I'm guessing it's either one or both of the extra lines in the other code that's making you crash or it's possible if you're using other codes that they don't work with the Riku code. Or perhaps, like Aurangzeb said, jokering it might work.

Zantetsuken I think?

Thank you for the help on the model code i haven't had time to try it out though. Another thing i want to ask is if there is a code that will give normal sora the zantetsuken sword thrust ability like in limit form preferably in the form of an ability that you can equip and unequip

But, I'd change the weapon digit to 002B for Oblivion Keyblade, so, I put back to 077B for Ultima Weapon and it work.
But, he holds his keyblade back to front and the fusion doesn't work, it freeze when I do it.

 

The zantetsuken "ability" is a dummy ability, it doesn't do anything. Zantetsuken is Limit Form's normal finisher, so you're going to have to use a "Play as Limit Form" code combined with a "Limit Form has Sora's model" code.

I think it might also be possible to do an animation mod to replace Sora's on of Sora's finisher animations with the zantetsuken animation, but I don't know how to do that (so I don't know if it's even possible), and it's probably difficult to do even for those who might know how.

002B won't work because that isn't Oblivion's dummy digit. You need to look here http://www.ultimate-cheatz.de/codebase/kh2/KHIIFM_UCM_Complete_Digit_List.txt for dummy weapon digits. Riku is normally supposed to wield his Way to the Dawn, which is why he wields Sora's keyblades strangely. I have a code to make him wield Sora's keyblades somewhat normally, but it's not perfect.

 

I could finally use codes on kh2fm+ thanks to the new shop in my town i even orderd kh2fm+ so if you need codes to be tested i will help testing them

It's supposed to replace the Tifa NPC in the Heartless Manufactory. She's only there before you face Sephiroth. It works on my end but I'd like to make sure if it always works.

You should probably learn how to convert Raw codes into Action Replay yourself, so you won't have to ask us every time you need a code. Download either

and then insert your raw code and the game ID and region your game uses. Kind of hard to explain with just text, but it's fairly simple to use. Personally, I prefer using MaxConvert.

Use a code to play as Limit Form all the time, then use a model mod to give him normal Sora's look.

 

It's possible but you would need to do animation mods which are DMA per room. All in all it probably wouldn't be worth hacking.

Actually I found a way to undma per room em.

I tried hacking that but it seems that the only way to possibly hack it is with Carey's tools.
