Kingdom Hearts- FFM V3!

After a moment, Namine opened her eyes again, catching Roxas' eyes once again as his finger continued to lightly run over her cheek.

 

Roxas slowed his gesture slightly, his smile widening ever so slightly once his eyes met Namine's again.

 

Namine's soft smile grew when she saw Roxas' smile, his having spread more widely as well. That was just one more thing she loved about him; his kind, reassuring, gentle, loving smile. So many things were said by his smile, and no matter what, he was always beautiful when he smiled.

 

Roxas' gesture slowly came to a stop as he held Namine's gaze, his smile still against his lips at the sight of hers. The aura around them was still think with love and happiness, the two emotions he loved to have. But he also loved to have the girl in front of him in his arms, and he had the urge to pull her close again.

 

Namine kept her head lightly against Roxas' hand as she held his gaze, her soft smile fading slightly.

 

Roxas' smile softened as Namine's did, the boy giving into his urge as he let his hand leave Namine's cheek. "Come here," he requested gently as he looked at her, speaking for the first time in what felt like a long while.

 

Namine met Roxas' eyes again after she turned her head completely upright, his hand having left her cheek. Her soft smile grew slightly as she silently obeyed, taking a step closer to Roxas.

 

Roxas wrapped his arms around Namine when she had stepped closer, his arms going around her back.

 

Namine felt herself smile in comfort as she lifted her arms, wrapping them around Roxas as she came a little closer to him. She turned her head and let it lightly rest on his shoulder.

 

Roxas exhaled in comfort, tilting his head down slightly to look at the beautiful girl he held in his arms. He was lucky...He found somebody so understanding and gentle, kind-hearted and strong-willed, loving and trustworthy. Roxas didn't know how, but he was forever thankful and felt blessed to have such an angel in his life.

 

Namine softly exhaled, her eyes closing in comfort. As long as she was in Roxas' arms, she knew that she was perfectly safe. She was protected from everything else, whether it be sadness and pain or something more. Namine realized just how lucky she was to have him as her guardian angel, and she knew that she wouldn't let go of him anytime soon. Roxas was the only person she ever wanted to be with, and that wasn't changing. Not ever.

 

Roxas smiled at Namine's expression, the boy tightening his hold around her slightly, holding her even closer to him. In a way, even in this peaceful moment, he felt like he was protecting her, keeping her safe. He loved her far too much to do anything less than be her shield, her guardian angel, her defender, her protector. He would always be hers, whether it was as a friend, a guardian, or a lover.

 

Namine embraced Roxas a little more tightly when she felt Roxas hold her closer, the girl feeling warmth from the gesture. She had to admit, even in Roxas' arms, she was starting to notice the dropping temperature. It was grower later, changing from evening to night as they stood in the garden.

 

Roxas kept his gaze ahead of him, the fountain seen out of the corner of his eyes as he held Namine in his arms. He suddenly heard sounds of enjoyment inside the building from guests, causing him to turn his head slightly to look over in that direction.

 

Namine wrapped her arms more tightly when she felt a gust of wind, which chilled her slightly. When had it turned so cold...?

 

Roxas felt the wind and Namine's hold tighten slightly shortly after. He looked down at her. "Maybe we should go back inside," he suggested softly. It was getting pretty chilly, and Namine didn't have long sleeves. He definitely didn't want her getting sick.

 

Namine looked up at Roxas, her eyes opening as she gazed up at him. "Okay," she said softly in agreement. Though it was more crowded inside, she was sure that it would be more comfortable than freezing outside.

 

Roxas nodded once, loosening his hold on Namine. He still held her mask in his right hand, and he figured that she should put it back on before they went inside. And he needed to do the same.

 

Namine gently brought her head off of Roxas as she loosened her embrace, her eyes flitting to ground as she did.

 

Roxas let his arms loosen Namine even more, his arms slowly starting to come back to his sides.
