been somewhat intense, but never knew what happened during them or what went on exactly. Torrin always seemed frazzled by the end of it and so did Grandpa Gero. She past by the Flammie who seemed to groan for want of food on Aria's plate and she giggled a bit. "You're next after I'm done. Maybe it'll stop raining by then." She led the way to the library, grateful for the solitude and quietness this place offered versed the kitchen and walked over to one of the tables, sitting down her food carefully before plopping down in one of the chairs.

Chrono admittedly had felt a bit more comfortable once Master Stamatis had said that his presence was welcomed. The actual confirmation may not have been needed, but it was helpful nonetheless. "Can all keyblades do that or is it something that just Masters can do?" He had been referring to cane he had made to assist his movement. If it was just another keyblade transformation, then he was curious as to how he could get it to take a form not blatantly made for combat like the ones currently at his disposal.

"I've slept better than I usually do." Which was true for the most part. There wasn't a lot on his mind lately so he wasn't waking up in the middle of the night. He did, however, still wake up at least an hour before the sun actual rose, at which point he just stayed awake til it actually did.

"Training was...well I'm getting used to it. To be perfectly honest, I'm not really sure what the purpose of it is. Something something...darkness...something heart...I don't know. The Old Ma—I mean Gero hasn't been very clear. Hm. I guess you could a lot of it is sort of like what happened with you and I on Heroic Sanction. When I dropped into your dream, remember? Sort of like that but these aren't dreams." Torrin wished he had a better answer for Aria but the only other information he could give her about the training itself was what he had last seen. Then there was still that other thing...

As they walked by Faye Torrin made sure to trail behind Aria and sneak a piece of bacon to the dragon before speeding up to catch up to Aria. Glancing over at one of the large vertical library windows as the sound of rain tapping against the glass echoed on in a drone, filling the atmosphere of the massive room, Torrin took his seat in front of Aria and began picking at the egg as he started to eat. "Things have been quiet lately. No signs of the Light Chaser. No signs of that "Legendary Warrior of Light". And no signs of any more words disappearing. All in all...the situation isn't too dire right now so I shouldn't be complaining but...I can't rest until I know what's going on. For all we know the Light Chaser's students have gotten three times as strong and we don't stand a chance against them anymore." He sighed. "Ugh. Sorry. I know that's not what you want to be hearing right now." Torrin took in a deep breath and tried to smile at Aria. "This tastes great."

Torrin poked at the remaining egg with his fork and grinned. "There are some other things I've got on my mind...nothing depressing this time, honest. But first, I'm curious about how you slept. Has it happened again? If it did, by the looks of it you seem to be handling yourself very well."

Take accepted his offer and Boreas filled the empty bowl with some of the oatmeal porridge that he had made. Boreas chuckled at Take's explanation of the Flammie getting too friendly, he had warmed up a little bit to the dragon since first meeting it that was for sure, but he wasn't quite there yet. "Good work on getting her inside, and yeah thinking of what you mentioned of your home it makes sense that you're not a fan of it." Boreas said, having had to fight against dragons would make trusting them hard, and definitely when they were on top of you and had you in a position where they could easily kill you. Boreas added a little bit of honey to the oatmeal porridge. "No you're right, I went outside, I am not putting my morning routine on hold for a few drops of rain, even went for a little bit of a swim but the water was too cold to be pleasant." Boreas said as he gave Take the bowl he prepared. It was then that Chrys walked into the kitchen without so much as a word, Boreas greeted her good morning, but that was all, he hadn't seen anything in the past two weeks to change his mind, although that was more on him for refusing to train with her, although others certainly didn't share his opinion on the fact and did work with her. He had trained a lot on his own too but he had sought out others even training with Take, Chrono and Tinarah, someone he still was on uneasy terms with, after completing that he could have sworn he saw a small smile on Kaio's face.

Boreas sat down at a table with his own bowl of porridge and started to eat it, then Qamar barged in, quickly making her own breakfast and sitting down at a different table, he heard her say something but didn't exactly hear what was said. Aria walked into the kitchen then as well and he greeted her back, she apparantly already had breakfast, which wasn't at all a surprise to him given the fact they had eaten together for the past couple of days. It didn't matter to him either that they stalked off to their own place, but he did think that a meal with the whole team could help foster stronger bonds, but that wasn't his place to really say. Torrin seemed happy with the food that had been prepared for him judging from how he exclaimed that it was laid out in a face. Before the two of them left Torrin expected him to be at training later, Boreas didn't say anything, they had agreed to train together today, but not much had been said about it. "So what's your plan today Take? Going to hit the books again?" Boreas asked, he had seen him in the library a couple times over the past two weeks when Boreas was learning more about field medicine.
