You can't because he does not have a normal DW state, so you must steal someones. (Ex: roxas and valor)​

you can't really give him the ability "synch blade" but you can give him someone else's moveset or whatever it's called. here.

i believe you just hit Revert. but i remember the Master Form and AntiForm ones need to be jokered or they randomly freeze for some reason

yes, use this, but this makes ALL bosses allies, including the ones you fight in the story

not sure if this is the exact correct one but this one should work as well

no, you still need to add them to your party using Universal Character Mod. and yes it would freeze when you change maps like it usually does.
