Okay now, my first fic wasn't nearly a succes, I'd say, so I decided to come up with a new story. This time, I made a epilogue, so You'll all know the basic of the actual storyline. Well, here it is! Hope you all enjoy and please comment. Epilogue ''...What's happening?...'' ''...Where Am I?...'' ''...I feel sick...'' _______________________________________________________________________________________ Damien, a 14 year old boy, is a boy with a dream. When he's older, he wants to start a journey. And not just a journey; he wanted to go to outer space, to visit other planets, to explore new environments. When he was 5, his father left on such a journey. Together with his mother, he went to see his father take off in a space ship. Damien knew he'd miss his father. A tear rolled down his cheek. He saw his father waving at them out of the cockpit. Apparently, his father would miss his son and wife, as well. The ship took off, and disappeared in a great circle of light, and the two never heard anything of him for months. About a year later, Damien's mother received a message that his they've lost father. She cried, what was she going to do without his loving husband at his side?When she told Damien the shocking news, he felt sad and sick at the same time. ''Is daddy... gone?'' he said, while trying not to cry. Now, 8 years later, Damien learns to live with the fact that his father isn't around him anymore, but from the inside, he suffers just as much as every time. ''dad...'' he mutters. ''you're not dead. I know you're not...''. He missed his father so much, that he would sacrifice most anything to find him. One day, he finds himself in some sort of dark sanctuary. He has no idea what's happening or where he is. He feels sick. He can feel that a weird force is draining his health out of him. Suddenly, hordes of Shadows appeared from beneath the ground. He had no idea what those creatures are, or why they where attacking him. Suddenly, the Keyblade appeared in his hand. He was afraid, but at the same time, he knew what to do. The Heartless where slain, one by another. But the darkness kept draining the strength out of him. Defending himself proved to be harder in time, and at last, he fainted and lies motionless on the ground, until the darkness consumed him...
Reading this was very good. Although I wasn't quite sure about the beginning part (top with epilouge) but overall it was good. Not to be a pain in the neck but there could be some paragraphs but it's your own decision. Keep up the good work, I'm looked forward to what will Damien do next;)

Okay, here is Chapter 01, I did my very on best on this to give it a reasonable length: Beloved memories Chapter 01: an obscure battle I sat behind my desk, thinking. Thinking of a way in order to find my father. ''Damien, honey, breakfast's ready.'' my mother said from down the stairs. So I put on some clothes, and went downstairs to eat. We tried to hold the atmosphere, but it didn't work, again. I was thinking of a way to start a conversation, to fight the pressure so I asked mother what time it was, of course, I also knew that myself. ''...Mom, can you tell me what time it is?...'' I asked. ''Almost time for school...'' she answered, and she started... crying. She left the dining table. ''...damn it...'' I thought. Why did this all happen in the first place? I finished my breakfast, and looked at the clock. It was 07:30. AM, time for school. When I arrived at school, I felt something strange. I didn't knew what, but I did felt something coming nearer and nearer. Like it... approached me. Mathematics was starting, and I didn't knew what to do because the subject always bugged me. We had to do a test. The clocked ticked forth, only slower and slower. After the test, I got a D-. I was being bullied again in the break by Victor. Victor was one class above me, he grabbed my backpack, and threw it in the teachers office. I went to go get it, but right at that moment when I was inside the office, the principal showed up. He ordered me to stay after school, and Victor laughed at me afterwards. I went outside, and I got inside some nasty headache. I had that feeling I had when school started. But it felt like it's awfully nearby, on the school grounds. Time halted. ''What the...'' I said in myself. Everything stopped. People stopped walking, cars stopped riding, even the birds who where flying suddenly stopped in the air. Suddenly, Shadows raised up above the ground, the same creatures as in the sanctuary. He looked at his hand, and a strange key appeared. ''huh?'' I was shocked. Me and the strange device 'worked' together, like we shared our minds. One of the Heartless went for the attack, but the key moved on its own, and it sliced right through the creature. Many repeats followed, until I got the hang of it, so I could take over. With a heroic jump, I ran towards them, and hacked an sliced my way through. Eventually, I was surrounded by 5 Shadows. I didn't knew which one to attack, but a voice told me not to panic, and wait until the Heartless jumped towards me. They went for the jump on me, but the key began to glow, and a huge shockwave occurred, and a dozen Shadows where suddenly cleared. ''Wow...'' I said. Suddenly, the sky changed black and more of those creatures appeared, only these where the larger NeoShadows. ''No problem!''' I thought. Only thing was, these guys where kinda tougher. It dodged out of the way and jumped on me. It's razor-sharp claws got deep inside my arms. ''Aaaah!'' I shouted in pain. I tried to kick him off, but I couldn't hit him. It was about to sacrifice itself to get the darkness in himself move via its claws, which where planted inside me; into me. Right on the moment I gave up hope, the key strengthened me to defend myself once again. My eyes lightened up, and a huge explosion took place at the school grounds. Like a jet blast, where all of the heartless, Shadows, and NeoShadows, struck by the gigantic light wave. I looked around, and I was shocked that the environment, the people, the cars, everything was unaffected. The Heartless stopped attacking, but the sky remained dark, which was weird, because it was 10:14 AM. It was quiet, and I felt like my heart stopped, what will happen next? I heard some kind of 'growling' sound out of the sky. A huge black thing glided out of the sky. It had large tentacles on its head, and an empty space through its belly shaped like a heart. ''Wow! What is that thing!'' I said. It ruthlessly attacked me, by swinging its fist at me. I managed to dodge it, and jumped on its arm, but the creature moved its paw on the arm I was running on, and I fell off. I slammed on the hard, stone roof of the school. I was stunned and when I opened my eyes, I saw a giant black hand grab me. The thing held me in the left hand, and was about to crush with the other one. But in one quick motion, the key pointed to the giant hand, and stabbed it. Some kind of black, slippery stuff syringed out of the creatures hand. It became enraged, and dozens of Shadows emerged out of the sky. ''I... can't take them on all, this is the end...'' I thought. All of a sudden, I felt a gust of wind behind me. I looked over my shoulder, and I saw some sort of gate of light appear. A ship flew out of the gate, not a very big one, but it sure was powerful. The airship opened its laser-guns, and cleared all of the Shadows, and distracted the giant Heartless. Two strange people jumped out of the ship, besides me. ''Why are you involved in this mess, kid?'' one of them said. ''I don't know!'' I said. ''They attacked me!'' The giant Heartless slammed his fist towards them. ''Reflega!'' The other one said. Some kind of shield surrounded the three, from which the enraged creature couldn't slam his way through. ''I... can't... hold him off... much longer!'' the mage said, while blocking the powerful punches with the shield, and then she said: ''Call the Gummi Ship! We need to be at distance when fighting him!'' the guy grabbed some sort of device out of his pocket, and called the pilot. The barrier was about to break, when the ship appearing behind me earlier landed behind us. With an enormous swing, the Heartless smashed through the barrier. We quickly withdrawn inside the ship, and flew at distance. ''Cid, are you ready?'' the mage asked. ''locked and loaded!'' he said. I still didn't knew what all this was about, so I asked the guy who asked me why I was involved in all this. ''We got signs of Heartless activity on earth,'' he said. ''and what a Heartless this is.'' the ship lets loose its whole arsenal, but without a result. ''We can't kill it!'' said Cid. ''I think I know how to fight it;'' I said, and I grabbed the key. ''Th- the KeyBlade!'' stuttered Cid. ''Then he must be the KeyBlade's new chosen one!'' I ran towards Cid to ask him where the ship's engine was. I walked towards it, and I shouted towards the cockpit: ''reload!'' my 'KeyBlade' began to glow, and when I touched the engine, it began to work more brutally. ''Now! Fire!'' I shouted. The ship lets loose its arsenal once again. But this time, with success. The Heartless felt at his chest. His hand became stained in black liquid. ''It's working!'' the mage said. ''He's bleeding!'' the other guy laughs relieved. The giant Heartless tries to grab the Gummi Ship, but it is too fast. The ship flew in circles around the Heartless. ''Cid! Watch out!'' I said, but it was too late. We where flying right towards it. The giant Heartless grabs the Gummi Ship, and slowly crushes it. ''If I could get on it's arm...'' I thought. I opened one of the side windows, and crawled out of it and grabbed one of his fingers. When on his arm, the Heartless wasn't paying attention at me, so I kept running. The Heartless finally felt something, and tried to shake me off, but this time, I stabbed the KeyBlade inside his arm to hold on to him. Because of the impact of the KeyBlade, the Heartless was stunned, and lets loose of the Gummi Ship. I ran towards his head. ''Come on, kid! You're almost there!'' shouted Cid from out of the ship. The tentacles on his head attacked me, and it grabbed me. The KeyBlade moved on its own again and sliced through it, so I could continue. I jumped on top of its head, and stabbed its vital spot with the KeyBlade. ''Ouch, that's gotta hurt!'' the other guy said. The giant Heartless bowed down on its knees, and growled for the last time. He closed his eyes, and hits the ground. ''unbelievable...'' the mage said. I sat before the monstrous Heartless. ''I... I defeated it!'' I said, when I crawled away from the Heartless. I looked at the KeyBlade. It disappeared, but I knew it was still with me. ''Can you feel it's presence?'' said the mage. ''somehow... yeah.'' I answered. I could hear a voice speak to me. I knew it was the KeyBlade. It said: ''How great the danger may be what lies ahead of you, I am always here. I will always protect you, and you will always protect me. So go ahead. Your story starts here. Don't be afraid, your friends are always with you.'' I looked at the sky, which finally became normally again. Everything came to life again, like if nothing happened, like it was just your ordinary school day.
Hmm...interesting indeed. You should start new paragraphs when there is a new speaker, it's less confusing.
its a nice storyline... but you seem to be switching from the present tense to the past tense a few times which is confusing also u may want to use more paragraphs.. like when people are speaking but overall its a good start and could be the basis for a great story! :)
Okay, here is chapter 02. Some members who have read chapter 01 said that I had to make some more paragraphs, so I tried and this is what its become: (by the way, I loved how I managed to bond Damien with his mother:D) Chapter 02: ''your journey's about to start.'' __________________________________________________________________________________________________ ''Say, what's your name, kid?'' the male warrior said. ''I'm Damien.'' I said. ''Damien, huh? Nice to meet the new KeyBlade's chosen one. I'm Devon.'' The mage walked towards me. She did her cloak of. ''What the hell!'' I said shocked. ''You're a... girl?'' I hadn't seen a girl so far with this much knowledge of magic, while still on the outside, she was still your ordinary girl, blond hair, blue eyes, etc. ''Is it weird?'' she said. ''N-no...'' I answered. ''I just, didn't knew with the cloak on...'' I kinda blushed with the answer. ''This is Sarah, she's always bossing us around. It's a drag.'' said Devon. Devon handed over a card so I could contact them whenever I liked, he said. When I looked at the Gummi Ship, I saw Cid crawling out. He turned around and muttered: ''Aw, my poor baby, wrecked.'' I tried to comfort him. ''It's okay... *sniff* So, I see you got an invitation from Devon, eh?'' ''Well, yeah. He said something about me joining the group. At least, that's what I've understood.'' I said, while raising my shoulders. ''Fine with me,'' Cid answered. ''This sure is no place for Heartless.'' he said. ''And because you wield the KeyBlade, they keep on coming without a stop.'' Sarah went further. I sure wanted to know more, but I looked at the schooltower's clock, which was still at the end of first brake, because of the battle. ''We got it, if you want to leave, just give us a call and we'll be picking you up.'' Devon winks. After school, when I arrived at home, there was nobody there. I kept knocking on the door, but nobody opened. ''strange...'' I thought. ''Wasn't she going to the post office tomorrow?'' I decided to wait a while. After about 5 minutes later, I heard a glass fall, and I heard her scream: ''Aaaah! Help!'' ''mom!'' I shouted. I broke the door open, and she was held hostage by Soldiers. I took out the KeyBlade, and the Soldiers leaped at me immediately. There sure where a lot of them, so I had to stay focused, but while I was defending myself and mother, I looked at her, her eyes where covered in tears like she was thinking: ''No, not again...''. I didn't saw what I was doing, and the Heartless jumped on me. I lost my cool, and pushed them off of me with the palm of my hand. I stood up, and the Soldiers jumped in the air to counter with a kick. ''fire!'' I demanded. A great circle of fire surrounded me. It went greater and greater. The heartless tried to escape, but they had nowhere to go. They all burned and vanished in the fire. The Soldiers where gone, and I walked up to mother, and I said: ''It's okay now, they're gone.'' but mother only stared open eyed at the KeyBlade I was holding. ''Mom... are you okay?'' I said. ''Y-yeah, I'm fine. It's just... Damien, please sit down. There is something I want to tell you.'' she stuttered. ''What is it, mom?'' I said, with my heart in my throat. ''That key o...'' my mother started, but I interrupted her. ''I don't know why I received it, or why I am involv...'' I screamed, but mother interrupted me again: ''I know, your dad was a KeyBlade wielder, too.'' ''You know about the KeyBlade?'' I said. ''Tell me more!'' Mother seemed a bit sad and closed her eyes, and said: ''Long ago, before you where born, your dad and I used to have quarrels about things. Most times we just argued and yelled at each other, but one day, things started to get out of hand. When we where eating dinner one day, your father suddenly became so mad that he threw his drink off the table and just walked out of the door, and didn't return that night. Hours past, and I was so worried about him, that I went out looking for him. Suddenly, those creatures that attacked me a few minutes ago appeared out of a dark gateway. I was screaming for help. They where about to take me somewhere, but just then, your dad walked out of the shadows. He carried a key with him, just like the one you're carrying. He defeated them with ease, and then, he told me what he had experienced. He told me that he'd been in some sanctuary, where he was surrounded by Heartless.'' ''Then why do I have a KeyBlade, as well?'' I stuttered, trying to keep myself strong. Mother told me that she had expected it. ''When you where born, I could just see you had your father's blood. You where probably to young to remember it. When you where at the age of 5, your dad told me that he was going on a journey, and he asked me to take good care of you, Damien. A few weeks later, he was about to take off. You where crying when father leaved, you even wanted to go with him.'' I was frozen in my chair. I couldn't believe father just ditched us. I had a feeling of anger, but also a feeling of sadness in my heart. ''You want to see him again, don't you?'' mother said. ''Well... I...''. I wasn't sure what to say. ''I have the feeling that he isn't dead... I just know he isn't dead.'' I said. ''I see...'' mother said. She told me that father told her the exact same thing when he wanted to leave, to search for something. That it was my fate to leave on a journey to find him again. ''My... fate?'' I said, and suddenly I couldn't fight my anger anymore. ''Why haven't you told me before!'' I yelled. ''I didn't... knew how.'' she told me, on a sad tone. ''I was thinking of a way to tell you, but every time I wanted to, I just couldn't.'' I was shocked to find out that, all this time; this was actually supposed to happen. Mother went further. ''Now, the time has come, and you're still so young... I had to tell you before. But now it's to late.'' ''your journey's about to start.'' she said. She started crying again, she knew the time had come to let me go. She went slowly upstairs. I didn't move, however. I couldn't. I was thinking: ''What am I supposed to do? I haven't seen my father in ages, but I don't want to leave mother alone. Father just left us behind, but I missed him so much all the time... And it looks like mother is really sad that now when father's gone, I have to leave, too.'' I didn't knew which to choose: leave home to find father, or stay here and stay with mother? Then I remembered the words that the KeyBlade told me, that I didn't have to fear, and that my friends are always with me. Confidently, I told my mother that I was leaving the planet. ''I understand,'' she said. ''I will miss you...'' That evening, I remembered Devon giving me a card so I could beep the Gummi Ship whenever I got the urge to, so I did. About a half our later, it landed right in the pond in our backyard. Cid stuck his head out of the window. ''All aboard!'' I was about to step inside, but at the moment, mother stopped me, and said: ''Here, keep it with you. Remember, I am always here in this spot.'' And she pointed towards my chest. She gave me a picture of a 3 year old me, with mom and dad smiling. A tear rolled down from my eye, I was looking for a way to thank mother. But when I was thinking of a way, mother gave me one last hug. ''Take care.'' she said. ''I will...'' I nodded, and I stepped inside the Gummi Ship. It took off. ''good to have you on board, kid.'' Devon said. ''Yeah...'' I answered. I looked out of the window, and I saw mother waving at me from down the garden. When we approached space, I looked out of the window again, and I saw planet earth getting smaller and smaller... __________________________________________________________________________________________________ To be continued...

Now, here's chapter 3, and for heavens sake, please comment, just critisize/correct me. chapter 03: Traverse Town; a deserted city The Gummi Ship slowly drifted through space. I looked at the picture mother gave me. It was funny seeing myself together with both mom and dad, but also it was... a bit sad... ''You miss them, don't you?'' said Sarah. ''I can see it in your eyes that you want to be united with both your father and mother.'' she took a seat right next to me. ''Y-yeah..'' I said, while stuttering. ''I lost my parents, too. A long time ago.'' she said. ''I lost my parents 5 years ago due to a horrific group dressed in black coats, who called themselves 'Organization XII'. My parents, along with others of the town where turned in some kind of creepy, white creatures. I fled into an alley, but it was blocked by some kind of barrier. When I looked behind me, I saw one of the men in black walked up to me. He did off his cloak, and I could finally see a clear face. His blue eyes shined like sapphires in the moonlight. He had long, pink hair, and a freaky grin on his face. 'Where are mommy and daddy?' I cried. The pink haired guy could only laugh in himself, and said: 'In a safe place...' He took my arm, but I stepped on his toes, and run away.'' ''What happened then?'' I asked. ''How did you get away?'' Sarah went further: ''I arrived at a square, and the white creatures closed me in from all alleyways. The things approached me with weird, dancing movements. I was surrounded. ´There´s nowhere to go, give up.´ that creep said, while an aura of flowers surrounded him. He lifted his hand up in the air, and a mighty scythe appeared in it. The mouths of the weird creatures zipped open, and they went for the attack. Suddenly, a ships engine sounded and the creatures fled. It was this ship that saved me there.'' ''So that´s your story...'' I said to her. She looked outside of the window and said: ''We've arrived.'' When the four of us stepped out of the Gummi Ship, it looked like a hurricane came through. We traveled through the town, it was so quiet, you could hear a pin touch the ground. Devon heard a strange blob-like sound coming out of an alley. ''Hey guys, I think I heard something. Follow me!'' he said. The alley ended into a square, from which Devon heard the strange sound. It was quiet again, but suddenly Leon was being thrown through a wall right next to us. Another Heartless appeared. Its body was covered in a dirty, slimy substance. It had two long, heaving eyes on his head. It spewed green acid at us, which was easy to avoid, but if we inhaled it, it'd closed off our lunges to choke us. Leon got up and jumped out of the way, and shot a fireball out of his gunblade. It burned a hole in his body, and the Heartless melted away. ''What was that thing?'' I said. But Leon didn't answer. He told us to follow him to Gizmo Shop. Merlin was there. ''Who's that guy?'' I questioned. ''Merlin the Wizard,'' Sarah answered. ''He tutored me in magic.'' Now that I knew the tutor of Sarah, I felt like I could ask him if maybe he could teach me to control the fire spell I used in my house, but I knew this wasn't the right time. Merlin said: ''The machine we recently build in the Gizmo Shop has gone crazy! It was used to create defense mechanisms, but something has gone wrong. The mechanisms went Heartless, and changed into some kind of ugly blue blobs!'' ''I'll work on it.'' said Cid, and took seat in front of the computer. ''Leon, Damien, go scout the city and clear it from those Heartless.'' So we went outside, when Devon, Sarah, Cid and Merlin stayed inside to look after the machine. I took a few steps, and the same creature immediately raised up again. But Leon was prepared this time. He shot a great fireball at it again which burned him down. ''Let's go! I have a feeling I know where the leader is!'' he said. Meanwhile, in the Gizmo Shop, Cid was 'operating' the machine to check for viruses. Suddenly, a Heartless image appeared on the screen. A freaky laugh sounded, and the teleport system next to the computer, which was used to summon the mechanisms; called more of those weird blobs forth. ''Oh, if only Leon and that other guy are doing okay outside.'' Merlin thought. Leon and I arrived in the sewers. ''Ugh. It smells even more than it normally does.'' Leon said. ''Probably because of the Heartless.'' I told him. He turned around, and looked at me. ''So you're the new KeyBlade wielder...'' he told me that he met a young boy like him named 'Sora'. He was still so young... but I misjudged him.'' he told me. In the Gizmo Shop, Devon and Sarah tried to defend themselves from the non-stop attack. ''How do we stop it! How do we stop it!'' Devon repeated in panic. ''I've had it with this thing.'' Merlin said. He raised his magic staff in the air and said: ''shazam!'' a great bolt of lightning struck the machine, and it shattered in a thousand pieces. The teleporting device stopped, and Sarah finally destroyed the last one of those Heartless. Back in the sewers, I heard growling from out of the sewage. I took a look, and a disgusting Heartless came out of the water, even uglier than the other ones. He had a electrical device on its head, it looked like it was a small sample from the machinery in the Gizmo Shop. ''That's the leader, I knew it.'' Leon said. It started to spit toxic from the craters in its body. ''Watch out! Don't inhale!'' I yelled. We kept dodging the toxic it fired, looking for a open spot to attack. ' ''Wait, if the others where weak against fire, maybe this one is too...'' I thought. ''Leon! Shoot at it!'' I screamed. He did, but the fireballs didn't came through the Heartless's thick, slimy body. However, Leon noticed that the device on its head started to glow every time the Heartless was touched. ''Go for the machinery on its head!'' Leon said, and shot another fireball, but the Heartless kept blocking the device. ''Damn it, I can't reach it!'' he said. ''Try to distract it!'' At first, I didn't knew how, but I got an idea; I jumped in the water, and grabbed the Heartless. It turned around, leaving the device open for attack. ''Now, Leon! Full power!'' I shouted. Leon's gunblade grew, and it lit up. He raised the gunblade. ''Firaga!'' he said, and a giant ball of fire hits the device. The Heartless was stunned by pain for a second, so I could climb up to the machinery. I raised the KeyBlade, and with a proud swing, I smashed the device to smithereens. The creature, along with the rest of the Heartless in Traverse Town; lit up, and fell apart. I walked up to Leon, and said: ''Well, I think we pulled of fine style of teamwork!'' ''Heh!'' he grinned, and raised his thumb. ''Lets get back to the shop, Damien.'' When we got back at the Gizmo Shop, things had gotten... eehr... changed. Devon, Cid, Sarah and Merlin where cleaning up the mess the bolt of lightning created. ''Why, I think I kinda exaggerated when eehr... 'shutting down' the computer!'' Merlin said, while stretching his back. ''Ye' sure did, oldie!'' yelled Cid. ''Hey, Leon...'' I said, while looking at him. ''What do you know about that boy named 'Sora'? Leon closed his eyes. ''Hmm... Maybe the King would know more.'' he said. Leon told me that he lived in Disney Castle. ''I can get ye' there.'' Cid told me. ''Wait,'' I said. ''Merlin, could you... teach me what you know about magic?'' I said, with a smile on my face. Merlin laughed, and said: ''Well, Sarah has been a good student of mine. Sarah, why don't you go with Damien to teach him what you know?'' ''*sigh*... yes, Merlin.'' Sarah said while looking at me from over her shoulder. ''B-but, Merlin...'' I dissapointedly stuttered. Devon grabbed my shoulder, and pushed me out of the Gizmo Shop. While we where underway to our Gummi Ship, Leon helped Merlin cleaning up, muttering: ''Sora... What happened to you?'' ''Buckle up, people!'' said Cid. Next stop: Disney Castle.. _______________________________________________________ C'mon guys, tell me what you think?
Okay, here's chapter 04; the longhest chapter until now, but not by much. Sorry, I just felt like saying that!:D Chapter 04: evil shows his face The navigation system beeped. It showed a blurry spot right next to the Gummi Ship. I looked out of the window, but it was completely dark and I couldn't see anything. Cid looked on the radar again, and he saw that the blur was still there on the radar. ''What the hell?'' he said. ''BOOM!!!'' The ship began to rumble, and we tried to grab hold of something. Cid tried to keep the ship airborne, but the Gummi Ship's engine broke down. We found ourselves in a vicious storm. The ship twisted through space. ''We're gonna die!!'' Devon said, while clamping himself at the bask of his seat. And well, we didn't found ourself in a comfortable position, either. In the end, there was a huge black hole which caused the ruckus. I remembered what I did the first time to power up the engine of the Gummi Ship. I tried to crawl to the engine, and the KeyBlade powered up the ship. It began to work again, and Cid finally eventually grabbed the steering wheel again. The ship stuck his nose against the current, but even with the power of the KeyBlade, the Gummi Ship was no match for the black hole. The ship began to shake again, so badly that I lost my balance and fell down, so KeyBlade lost contact with the ship's engine. The Gummi Ship somersaulted a couple times, and we got sucked in the black hole... We tumbled down to floor level, but the ship fell apart. Pieces of the Gummi Ship was shattered all over the weird place we where brought in. I lied on the floor, unconsciously. A few minutes later, I opened my eyes, and looked around. I didn't knew where we where, but it certainly didn't look like Disney Castle. I was in some kind of garden, but it looked like the Heartless been here. The sky was all red. I saw a bush, which leaded to a door, but it couldn't be opened. Suddenly, Shadows raised above the ground. ''Not them again!'' I said. They outnumbered me by hundreds, and it didn't matter how many I defeated; they just came back in larger numbers. They had me cornered, and at point I lost hope, a knight with a powerful, mouse designed shield jumped in. ''Gawrsh! You don't belong here!''. It was Goofy, captain of the royal knights. The Heartless kept attacking, Goofy bashed them off, as I stood up. I watched as Goofy's shield began to glow, and spins it through the whole yard. But it didn't stop the Shadows from emerging. I got an idea. ''Goofy! Charge your shield!'' I said, as I stood next to him and raised the KeyBlade up in the air. When the Key and Goofy's shield touched, a shockwave occurred. The Heartless where struck, and disappeared. ''pant... pant... Thanks!'' I said, with my hands on my knees. Goofy asked me who I was, and why I'm here. ''I'm Damien, and I came here to see the King.'' I said, while standing straight. I had to follow him, through the bushes to the closed door. ''Sea-salt ice cream.'' Goofy demanded, and the door opened. While inside the great hall, we saw Cid stumbling, saying: ''Say, would someone get this dog away from me! He's been following me for about half a hour!'' * arf! arf! * Pluto barked. Underway to the throne room, we saw a huge crack in the wall. Devon walked outside, while coughing. ''Dude! Where are we!'' he yelled. ''Ahyuh! Well, in Disney Castle of course!'' Goofy answered. That black hole must've led to our destination, but didn't expected it would be so... dark. Goofy said it didn't used to be hulled in darkness, but since the castle became overrun with Heartless, not one day had come by in which we didn't had to fight. Arrived in the Throne Room, the chair was empty. ''Your Majesty? Goofy said. But it was quiet. Suddenly, the whole Throne Room became filled with Heartless. We did what we can, but even with Goofy's help, we couldn't defeat them all. I saw Shadows approached us from all directions, what could we about it? We didn't had the strength anymore to fight. Then, a mouse with the same KeyBlade as I had only in inverted color jumped from the ceiling, and sliced the Shadows like they where unions. It was King Mickey. ''run!'' he said, so we did. The King stayed inside the Throne Room and fight off the Heartless. Back in the main hall, I noticed we hadn't come across Sarah yet. However, I did heard her scream. It came from the castle garden. We looked from the balcony she was being held hostage from some man in a cloak. ''Organization XIII!'' Goofy said. ''XIII?'' I said, with a frowned eyebrow. ''Sarah said it was Organization XII.'' We ran downstairs, and we approached the man in black. ''Let her go, whoever you are!'' Devon stuttered. ''hmm... nope, sorry.'' the man said, with a teasing voice. ''First, we need to see the KeyBlade wearer.'' ''That's me.'' I said, while showing the KeyBlade. ''good...'' the guy said, and he called forth some weird creatures who carried a sniper. ''That's them!'' Sarah said, but the man in the cloak put his hand for her mouth I couldn't understand what she's saying. In the Throne Room, King Mickey was outnumbered by Heartless. He knew that even he didn't stand a chance against such an overpowering number. Suddenly, they disappeared. He walked out of the Throne Room, and saw the event taking place. He jumped from the balcony, ''Nobodies!'' he said. The King was about to try to free Sarah from them, but the man threatened: ''One step closer, and this girl's long gone!'' Suddenly, a great thunderbolt came out of the sky, and struck the man. He lets loose of Sarah and she frees herself of the rest of the 'Nobodies'. ''Wow, good job, Sarah.'' I said, but she claimed she didn't do it. King Mickey looked up, to the castle balcony. It was Donald, castle's court magician. He also jumped down, but landed painfully on his beak. ''awww...'' he said, while rubbing his nose. The lighting shock Donald crated, caused the man's cloak to fall behind. It was the Organization's number II, Xigbar. Those sniper-Nobodies appeared again, but with the help of King Mickey, Donald and Goofy, we where with a vast number of 7, and together we make a hell of a team. A few of the snipers teleported behind us, but I saw it coming. I turned around and with one great swing, the nobodies behind me where slain. Xigbar went for his one-handed snipers, and jumped in the air, charging his shot. Goofy leaped at him, but Xigbar was already done loading. He shot Goofy out of the air, but he landed perfectly on his feat. Meanwhile, the Snipers came re-appeared. This sure was one of the chaotic battle I've ever witnessed. We had to focus on Xigbar, and on the Nobodies as well. ''Cid, Donald, Goofy, Sarah, Devon, you take care of the Snipers, while the King and I take care of this weirdo.'' I said, while looking at King Mickey. A sniper bullet went straight for my head, but Goofy jumped in front of it just in time and deflected it. King Mickey leaped towards Xigbar, he shoots at the King, but he dodged the bullet with ease. Instead the bullet went for me. I slammed the bullet back at him. The King went through number II, and he felt at his chest. He felt pain, and looked down, and saw the deflected bullet coming back at him. It struck him in the chest, and fell down on the ground. Meanwhile, the rest had trouble dealing with the nobodies. The kept coming, Goofy throws his shield around the garden, but it only cleared a few of the Snipers. Sarah and Donald suddenly got the same idea, Sarah lifted her hand up in the air, and Donald held his staff against her hand. They both went full-power, and demanded: ''Firaga!'' The dark sky turned in flames, and huge pillars of fire blazed down at the Snipers, including Xigbar. Number II crawled back on his feet, muttering: ''Until next time.'' and he disappeared in a gleam of darkness. Devon defeats the last of the Nobodies, and Disney Castle returned normal. ''Your Majesty...'' I said. ''Do you know about a man named Leon?'' ''He helped me fight the Nobodies in Radiant Garden a few years ago, along with others.'' he said. I asked The King if he knew about a boy named 'Sora'. Of course, he knew him well, along with Donald and Goofy. King Mickey looked away from the group. After the fight the Organization leader, Xemnas, he disappeared. And we never heard anything of him since then. ''And what about the Organization?'' I asked. ''Is it Organization XII or XIII?'' King Mickey told me it used to be Organization XIII, but number XIII, Roxas, who was a KeyBlade wielder like me; stepped out of the group. I didn't knew why, but by hearing the story the King told, it reminded me of my father. It was kinda... strange. Of course, Cid was worried about his ship. ''Don't worry,'' two tiny squirrels said. ''We'll help you. Its fixed in no time!'' It where Chip and Dale. We went downstairs at the Gummi department. There was a huge collection of Gummi Ships. After Cid, Chip and Dale where done working on the broken Gummi Ship, when we where about to say goodbye, Cid thought of his Gummi store back in Traverse Town. He felt like he wanted to go back and run his shop. ''No problem! Damien can travel with us!'' Chip said. ''Yeah! Take on a long, lasting journey again!!'' Dale said, while jumping up and down. So we said goodbye to Cid, and he went back to his hometown. ''So it's only us three now, huh?'' Devon said. ''Don't fear, the KeyBlade will guide you.'' King Mickey said, reaching his hand to my elbow, because he couldn't reach my shoulder. When we departed, I kept thinking of that Sora guy. Could it be that I and Sora had something in common, except the KeyBlade?
Okay now, here's another pretty long chapter, sorry to keep you waiting, but my story didn't get that much comments so I thougt: ''you know what, I give up.'' But then I got a small bunch of compliments, and I got the motivation again! Keep those comments coming! Btw, There's a new Disney story playing in. It's called: 'The Emperor's New Groove'. Now, I'm going on holiday, and I'll be seeing you over 2 weeks, bye! Chapter 05: Kuzcotopia Chip looked at the navigation system. Apparently, it was a bit more advanced than the junk Cid had on board. The system showed an unknown planet, a planet nobody from the outside worlds had been before. ''Well, let's go there!'' Dale said. I looked at the world from the sky. It looked like some kind of water theme park. When we set the Gummi Ship to the ground, we saw an old man getting thrown out of a palace. He landed and got stuck in one of the flagpoles, so we got to him to help him. ''Hey, what happened?'' I asked. ''I-I-I-I threw off the man's groove, and the he threw me out!'' ''You threw off the man his groove?'' Sarah said with her left eyebrow wrinkled. ''Yes! His groove!, Beware of the groove!'' the old man said, and he walked away. When we tried to get in, a few guards stopped us. ''Sorry, but emperor Kuzco is rather busy right now, any requests to the emperor will be asked later.'' The guards walked us outside, but I had to get in. We walked around the palace, and, luckily, a small hole led to inside. When inside, a ceremony took place. Trumpets sounded, and a young, energetic guy suddenly came out of the door saying: ''Hah! Boom, baby!'' He walked further over a blue carpet, with a little girl strawing flower petals before every step he made. Quite the egoistic emperor he was. He snipped his fingers, and a plump little guy with a chair ran towards him, and carried him towards his throne. When he took place on the throne, he received gifts, and he got to choose a wife. ''Is this really the best you can do?'' Emperor Kuzco said to the guy that pointed out the women for him. Devon moved his arm a little to much to the right, and accidentally knocked down a beautiful, though expensive vase. About a second later, a door opened behind us, and three guards grabbed us and threw us outside. ''Good going, dumbass.'' teased Sarah. It didn't seem like we could go in anymore. The whole palace was being guarded, so we waited. We just sat there the whole afternoon. Until a big guy dressed in a green robe walked upon the great stairs. It was Pacha, a peasant who lived in a small village on a big mountain together with his family. He was being shown the way to the emperor's throne room. I was curious, so I climbed a tree so I could look through a average large window. I heard Pacha and the Emperor talking about Kuzcotopia, but Pacha's house, along with others; had to be cleared for it. He seemed to be upset about it, but the guards took him outside before he could even say a thing. The man walked away with his llama without looking behind. We followed him. Meanwhile, a just fired skinny old lady, Yzma and her right-hand man, Krunk where breeding on an evil plan to get rid of Kuzco. Yzma's hatred for Kuzco was so great, that she crushed stone statues which appeared as his head with a hammer. ''How could he fire me! I practically raised him!'' she said, while destroying another statue. ''Krunk!'' she demanded. ''Next one!'' and Kronk puts another statue on the pedestal. ''Wait! I got it! I get rid of Kuzco!'' ''The real Kuzco?'' Krunk said with a wrinked eyebrow. ''Of course, the real Kuzco! If he's gone, I could rule the empire!'' Yzma said while laughing like a lunatic. ''To the secret lab!'' she demanded. The two ran into some room with two levers. Then there was this little incident when Kronk just pulled a random lever, which opened a pit where Yzma fell in. she came back with an alligator biting her in an uncomfortable spot. ''Why do we even have that lever?'' she said, and she pulled the other lever. The duo was taken for a ride in some kind of rollercoaster. At the end, the two where dressed all fine as two scientists. ''I'm turning him into a flee, then, I'm gonna put in a box. Then I'll put that box inside another box, and mail that box to myself. And when it arrives, I smash the box to smithereens!'' she said, while knocking down some sort of poison. It touched a flower, and it exploded all of a sudden. ''Or, to save on postage, I'll just poison him with this!'' she grinned. Meanwhile, we arrived in a mall. An old bazaar. It was really busy, but we manged to keep track of Pacha. We weren't aware of Krunk sneaking above the busy streets with a large, heavy bag on his back. Strangely, he tripped over the tail of a cat, and tumbled down the stairs. When he landed, he let go of the bag he's holding, and it landed on the car of Pacha, but he didn't notice it. Krunk lost him, but we didn't. We still went after Pacha, and when he arrived at the foot of the hill where his village is, he stopped and sat on a small bench. He was thinking of a way to explain the village that it was going to be replaced for some water theme park, complete with water slide! Pacha heard something shaking. It came from the bag in the car. ''Hey, I don't know that bag...'' he said, and he opened it. Suddenly, a llama's head raised out of the bag. Pacha wanted to help him, but the llama... spoke. ''N-n-no... touchy!'' Pacha screamed, and jumped back. ''Demon-llama!'' he yelled. The weird llama was shocked because he was called so, and looked him and made eye-contact with Pacha's llama. The weird llama screamed, and ran away... on two feet. It knew that wasn't so easy, and tumbled down. Pacha calmed the creature down. ''Wait, I know you! You're that peasant!'' the llama said. ''Emperor Kuzco?'' Pacha said. Kuzco wouldn't believe that he was turned in to llama, so Pacha told him to look at his hand. He ran towards a water fountain, and saw his ugly llama self. ''No, my face!'' he cried. He sadly walked away, but his reflection in the fountain stayed. ''They're coming.'' Sarah said. ''I can sense them.'' Suddenly, a weird, unknown Heartless came out of the fountain. ''Oh no.'' I said. We ran towards the two, and bashed off the unknown Heartless. It wasn't very tall just like the Shadows, but it sure didn't look like one. He had green eyes, made of misshaped hearts. It had an elastic body, and had an enormous reach. It leaped at Devon, smashing it off with ease. It somersaulted backwards, and extending his arms to capture Devon. ''Aero!'' Sarah demanded. A small barrier appeared around Devon. The long arms tried to constrict him, but the barrier put the stop on it. The Heartless was frustrated, punching its fist on the ground. When he looked up. I ran towards it, and slicing right through it. It was gone. For now. ''What was that thing?'' Pacha asked. ''Heartless.'' I said. I explained why they showed up here and asked how the emperor changed into a llama. ''Don't know, don't care.'' he said, and tried to get back to the palace, through to jungle. ''Wait! You can't go in there!'' Pacha said. ''Why not? Will I get eaten, or something?'' Kuzco said. Against all forbiddings, Kuzco went in the jungle to go back to the palace. ''fine!'' Pacha yelled at him. We looked at Kuzco disappearing in the jungle. ''What are you doing? He needs help out there!'' I said. We ran after him, Pacha just stayed behind. When we finally found the Emperor, he was being threatened by hungry jaguars. We jumped between the two, but we couldn't fight them off, there where too many. Suddenly, Pacha swung by on a vine. He grabbed the us and the emperor, but we ended up on a treebranch that stuck out. It cracked, it couldn't take our weight. We all fell down, holding on to the branch. It fell in the river, and we went down a huge waterfall. At the foot of the waterfall, we swam to the edge of the lake. ''There it is!'' Pacha said, pointing through the trees. ''The palace. I guess it must be about one hour to it.'' When we arrived at the bridge, it didn't look... well... safe. Devon, Sarah and I went first, and the bridge didn't give in to the three of us, so it should be safe for the two of them. ''Okay! It's safe! You can slowly come here!'' Devon said. Thing is, Pacha is a little heavier than us, so a shelf where he was leaning on cracked. The whole bridge fell down, including Kuzco and Pacha. Luckily, the two became stuck between a narrow pit just above a lake full of hungry alligators. ''Hold on!'' I said. We looked around. I saw a vine. I let it drop down the pit, but the vine wasn't long enough. ''I can help, but I didn't mastered this spell yet...'' ''Well, its about time you master it!'' Devon yelled. ''magnet!'' she demanded, and Pacha and Kuzco where slowly brought to us. ''Did we just flew?'' Kuzco said. ''kinda.'' Sarah smiled. Suddenly, the piece of ground Pacha was standing on collapsed, but Kuzco pulled him out of the gap. ''O yeah! I saved you baby! 'Oh, look, I'm a huge gap, and I'm letting you fall down me! Well, not today buddy! Hah! I saved you! Aha, aha, aha!'' ''I knew there was something good in you!'' Pacha said. ''What? Erh... come on, nobody's that heartless.'' Kuzco stuttered. We all shattered in laughter, except Kuzco, of course. Arrived at the palace, we went into a room with two levers. Devon pulled the left lever, and Kuzco fell down a pit. ''Okay, why does she even have that lever?'' Pacha pulled the other lever, and we where being launched into a rollercoaster. At the end we where suddenly dressed up as scientists. ''What does it look like?'' Sarah said while looking through the closets with potions. There was a human emblem beneath the space where the human potion should be, but it wasn't there. ''Searching for this?'' Yzma said, she came out of the shadows. She called the guards and she said we murdered the Emperor. Pacha grabbed all the potions he could carry, hoping one of them was the right one. ''Go! We'll hold these guys off!'' I said. Sarah, Devon and I where outrageously outnumbered, and we knew we didn't stand a chance. Meanwhile, Kuzco and Pacha tried a potion, but Kuzco didn't changed into a human, but in a whale. The bridge they where standing on collapsed under the weight, and the two splashed in the water. ''Open up!'' Pacha said, and Kuzco drunk another potion. He changed back, but not into a human being. ''Yay! I'm a llama again! Huh, wait...'' ''Drain the canals!'' Yzma said, and the two where sucked out of the nostrils of the palace. But the two held on to the nose, and pulled themselves up. Yzma jumped also jumped to the pit, while holding on to a long, purple curtain. She climbed up to the same position as Kuzco and Pacha, who only had two potions left. ''Its gotta be one of these!'' Pacha said, and he wanted to open them, but Yzma jumped in, and kicked them away. The potions where about to fall off the palace, so Kuzco tried to grab them, but Yzma did the same thing. An explosion occurred, and Pacha and Kuzco could hear monstrous laughter. All in all, it was a cute little kitty, which seemed harmless. ''I'll take that.'' Kuzco said, but the kitty jumped on him. She opened her claws and went in Kuzco. ''Aaah! Get it off, get it off!'' he shouted. Pacha came to help him, but the razor sharp claws of the little kitty came deeply in its arms. He fell off, but he managed to hold on the the palace's eye. Although, probably not for long. Kuzco and the 'cute' little kitty where struggling, but Kuzco smashed it against the wall with his head. ''Drink the potion!'' Pacha yelled. Kuzco wanted to drink the potion, but the kitty stole it. ''looking for this?'' the kitty said. Her voice kinda familiar to Yzma's but was very deformed. She tried to open it, but she didn't had the strength to. She tried to break it open by throwing it on the ground, but it bounced off the building. ''No!'' the kitty said. She jumped after it, all down to ground level. The potion came stuck between two bricks that stuck out. Yzma, however, fell further down. Kuzco went for the potion, while Pacha was struggling to pull himself up. He almost lost his grip, but Kuzco grabbed his hand just in time. The potion came loose, and fell down, after Yzma. On ground level, a guard and a deliveryman argued about the guard didn't order a trampoline, but it came of great use on this moment! The kitty launched herself up in the air again, and while doing that, she got the potion, as well. While Kuzco and Pacha pulled themselves up, they saw the little kitty being launched up in the air with the potion in her paw. Her height became greater, and greater. Then, she hit her head against the upper level of the palace. And she drops the potion. Pacha catches it, and gave the potion to Kuzco. He drank the potion, and turned back into his human appearance. The two rushed back to the room where the three of us are still fighting for our life for some stupid potion, and Kuzco said: ''Stop! These are my people!'' ''The Emperor!'' the guards said, and bow down. The next morning, all of us sat behind the table again, with a small replica of Kuzcotopia on the hill where Pacha's village is. ''So, you lied to me.'' Kuzco said. ''I did?'' Pacha answered. ''You said when the sun will hit these hills just right, these hills sing. Well pal, I dragged all over those hills, but I did not hear any song.'' He turned to his replica of Kuzcotopia. ''So, I'll be building my summer home on a more 'magical' hill.'' he said, while he lifted Kuzcotopia off of the hill, and replaced it with a replica of Pacha's home. ''You can always build it on the hill next to Pacha's.'' I said. Later, when Kuzcotopia was finally finished we jumped right in. ''Boom, baby!'' Kuzco said, and Pacha repeated him. He jumped in the water. ''cannonball!'' when Kuzco got out of the water, he got a towel from Pacha's wife who'd just had gave birth to a baby. After a fun day of swimming, it was about time to move on. ''Remember, come back for some more swimming in my water paradise, alright?'' Kuzco said. ''Don't forget to visit us again, if you want.'' Pacha said. ''Don't worry, we will!'' Devon said, while looking at the gigantic pool. ''Come on, Devon. Time's up! We have to go!'' Sarah said, while pulling him with her. ''Aw, come on! Just one little dive?'' the whole group shattered in laughter again. We boarded the Gummi Ship, and we took off. We saw the planet getting smaller and smaller. ''Well, off to another world!'' I said.

''We're picking up something strange...'' Chip said. ''And the radar doesn't know what it is!'' Dale continued in panic. Something rammed the tail of the ship, and held on to it. We tried to shake it off, but the thing's claws where already deep inside the ship. It led us somewhere, while we where going faster and faster. Chip crawled to a window, and he saw we where approaching ground. He still tried to pulled the lever to gain height again, but it didn't work. ''Hold on to yourselves!'' Devon screamed, while hugging his chair. A part of a fountain pinched through the Gummi Ship's palate, and the sharp point headed straight for my face. Luckily, it stopped inches away. ''Inspection! We've hit rock-bottom!'' Dale joked. ''Ow! '' he said while Chip smacked him on the head with the lever he accidentally pulled out. The ship had landed in a water fountain. I pushed a plate out of the way, and I got out of the ship. There was no sign of the weird thing that led us here. We where surrounded by people, who looked like the sky had fallen down, literally. I helped Sarah out of the Gummi Ship. ''Are you alright, Sarah?'' I said, while reaching my hand to her. ''Oh? Uh, yeah... thanks.'' She smiled, as she pulled herself up. She looked around, and said: ''Oh, welcome to Radiant Garden, Damien!'' We just left the broken Gummi Ship, and stepped forward to the people. ''Where's Devon?'' I wondered. ''Oh my god! That guy is hurt!'' a guy from the crowd said, as he pointed towards Devon, who just stepped out of the ship. He had a serious head wound. ''He needs to go to a doctor, quick!'' a woman said. ''ooooh... My head...'' lamented Devon while feeling at his head. It was bleeding heavily. I rushed to Devon. He was about to faint, but I catched him just in time. ''Sarah, can't you do anything?'' I said. ''I can try...'' she said, as she held her hand on Devon's wound. ''heal.'' Devon's wound didn't completely heal, but at least it stopped bleeding. Devon closed his eyes, and lost consciousness. When he opened his eyes again, he was lying on a bed in an Inn with a bandage around his head. He felt like an anvil hit him on the head. He saw a nurse approaching him. ''Are you okay? That looks awful.'' ''Wha... where am I?'' Devon said, with his eyes still half closed. ''You're safe now, you fainted when your airship crashed. You where lucky your friends and so many people where around to help.'' Devon sat up in less than a second. ''I fainted ? And everyone saw it? Oh, geez.'' He asked if Sarah an I where here, and if we could come in. So she walked out of the room, and she peeked her head around the corner of the waiting room, waving at us to come with her. Sarah and I walked inside the room Devon was in. ''Thank God.'' Sarah said, while letting out a breath of relieve. ''Don't... ever... do that again, dude!'' I laughed, pointing at his nose. ''Heh, sorry guys.'' Devon winked. I kept wondering what that thing was that led our Gummi Ship to the ground. I shared the question with the group, but they didn't seem to know it either. I looked at the large wound on Devon's head. I asked him what caused it. He remained quiet for a few seconds, and then said he couldn't remember. ''You... eh... you want a drink or something?'' Sarah asked Devon. He was dehydrated, so she went out to get some water out of the machine down the hall. I looked at Devon's wound. I could see the wound on Devon's head through his bandage. It began to turn black. ''D-dude... Your head!'' I shocked. ''Wha... aaah!'' Devon screamed. The wound grew larger and larger as it was about to consume Devon. ''Aaaah! Make it stop!'' Devon cried in pain. Back in the hall, Sarah was cursing at the drink machine and slugged it because it didn't work... ''Stupid water... machine... eh... thingy... ARGH!'' She looked over her right shoulder to see three men running by. She saw the three running inside our room. Sarah followed them. Devon had to be held still. The wound, already changed black, had reached his neck. Devon let out a roar of pain, and dark pillars came out of the floor. Shadows came out of the pillars. ''Oh, boy.'' I said, and I let out the KeyBlade. While fighting off the Heartless, Devon bow down and some sort of 'tentacles' appeared from his back. The tentacles approached the Shadows, evolving them into NeoShadows. One of them jumped up in the air, somersaulted and landed on me. The others also jumped on me and I couldn't move anymore. ''Thunder! '' Sarah demanded, and the NeoShadows where struck by the lighting. ''Damien! Look at Devon!'' she shouted. The dark goo consumed his arms, extending his arms. He smashed through the door, and ran towards the lobby, wrecking everything. We followed him outside. Devon kept running, but suddenly, out of nowhere he turned around, and lifted us with the tentacles out of his arm, and threw us back. ''Devon!!!'' I screamed, but he didn't even pay attention to what I said. He lunged at us. Sarah created a barrier to block the powerful punches Devon made. ''Quit it!'' Sarah demanded, but again, no words but deeds. Sarah moved the shield towards Devon to keep him at distance, but he broke through. ''Fine!'' I said. ''Have it your way!'' I jumped in the air, and approached him with the KeyBlade. at high speed, but he grabbed me. He held me towards him, and said in my face: ''Finally... say goodbye!'' The possessed Devon swung me from one building into another. The whole square turned into a demolished battlefield. Sarah used her magic to lift a huge builder and she hurled it at Devon. Devon's long, extended arms turned back to normal. And stopped the builder. He lifted it with ease, and threw it away without even looking at where he threw the builder. It went for the towns electricity storage. If it made impact, the results would be disastrous. Suddenly, something came to the rescue. Something really quick, and sliced the rock to tiny, harmless pieces. He became clearly visible when he landed on the ground. It was Cloud. ''What is that...'' he muttered. ''...Where do you think your meddling with...'' Devon said, with clenched teeth. ''Watch out!'' Sarah shouted. ''ugh... ouch...'' I said, while getting out of the debris of the building Devon smacked me in. Devon turned himself on Cloud. He ran towards him, but Cloud jumped out of the way, and landed behind him. He lifted his great broadsword, and was about to slash Devon, but he saw what Cloud was doing. He turned around and stopped Clouds sword. The two where in a struggle. Both Cloud and Devon where holding the broadsword. The strongest will prevail. Unfortunately, that was Devon. Devon smashed Clouds sword out of his hands. Cloud was in serious danger, he was unarmed in front of the possessed Devon. Devon changed his arm in some sort of dark, pointy ball, and lifted it in the air. I heard something sweeping through the air. It was a large star. It came towards Devon, who didn't saw it coming. It hit Devon's back and boomeranged back. We all looked in the direction where the star came from. The star was catched perfectly by a girl. It was Yuffie. ''Come on, you big maddy!'' she taunted. Devon went insane, and jumped towards Yuffie, who dodged out of the way, and threw her ninja star again, he jumped in the air, but the star just hit him on his arm. ''...Okay then...'' Devon said in himself. He extended his arms, and almost crushed Yuffie between his arms. Cloud recovered, and leaped towards Devon. He slashed him, and Devon lets loose of Yuffie. He falls on the ground. When he got up, I went for him. The KeyBlade went right through Devon. He got down on his knees, and looked up. He saw that he was being surrounded by me, Sarah, Cloud and Yuffie. Slowly he got up. He grinned. A gleam of darkness appeared, and Devon jumped in it. ''Wait! Come back!'' Sarah shouted. The gleam disappeared, and Devon was gone. But he left a small present behind. Hundreds of Hook Bats and Rapid Thrusters emerge from the sky. The four of us pushed our backs to each other, and where ready to fight them off... ____________________________________________________________________________
Here is Chapter 07: Here, Damien faces the toughest foe until now: Luxord, number X 10 of the Organization. Btw, there might be some major grammar mistakes in this one. Sorry if there is. Well, here we go!:D Chapter 07: the gambler The sky saw black from the hundreds --no-- thousands of Heartless emerging from the heavens. They stopped at a certain distance for a few seconds. Like the calm for the storm. After ten seconds or so, the army of Hook Bats and Rapid Thrusters stormed down at us. ''Prepare yourselves!'' Cloud said. ''Shut up... right, Cloud?'' Yuffie teased. ''Stop laughing... this is not funny anymore...'' I said. Sweat dripped down from my forehead by seeing the enormous flock of Heartless in the air. ''I count to three, and we jump!'' said Cloud.'' ''Are you crazy?'' Sarah asked in disbelief. ''Don't worry, Cloud sure knows what he's doing.'' Yuffie said. ''Ready? One... two... three... go!'' The four of us leaped in towards the onslaught of Heartless. Cloud slashed through a dozen of them, and he stayed airborne. Yuffie threw her star right in the crowd, which sliced a bunch of them. She used the remains of the Heartless as steps to soar up to the sky. Once above, they had the advantage on the flying enemies. The remaining Heartless Cloud and Yuffie left unharmed went for me and Sarah. The Rapid Thrusters surrounded me, and one of them attacked me with the propeller on its tail. I blocked the his tail with the KeyBlade, which the propeller to fall off, and the Heartless dropped to the ground. It launched me backwards, as well. A few stories higher, Sarah also had her hands full of fighting for her life against the Hook Bats. ''Magnet! '' Sarah demanded, and she drew the Hook Bats towards her. She pointed her hand towards the giant magnetic ball she created, and once it sucked in too much Heartless, she gave one giant swing towards the ground, and the ball dropped down at full speed, vanishing the Heartless when the hit the hard ground. Yuffie and Cloud had trouble facing off against the largest part of the swarm. They floated with the backs against each other, fighting off each opponent that dared to come close to them. ''There's too many!'' Yuffie shouted. Propellers of three Rapid Thrusters went straight for Clouds face. His broadsword was between it just in time. The strength of the small, still powerful propellers maked the Buster Blade difficult to control. Cloud had his teeth clenched. I saw it happening, and tried to get higher, but the Rapid Thrusters prevented me from doing so. ''Sarah, give me a lift!'' I called. ''I'll try!'' she said and pointed her finger at me. I was lifted at the two at great speed. Yuffie threw her star through the air, but before it came back, a Hook Bat attacked her. She was defenseless against the Heartless. The bat went for her face when I sliced through it just in time. I focused the on the three Cloud was having a rough time with, but I saw another one coming straight for my back. I twisted around him, and slammed it at the three Rapid Thrusters Cloud was dealing with. I fought off another great wave of Heartless, but I lost my focus of the ones behind me. The Thrusters tackled me in the air. I tried to maintain balance, but when I did, a Hook Bat went for me and made a bat screech. The sound was so high that I went dizzy I couldn't keep track of the Heartless. When got a clear vision again, I saw a propeller of a Rapid Thruster heading my face. Boy, did that hurt. I fell down motionless. Sarah was still a few stories lower, and saw me falling. She couldn't help me from her distance, because she had to concentrate on the opponents. ''Aero! '' she demanded. With the small barrier around her, she dove down the swarm, right between the loud screeches from the bats, and through the cutting propellers of the Thrusters. The shield couldn't take much more, and Sarah began to feel the pain. ''I can't let you die... I can't. '' she thought. She launched herself at me at maximum speed. She got me in time before I got to close to the ground, but she couldn't anymore, she was too weak. We both slammed on the ground with great force. So great that a shockwave occurred and the floor the ground shook. ''Hey! Something happened down there to Sarah and Damien!'' Yuffie said, while fighting off the Heartless. ''Help them!'' Cloud said. ''But you...'' ''I'll hold them at distance! You just help those two!'' Cloud demanded. Yuffie looked worried, but after thinking, she nodded and went down. ''C'mon, guys! Get up!'' she said. ''Damien, c'mon! You're the Key Bearer, you can't die on us! Get up!'' ''And Sarah, you're a tough girl, right? Then get up and fight!'' ''...please, guys...'' she said in herself. She looked to her left, and saw Cloud hitting the ground. ''There are to many...'' he muttered, as he was struggling to stand up. There was no end to the giant Heartless onslaught. The Rapid Thrusters circle around the four, while the Hook Bats dance randomly through the circle of Thrusters. Suddenly, a weak aura surrounded Sarah. She opened her eyes. ''...What happened?'' she whispers. She looked around, and saw me lying on the ground. She remembered me falling down and she went after me to rescue me. ''Damien! Wake up!'' she shouted. ''He won't.'' a voice out of nowhere said. Time halted all of a sudden. The Heartless stopped moving, everything stopped. A gate of darkness appeared and another cloaked man stepped out. He did off his cloak. It was Luxord. ''It's him!'' Sarah shocked. ''It's who?'' Yuffie asked. I began to regain consciousness. I slowly opened my eyes. My back hurted. I couldn't get up. The Gambler snipped in his finger, and Nobodies emerge out of the ground. Yuffie jumped up. ''Sarah, you take care of Damien, me and Cloud take care of this guy! Right, Cloud?'' Cloud stood up and said: ''Let's do it.'' I kept losing, and gaining consciousness from time to time. I tried to fight, but I couldn't. The pain was too much. ''...My back...'' I hunched. ''Try not to move, I'll take care it.'' Sarah said. Meanwhile, Cloud and Yuffie where attacked by the weird Nobodies. Yuffie went through one, but Cloud got carried right in a sadistic game. Four giant cards where held before him. ''Which card, which card, which card will you choose?'' Luxord grinned. ''This is pathetic!'' Cloud shouted, but Luxord didn't answer. He knew he had to choose something, fast. He doubted for a moment, but he finally picked one. ''Wrong choice!'' Luxord grinned. Cloud was being locked up inside a big dice. ''What the hell!'' he said, when rolling around. ''I can't attack... what's going on?'' ''Wait, Cloud! I'll free you!'' Yuffie said, but she was blocked by the Nobodies. Meanwhile, while Cloud was rolling around, and Yuffie had trouble with the rest of the Nobodies, I was cold. ''Heal...'' Sarah said. I was still alive, but I was in a lot of pain. I shivered as her hand touched my chest. It didn't gave me that... well... healing effect. I lied motionless on the ground, but deep inside, I was still fighting for my life. Sarah's hand remained on my chest. She cried, conserving her last magic to keep me alive. I groaned, but deep inside, I felt my heart growing stronger and stronger. I opened my eyes, and I stood up. I looked around, and saw Yuffie and Cloud fighting the Gambler. I looked at Sarah, still wiping the tears from her eyes. I slowly approached the fight. The Nobodies attacked me, but the KeyBlade lit up, and with one giant swing, the Nobodies in front where launched back, taking the Nobodies behind with them. ''Why? What are you doing?'' Luxord said frustrated. ''Protecting my friends...'' I muttered, as I ran towards Luxord. He hulled himself in the cards, and disappeared. ''What the...'' I thought. All of a sudden, a card slided over the floor and tackled me. I got up, but Luxord was still vanished. ''Where are you? Show yourself, coward!'' ''I'm over here!'' he said from behind me. I looked behind me, and I saw him as he threw one of his nasty razor card at me. I dodged, but it just hit my arm. I fell down, and I was paralyzed. ''You're very persevering, Damien. Just like your father.'' Luxord said, with his hand under his chin. ''My father? How do you know him!'' I shouted. Number X grinned, and said: ''I battled with a guy that looked like you. He was a lot like you. Overconfident, not afraid of anything, though a fool and a weakling'' he insulted. ''Shut up! You don't know anything about my father!'' I shouted. I struggled to get up, I could feel the cut that Luxord card made burning in me. I tended to get to my heels again, but I didn't wanted to give in at all costs. The Nobodies went on Sarah, I could only look how defenseless she was without her strength. ''Leave her alone!'' I screamed. I tried to help her, but I couldn't walk... the cut that the card made paralyzed me. Yuffie fought off the Nobodies that attacked Sarah, and while Cloud was out of his dice, he approached Luxord. Luxord grinned, and snipped in his finger. Cloud suddenly stopped in the air. Number X pointed his hand at him. And launched him back. Luxord grabbed a deck of cards, and flipped them on the ground. He picked a random card. He picked a Joker. A joker appeared from the card, and approached Cloud. He pointed at Clouds shoes. Cloud bited it, and he pinched Cloud nose. ''Ow! Quit it!'' he said, and swung his broadsword. The joker melted into the ground, and reappeared behind Cloud. He gave him a ´pat´ on the back. Cloud fell on the ground. The joker grabbed his great, wooden sledge hammer, and he swung it to Cloud. Cloud blocked it with the Buster Blade. The two where engaged in some kind of strength contest. Clouds Buster Blade and the Joker´s sledge hammer pushed against each other. I looked around. By seeing Cloud facing off against a clown, seeing Sarah and Yuffie fighting for their lives against a dozen Nobodies, I said to Luxord: ''Aren't you out for me? Leave them out of it!'' I said. ''Silence! Your father would have fought back!'' Luxord answered. ''Stop talking about by father! '' I screamed. I was enraged, and I broke through the pain and ran towards the Joker card placed upside. I sliced it to pieces, making the joker vanish with a screech. Then, I went for Luxord. He used his cards to protect himself. I destroyed them, one to another. He used his final card as a shield, but I went right through it. ''What?'' Luxord said, with wide opened eyes. The Gambler had no card left, and defenseless against the KeyBlade. He slowly walked backwards, as he tripped over a rock and fell down on the ground. I lifted the Key up in the air, but when I was about to swing, I lowered it for a second. ''Tell me... where my... father is...'' I said, with my teeth clenched. Luxord doubted, but swiftly, he grabbed his cards and went for one last blow. But before he could threw his cards, I went through him with the KeyBlade. ''Seek it out... for yourself...'' number X whispered, and he faded away. Luxord was defeated. I peeked at Sarah, Cloud and Yuffie, who where standing behind me. I got down to my knees, and it was quiet. I was thinking: ''Will I ever see my father again?'' I punched the ground out anger. Sarah approached me, and put her hand on my shoulder. ''We will find him.'' she encouraged.
