I used the cleaned up one Gulti, but it didnt have a command menu. Well it did but it only said Command Menu lol

 

Really? I suppose that was on the PS2? I've only tested on my emulator.

1) Just UCM replace Sora with Limit Form. You also wanted to be Limit Form in Pride Lands, right? This code makes you play as Limit Form in all worlds:

As long as you don't save with them on, no, I don't believe so.

Replacing Roxas, sure, probably possible, but cutscenes will most likely crash, so I wouldn't recommend it.
EDIT: But here's the UCM for him if you wan to try:

I don't think these codes will break you ISO, just don't activate too many at once just to be caucious.
