Dude, calm down and be patient. It may take a while. there are a lot of codes there, and I know that I for one can't convert, so you may need to wait until someone who can gets online.

 

Depends, here's my chart.

Brand new to sephiroth= LVL 80+

fought him a couple times= LVL65+

Used to his attacks and style of fighting= 40-50+(depending on your in-game reflexes.)
