To be honest, I think that is the correct codes, just joker it and you should be able to have what your asking, haven't you noticed that in the video, sora isn't wasting any drive? :/

i'm importing this game from japan, and i'm going to use homebrew on my modded ps2 to play this game. how do i use codes with this? i have gameshark 2 v1 and codebreaker 9.2

 

Well, you just have to make a new game slot for your codes, enter the master code, then enter the cheats. I think thats what you do.​

Those were moveset mods. Those codes were model mods(like you said) These are the codes you want, if i'm correct.

Sora has final form moves(moveset. His one keyblade is floating, and does no combo finisher's I don't think.)

Dunno, if there's an specific code for it...you just have to beat the game 1st time, then beat Terra, then beat Final Xemnas again and then the secret ending will appear.
