is there a way to give goofy kingdom key by replacing Shield with Kingdom key? with Sora's Moveset?​

You might not have to change his moveset. Try replacing the shield with a dummy versiom of a keyblade. Like for a dummy oathkeeper it is 002a

 

Which is why I'm asking for the code for Xemnas, both normal and data, to not do the HP drain (which will most likely be a DMA code).

And which line(s) disables Roxas to not do his duel stance?
