Whatever you want them to be. For example, if you want the Max HP of the second set of bosses to be 1000, you would use this code:
11C6C01C 000003E8
3E8 is 1000 in hexadecimal, the counting system that the game uses. You can use Windows Calculator to convert from regular to hex.

Well, since you asked nicely, here.

1. Open Calculator from your Start Menu.
2. Click View>Scientific
3. Type in the number.
4. Click Hex.
5. Plug those digits into the HP/Resistance/Stats mod.
6. You're done!
