How do I get incomplete translation and patches? I'm quite noob in these kind of task.. I have the link of the works you have done and I would like to get incomplete for the mean time.

 

Tutorial from Crazycat is pretty much explanatory.

Place your original iso name kh.iso with the exe for ISOmaker

Put all the files you downloaded from Google Drive in the import folder

Run the ISOmaker program, it should do the rest.

I understand it bro but the problem is he didnt include the incomplete files I think.. I have created a patch iso already with the use of crazykat's but the problem is there is no translation on traverse town and alice where Im in now.. I wonder how wil I put the incomplete to the one I created already.


I think I figured it now.. but just afraid that if I put the incomplete patch my save file will be remove but nvm.. btw thanks for the hardwork guy you are all a good job !

I downloaded but for some reason some of the incomplete files wouldn't extract, I redownloaded a few times to double check but it's always the same files that won't extract for some reason.

 

What do you mean exactly? there is no zip file (unless you download them all together that is).
If it is then have you tried downloading them one at a time?
I know it's time consuming but it does work.

 

how do you do that exactly i'm not really knowledgeable with google drive, i added them to my drive then selected them all and downloaded them and it came as a zip file. is there another way to do it or something?

To crazycatz00 be nice if had option to patch for 16:9 4:3 in patcher because I use the real PS2 for mine and can not find the Hex to put back anything for GUI or chat boxes

Most likely problem is the wide screen patch that is incorporated into it
One of the reasons why I wish the patcher had option to go back using to much memory can cause lockups on real deal only 32M of memory

BTW the box near door to Colosseum is messed up figured might as well report that but figured maybe everyone knows that
I can confirm it works on real PS2 at Olympic hex out the wide and used to aldin save gummied all the way their and cut scenes work and can compet as well using OPL over SMB for testing BTW

So really need that 4:3 for real PS2

 

i meant try to go inside the folders on Google drive and download each file at a time instead of what you just described.

 

Hey dudes! Long time no talk!

Just wanted to post an update. Give me a few days and I'll be able to help out with this project again! Lets make those incomplete files actually complete! Booyah!

 

An easy way to download the incomplete files without having to manually download each file one by one is to make a google drive account, go into the "incomplete files" folder, and click "add to drive" in the top right corner of the page. After that click "open in drive" and it should allow you to download the entire folder in a zip file.

I haven't played too much yet with the incomplete files, but so far they work pretty decently(aside from a few minor problems which i'm you sure guys are aware of), but theres one major problem in the Deep Jungle. When you exit the screen with the first save point to slide down the giant tree, you'll hear the music but it'll just be a black screen. To get past this i had to load my save with a unpatched iso, slide down the tree, and then save after the cutscene. After that you should be able to load the save with the patched iso.

 

That's what i was saying i did and i got a few file error messages saying that the path could not be found, but only with a few of them.

Hey guys just wondering how much progress there has been with the Hollow Bastion translation and just asking for a general status update, i know it's difficult and i have no idea how to do it so don't get pissy at me, i'm just asking.

 

i need to play little bit of 1.5 hd remix till the beggining of hallow bastion
then i will get to work on hallow bastion for bubble text . but for now everything eles is translated meaning cutsceens only and the new cutsceen

 

Like Sora said only cutscenes. There seems to be some trouble with translating bubble scenes. Also there might be some glitches if there are report them.

 

Okay... I'm really confused. First off, I wanna give props to you guys for making this patch happen despite the PS3 version coming out. Being able to play this, in English, on my PC is utterly amazing. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I'm having issues. I followed the instructions to patch the game by the letter, and everything went great. I started the game, English voiceovers (those are Japanese without the patch, yeah?), English subtitles, as well as all English speech bubbles, menus, items, etc. Everything on Destiny Island was perfect. I could hardly tell the difference between it and my English copy on PS2.

Then... I got to Traverse Town. EVERYTHING is gibberish, weird symbols, etc. I seriously mean everything, except for my menus and items (and voiceovers). Cutscene subtitles are gibberish, speech bubbles are gibberish, chest opening notifications are gibberish, the text that shows where the door you're entering leads to are gibberish, everything! Did I do something wrong? Because something is clearly screwed up. Is the translation for Traverse Town not done? I don't understand, because reading here it sounded like the only place not translated was Hollow Bastion. Now it's looking like the only thing translated is the menus, items, and Destiny Island...

I downloaded the patch files that Crazycat posted, so I'm not sure what's up. I resorted to reading a script as I went, but that only works for select scenes... Not NPCs, locations, treasure chests, and so many other things that aren't listed in any script that are necessary to read as you play the game.

I'm really bummed out... I hope I just did something wrong that I can fix. :(

 

The translation patches arent fully complete yet thats why its like that.
