Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix Codes

Hey everyone, just popping in with something small I noticed while messing around with some drive mods and model replacements. Not sure if anyone else has run into this, but:

If you swap Sora into Roxas' model while using a Drive Form, and THEN trigger a Reaction Command during a cutscene boss fight, the game has a habit of freezing up. Seems to happen when the form model tries to "revert" post-animation.

Anyway, I'm testing out some possible workarounds—like locking the model mod after Drive Form activation—but I thought I'd throw it here in case anyone has ideas.
