You need WinRar to open it, like most dumps.

 

doesn't work. just a whole bunch of symbols.

Yeah you should be able to, the UWM "dummy" digits should work with the kingdom key mod or any other keyblade mod. You could always use the "actual" UWM digits to weild the keyblade you want.
