I Dunno About The Original, i use a Copy on my ps2, and you can better ask this at the Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ Codes Thread.

No i think those are seperate codes, Like one hand mod, i think the first one is for the Valor style and the second the Master Style, i'm not sure though:D

About the World Modifer, how would I get to the World of Darkness or Destiny Islands? I clearly can't chouse them from the start and I tried to use them on Hollow Bastion, it gave me the black screen with a loop.

[Note 1] - The "XX" values.
These digits signify what character you're modding. Like, if you're playing as Roxas,
you'd set it to Roxas' value. Otherwise, the moveset doesn't change...

07= Aladdin 
08= Sparrow 
09= Beast 
0A= Jack

[Note 2] - The "YY" values.
This part of the code supposedly affects the position of the character's weapon. 
However, if you set it to "Sky" on certain people, it freezes, and if you set it to
"Normal" on certain people, they T-Stance when attacking or even moving.

This part determines which character's moveset you will be using.
