I'm only missing one more ability description and that is Gravity Break.
You have to beat the Hercules cup time trial to obtain it. If its too hard I would just use cheats or something.

I also need to double check the additional party member's abilities (Jack, Aladdin, etc).
Bracketed info has been added in 1.5 remix only (EX. "[Special attack. Cost: 1 MP.]") and I just want to make sure what I have is correct for those abilities.

Khwiki has the info here but it's been inaccurate with abilities before so I don't trust it that much.

OH almost forgot, I need Donald and Goofy's Final Mix weapons as well as these accessories below!

Yeah no problem man. Don't worry about adding my name, I'll do that once I start re-aligning everything.

Your translating is fine for the most part. Some parts were translated incorrectly though. If you are unsure of what Japanese string you are replacing, always double check on translate.google.com. It won't give you an accurate translation, but it will give you a good idea of what it should be. Another tip would be to grab the US version of the ARDs and compare them. You absolutely CAN replace the codes next to the words from the US version as well, actually I encourage it.

 

well what i do is .. i find the USA video online from youtube then i run the english iso then when the giberish subtiltes come i fine the in notepad++ and then i put the blue dot next to it ... then i repeat the same for the japanese iso ... fine the subtile that i am trying to translate then i put a blue dot there and then i have the english ard from usa version then i carefully match the subtiles and such from the usa to final mix .. it will take sometime that why i said i am not rushing to get this done ..... so now i know how u feel when u did the heculeas world ..... so sorry to keep buging u man

 

There is still aline for that in there though and obviously other parts too. You can't just delete lines

 

I took pictures of all of these, except the god damn stupid f*cking prime cap. That is the SINGLE MOST INFURIATING item I have EVER had to obtain in ANY JRPG ever. In case anyone is wondering they screwed up getting it in 1.5. In the original KHFM getting 100 hits on the pink agaricus was easy. Stopga, Aeroga, Ragnarok, Ragnarok, Ragnarok. In 1.5 Ragnarok is used by pressing triangle, so whenever you use it, you'll also command Donald and Goofy to attack it, which lowers your score. ._. Now you have to go about it in a really cheaty way, like commanding Donald and goofy to attack a barrel first, or summoning bambi behind a wall, and then dismissing him, and PRAY that Donald and Goofy don't teleport to you. It's possible, but only like 3 people on gameFAQS claim to have gotten it.



ANYWAY. I'll update this post with the pictures as soon as I get them uploaded.

Then I'll try for that prime cap for a couple more hours.

EDIT: forgot to mention I also took gummiship mission pictures, and a picture of the 'Congratulations!' Message you get from Chip and Dale for finishing them all.

 

There really is no need to watch any videos, you're kind of wasting your time. Here, I've attached two text files to help you out. Replace japanese text in ew-translated.txt to match ew-english.txt. But before replacing, always double check on translate.google.com. Once you have ew-translated.txt completely in english then all you have to do is copy all the text in that file and paste it into the ard editor. Saves so much time.

Also if you want to properly remove that line where Ansem says "One who knows nothing can understand nothing." Then do this:

You cannot just delete the whole line and expect the game to work. Keeping the lines of code and deleting only the words will properly show no subtitles when this part in the game plays.

hey diguar . is it possable to port the kh2fm reaction recomond to ps2 version of the first final mix version ? jaden found the textures and such from kh2 .. and remap the ? mark to the reaction commond so everything pops up like that ?

 

I'm not a programmer. I would have genuinely no idea where to begin. This would be awesome though. The farthest I could go is to texture mod the command menu into the green reaction command bar, but that would be pointless.

Trilix has the reports covered. I think the files in completed might already have the new\fixed version. See in the menu/ folder.

 

This would unfortunately require so much work that you may as well make a fully custom heavily modded version of the game at that point.

i cant find the video cutsceens . does anybody know how to edit them go replace them with the englsh subtitles ?

I was always going to buy it, but I keep contemplating whether I should buy the game or wait and see if they eventually bring out a PS4 version, because I don't have a PS3 (don't really plan on buying one) and if they release a PS4 version then I am there day one.

Edit:

KH1 HD is great, but Re:CoM HD gets MASSIVE frame rate drops during boss fights (It slowed to a crawl when Ursula did her mouth beam cannon thing, it was really hard to dodge because of that.)
Everyone talks about how KH1 HD freezes, and is glitchy, but In like 90 hours of playing it, it's only frozen for me once. That's less than I get playing on PCSX2. :P It was worth it to me just because of KH1. So much nostalgia.
I wouldn't, however, recommend buying a PS3 just for an HD collection. Honestly it really does feel like I'm playing the same game I've been playing for a decade.

Odds are PS4 users will be able to play the game through their streaming service. If you can wait, I'd recommend it. But who am I to say? I re-bought a PSP, DS, and bought a 3DS just for the KH series. :P
