it's just an animation from a reaction command. it is possible for Riku to dual wield (at least according to Erkz) but Erkz said that it's not even worth releasing the code.

 

So, DeadHeart. Did you give up on trying to stop Riku's T-Stancing?

Really? I could've sworn it was like the "Can you spare a heart?" or DM attacks. Y'know, the in-battle mini-cutscenes. Oh well, another theory successfully disproved by a coder.

I had two code suggestions:

1. Roxas with Valor clothes
2. Weild the Sword that Armored Xemnes uses

Also, there's a snag with getting DW Riku to work on PS2, and I really can't be bothered to figure out what it is. >.>
