The KINGDOM HEARTS: Birth by Sleep (bundled version) is now available to pre-order on JP Amazon. The bundled version goes for 22,000 yen. There is no image of the product at this time, but pre-ordering starts now. I believe we will be seeing the cover art for Birth by Sleep very soon. In the mean, for those of you that live in Japan, you can pre-order your copy now.

Uhmm...just how many Canadian Dollars would that be...? Wait, nvm, I did the math. It would be around 265 dollars...wow. Thats less than a PSP System here. >.>
And it comes with a PSP AND a game. o.o

I REALLY hope this is released in the USA. I don't have a PSP yet, so this would be the perfect chance to get a KH-themed PSP along with the game, possibly for slightly cheaper than buying a PSP then the game separate.

Can you play U.S. games on a Japanese PSP? Because I seriously doubt they'll release this PSP edition in North America since they didn't do that with the 358/2 Days DSi, and I'm considering pre-ordering it from the Japanese Amazon.com. But I don't want it unless it can play Asian and North American games. :/

Uhmm, no. Unless you hack it and change the region. Besides, don't you mean Jap game on US PSP?

Besides, they didn't release the custom DSi here? wtf??

Try hacking your PSP. This way, you can also download the game. ^.^

Did anyone try preordering yet? cause I can't see a preorder button. And does anyone know if these can be shipped outside of Japan?

yes you can if you search this topic up on google they say you can.

Can you play Japanese games on an American Psp?

-Yes but if there is a game for Japaneses and English you can save Japaneses games with Englishes data, all PSP can play PSP game Englishes or Japanese. For more help please email to kkendrickpradhan@yahoo.com

Can you play psp games brought in USA on British a bought psp?

-The answer is yes. the PSP has no region locking, even though there might be some language issues, like if you buy a game in Japan or Spain, the language would be in Spanish or Japanese.

As far as the "amount of time left for games" I do not believe they would be releasing a PSP-3000 with only one year worth of games, also, the PSP is much more versatile, with Skype, GPS, camera, tv, internet, radio, mp3's, movies and RSS feeds. So carry on enjoying your PSP, and don't worry about regions.

The first guy (whose answer was deleted) doesn't seem to know that the console wars occur on 2 fronts; home-based and handheld. PSP is a contender in the latest gen of handhelds, probably when Sony decides that they've milked enough out of it, they'll move on.

While I cannot confirm the LG vs Samsung LCDs, I did hear that it was just a rumor. I have a US version while my cousin has a JAP version. After carefully comparing the two, I can say with confidence that they are identical appearance-wise, which makes sense since Sony took PSP from Japanese and European stock to have enough for the American launch.

-All PSP's have no region-locks on games, but both JAP and US versions have region-locks on movies.

-With an unconfirmed European release date of July 2005, many European gamers are certainly eyeing imported alternatives. They are however weary to how an imported system will perform in Europe and UK. I picked up a Sony PSP value pack during a recent trip to Japan and can report that using the console and one Japanese game has been very easy (and highly enjoyable).

My main worry was whether the Japanese console supported English menus. I was happy to see that when you turn on the PSP for the first time, it let's you choose between 15+ languages (English being one of them). From then on, you will not see a single reference to Japanese.

Where do YOU live? In ontario, a psp is like only 100ish dollars. For me that price would be a bite in the ass. lol

Yeah, Ontario. Brampton, specifically. PSPs are around the price of an iPod Nano here, LOL
