    I don't think it is,because on the mod i was using it was 64,but the bosses were immune to reflect and Explosion.

    I think you just need to use numbers.
    However i use the digit 0D48 or 2EE0 for HP,Defense and Strenght.
    Also,if you add a joker to ther Current HP mod the same digit of the Max HP,you can restore the boss HP to max at any time of the battle.
    But if you don't,he just won't die.

    I never tried using normal numbers anyway,only these two digits.
