Kingdom Hearts follow- up story chapter 1: The Letter

As Sora, Kairi, and Riku read the King's letter, they can't help but feel annoyed. Just as Sora and Riku come home, they are assigned to another adventure. But what was it this time? More heartless? More nobodies? Organization 13? Whatever it was, they didn't care. At that time, anyway.
"All that matters now", Sora thought, "is Riku, Kairi and I are here, at Destiny Island, together again."
Kairi spoke first. "No. You two can't be leaving! Not this time!". Sora doesn't know what to say to her.
"Kairi, the last thing Riku and I want to do is leave you behind again, but the King needs us!". Kairi had an idea.
"Wait. You don't have to leave me here! I'll go alongside you and fight!"
Riku commented, "No way! You can't fight!".
"What Riku means", Sora corrected, "is we would never forgive ourselves if you got hurt."
"But I CAN fight! I fought with you two at the World That Never Was, remember?" A silence fell upon Riku and Sora.
"I'm still not so sure about this", Riku doubted.
"I guess Kairi has a point though. She wasn't half bad", Sora added. "Hey, wait a sec! Why did Kairi get to use a keyblade if I'm the Keyblade Master?". Even Kairi wasn't so sure why she did.
"I have an idea! Sora, you know when my heart was inside you all that time?".
Sora blushed. "Yeah. But what does that have to do with this?"
Kairi explained, ""Maybe during that time your abilities and my abilities became one. I mean, maybe that's why I wasn't half bad at fighting, too." Again, Riku and Sora were speechless. As Kairi looked at Riku and Sora with hopeful eyes, Sora was thinking all of this through. Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea. Maybe Kairi was right. At least we wouldn't have to be seperated again. Still, it wasn't the same as staying together at Destiny Island.
"The King said for us to meet at Merlin's house tomarrow afternoon. I better help you get ready, Kairi.", said Sora.
"What? Who made you the decision maker???", blurted Riku.
"No one! You just we're saying anything. And, I agree with Kairi."
Riku shrugged. "Whatever. Get your girl killed. See if I care!". Sora started to speak, but Riku interrupted him. "Well, I'm going to head home. It's late enough. But first, Sora, I have to talk to you......."

Seems cool. Yeah I think This would be a good story.

It's good, a few spelling and gramatical errors here and there, but good. I like your idea of Kairi's ability to wield a keyblade. Keep it up.
