Kingdom Hearts: Another Story

Okay!!! This is my official Kingdom Hearts fan-fic!!! It consists of my KH character... and all the other KH characters!!! ^^ ... I haven't worked on it in a while... so... its pretty sucky....
I really hope you guys like it!!! ^^

1st Part: LV 1-7


Intro- DESTINY ISLANDS

Sora and Riku stood near the paopu tree on the small islet, joined by the bridge. The waves were crashing against the shore, and the cool sea breeze was blowing. The two did not notice this, and neither did Kairi. They wondered what the note from the King meant, as it read:

<ok… so… I DON’T know what the note says… nobody does… It’s a complete mystery in the game… so I’ll make it up!>

Riku, Sora,
Sorry to be bugging you two, but something is terribly wrong in the worlds. It’s some new force, maybe worse than Organization XIII, Heartless, and Nobodies! I’m sending a girl- a special girl, to help you guys out. Don’t be fooled by her looks, she’s one of the bravest ones here at the castle. Donald and Goofy won’t be able to help, they’re still recoverin’ from a battle with Heartless here at the castle.
I’m counting on you guys!

King Mickey​

Sora moaned. He wasn’t ready for another journey. It had only been a few weeks since he had returned to the island. He was still tired himself.
Riku sighed. He also was not ready. He’d been through enough adventure for one year! Of course, he didn’t really like the fact that it would be a girl helping out that much. He figured she’d just slow them down.
Kairi was the most saddened by this. She’d lost her memories of Sora awhile back(but they came back), and was happy the two were now back on the islands. She knew this day would come, and they’d have to leave once again.
All of them looked up, hoping for the answer to all their wishes of not having to leave.


-DISNEY CASTLE-

Takari sat on the edge of a hedge outside the castle. She was daydreaming about going outside the castle, to see other worlds than her own- this castle. She sat in her trademark outfit; a green spaghetti strap tank, an denim mini skirt, white and green tennis shoes, and a black X belt(the one with the loop in the middle that circles around), and her dark brown hair was around her face and reached her shoulders. Something on the side of her belt made a, ‘beep’ sound. She looked down at the small trinket keychain hanging off her belt.
What does King Mickey want right now, that can’t wait until later? She thought.
Takari sighed, and reluctantly moved from her shady spot, and walked over toward the castle entrance door. Along the way, she spotted a few Heartless leftover from a recent battle. She sighed and extended the DreamSword bracelet, to make the sword. She spun and slashed through the Heartless with the sword, and continued on.

King Mickey paced back and forth in the Audience Chamber, waiting for her. He glanced up every now and then to see if she had arrived. Finally, the large door- with its smaller one to come through opened. Takari stepped inside. I’m not sure about this… I’m not sure if she can handle this mission on her own… He thought.
Takari paused and looked around. This room was always so… tidy. She looked back toward King Mickey and slowly walked toward him. “So… what did you want?” She asked the King while brushing her fingers through her long brown hair.
“Takari… I have a very special mission for you.” Mickey said thoughtfully.
“You send me on missions all the time…What’s the difference?” Takari asked.
“This one requires leaving the castle grounds, and world.”
There was a long pause as Takari thought. She had always wanted to see other worlds. At 15, Takari was one of the most trusted people at Disney Castle. The King and everyone else greatly trusted her. Same with the people in the Disney Castle Town. She watched over the people in the Town, almost like another mother. After a few moments of silence, Takari broke the silence by saying, “For how long?”
“Depends how long it takes.”
Takari looked down at her shoes. “Um… I guess I’ll do it!” She looked back up with a look of courageousness.
“Are you sure about this?” King Mickey asked.
Takari nodded. “Positive…”
“Welp… then I have to give you something that may come in handy.” Mickey added. “A new weapon for you.”
“But… I already have the DreamSword… And it’s pretty powerful. What else is there?” Takari asked.
“You’re right… But this is even more powerful! Have you ever heard of the Keyblade?”
“Have I ever! It’s one of the most powerful weapons out there… but only certain people can wield it.” Takari said with a questioning tone.
“You’re right… but the truth is… as long as you have a strong heart, you can wield a Keyblade.” King Mickey added.
“Where are you going by saying all of this?” Takari asked.
“Takari… I’m going to give you your own Keyblades to use on this journey.” King Mickey said with a smile.
“Seriously?!!?!?!?” Takari asked unbelievingly.
“Seriously… Now right this way.” Mickey said while walking toward a door against a wall. She’d never seen this door in her life.
Mickey tapped on the door in an almost secretive way. “Shhhh….” He whispered, and Takari nodded.
The door opened to reveal a room that looked small, but opened up before Takari as a large room containing many Keyblades.
Takari stared at the room in amazement. She could not believe this was happening to her.
King Mickey brought over a Keyblade. It was reddish-purple, and had three blue swirls on each side. The keychain underneath looked like a tag, the same color as the main part, and had a swirl on it as well.
He handed it to Takari, and she firmly grasped it. The grip did not hurt her hands as she thought it would. “What’s it called?” she asked, as she was turning it over in her hands.
“Bright Horizons.” King Mickey replied. “Now, tomorrow when you’re ready to do depart, come see me.”
Takari nodded bravely. She smiled at the King, and turned toward the door. “Guess I’ll…see you tomorrow!” She skipped off towards the door, and broke into a run when she reached outside, and headed for the Castle Town.
-Castle Town-

Takari walked into the village and sighed. She knew that she may never see the castle or town again. She looked down, but looked back up when she saw Pipo and Maybelle come running toward her, both grinning.
Pipo and Maybelle were brother and sister, but looked nothing alike. Pipo was 6, and had dark brown hair, and was fairly…chubby. Maybelle was 9, and had long golden brown curls, and was thin.
“You’ll never guess what we’ve found!” Maybelle exclaimed, smiling.
“What?” Takari asked.
“It’s a-“ Pipo’s sentence was cut short by Maybelle’s hand covering his mouth.
“Pipo!!!” Maybelle said. “I wanted to tell Takari!”
Pipo bit Maybelle’s hand and spit on the ground. “Too bad!” He said. “We found a golden turtle!” Pipo said excitedly, holding out his hand to reveal a turtle, which as he had said- was golden. It was odd to find a golden turtle out here, they weren’t even actually turtles! It was just actually a piece of jewelry, but Takari didn’t tell them that.
“That’s really cool.” Takari said smiling. To the town, she was like a second mother to some of the kids. Whenever the mothers needed help, she was there to babysit, or whatever else. She sighed. What if she could never come back? She figured something could happen, and she couldn’t, but she didn’t bear to think about it.
“I must be off!” Takari told Maybelle and Pipo. She told herself she just wouldn’t tell them she was leaving. She hurried off towards her home quickly, leaving Pipo and Maybelle confused.

-Takari’s House-

Takari didn’t bother to say hello to her parents, she just ran up the stairs towards her room. She flopped down on her bed, and laid her head up on the pillow. What if I never see my parents again? What if I can never come back? She thought.
Takari didn’t want to tell them. They knew she was always out on missions from King Mickey and Queen Minnie. She wasn’t very close with her parents, and never was.
Her eyes examined the room, and brought her to her dresser*. She knew she would have to pack, and wear her ‘mission clothes’. She sighed, and dug out a mini-suitcase from her terribly messy closet. Walking again toward the dresser*, she opened the drawers, and threw in three outfits, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
(* Dresser = wardrobe)
She found her ‘mission clothes’ at the bottom of a drawer. She held them up to examine them, to make sure they didn’t need to be washed. Perfect… Not a piece of dirt on ‘em! She thought with a smile.
The mission clothes were not very different from what she was wearing today. However, the dress was way shorter, and solid green. It had shorts underneath that she would wear. The shoes were white tennis shoes, with little green hearts on the outside side of each shoe.
Takari laid her clothes out for tomorrow… Her last day at the castle. She had packed the essentials, and clothes, that were similar to the mission outfit. And, she of course had packed a few pairs of P.J’s
Looking out her window, the sky was a mixture of pinks and purples as the sun set. Takari sighed. She knew she should go to bed early, since she would probably have to go early to the castle.
Pulling the covers back on the bed, Takari changed into her P.J’s, and jumped into her bed. She set the alarm clock for 6:00 A.M. Strangely, she quickly dozed off into a deep sleep.

-The Next Day/Morning-

The alarm clock woke Takari… at 6:00 A.M. She sat up in bed and rubbed her eyes, and quickly got out of bed. As she walked towards her dresser, she sighed. All the same, she picked up her mission clothes and changed quickly. She made sure to grab her DreamSword bracelet and stuck it on her wrist.
Grabbing her mini-suitcase, she walked as quietly as she could down the stairs, so she wouldn’t wake her parents and end up being questioned.
She locked the door and stepped outside. Usually, only a few people were out at this time, but she didn’t see anybody. A sigh of relief came from her as she hurried towards the castle.

Best hand-drawn i could do.... lol... sorry its her Halloween Town outfit... Just imagine the shirt green and the skirt denim and not pointy!!! ^^

 

This is nice and well thought out. Great details throughout the story, so it flows pretty smoothly.

The only things I have to nit-pick at, though, is that there should be double-spaces between paragraphs and quotations. Otherwise, they kinda look a bit blocked and hard to read.

That and the internal thought-speak should either be in quotations or italics.

Other than that, great work! Keep it up! :D

 

It was like that... but when i copy/pasted it off Microsoft Word.... it killed it and i wasn't sure how to fix it.. ^^"

-Disney Castle Audience Chamber-

Takari walked into the Audience Chamber, and saw King Mickey sitting in his chair. She smiled and ran toward him and said, “I’m ready!â€

King Mickey looked up and also smiled. “Good.†He replied. “Follow me.â€

Takari nodded and nervously followed the King down a long hallway.

King Mickey looked back every now and then to see if Takari was still there. “Are you still sure you wanna do this?†he asked.

“Yeah…†Takari replied. “I’m positive…â€

King Mickey nodded at her response and tapped on a wall. A small door appeared and Takari followed Mickey through it. There was another door. Yet, it was different.

“This door is going to take you to Destiny Islands, where your mission will be. You’re going to meet some people, Sora, Riku, and Kairi. They’ll be helpin’ you. Remember, whenever you need the Keyblade, just focus and it will come to you.†King Mickey told Takari.

“Got it.†Takari said with a smile.
King Mickey opened the door for Takari, and she stepped through…

2nd Part: LV 7-13

-DESTINY ISLANDS-

Takari landed on a sandy beach with a ‘thud’. She looked around.

The beach was bright, and full of sand. There were palm trees, water, an islet, a shack, a treehouse, a small pier with a few boats tied to it, and a few more things Takari could not see right away.

Takari stood up and brushed the sand off her. She looked around and didn’t really see anybody. She walked towards the shack and rounded the corner. She saw three people: two guys and a girl, just sitting on a step looking out at the ocean. Are these Sora, Riku, and Kairi? She wondered.

She decided to wait until they started walking to actually talk to them. Takari walked into the small shack so she wouldn’t be heard or seen, and sat down near the doorway so she could hear them when they started walking.

Takari sat there for about 10 minutes, and finally heard footsteps. Slightly opening the shack door, she saw the three walking past. She opened the door and walked out.

Sora, Riku, and Kairi, didn’t notice that they were being followed. They kept walking towards the pier.

Takari gave up waiting on them to notice she was following, and finally tapped the shoulder of the brown haired boy. “Excuse me.†She said.

Sora turned around and saw the girl. He’d never seen this girl on the island before, so how did she get here? “Yeah?†he asked.

“By any chance, are you, Sora?†Takari asked.

At this point, Riku and Kairi were curious and turned around to see the girl.

“Yeah… I am.†Sora replied to Takari.

Takari smiled and looked towards Riku and Kairi. “Then… you two must be Riku and Kairi…â€

Riku and Kairi both nodded.

(Okay… if you didn’t understand that part… just think of it as two different points of view… Takari’s… and Sora’s, Riku’s, and Kairi’s.)

Takari was able to get a better look at the three, now.

Sora was wearing clothing that looked like it had special magical powers in it. His hair was short and somewhat… spiky… and his eyes were blue.

Riku had on clothing that looked simple.(I have no clue how to explain that outfit of his!!) He was wearing jeans and some sort of vest jacket shirt thing. His hair was a little past his shoulders and was a silvery shade, and was somewhat spiky on the ends. His eyes were a blue-green shade.

Kairi wore a short, short-sleeved pink dress with zippers on the ends of it, and a white camisole underneath. She had a waist belt on it, and had on white tennis shoes. Her hair was down to her shoulders, was layered, and the same shade of brown as Takari’s. Her eyes were almost the same shade of blue as Sora’s.

“My name’s Takari.†Takari told the three.

“That’s nice to know…?†Sora replied.

Takari frowned. “The King told me you guys would be nicer…Well, I guess-“ Her sentence was cut short by Sora’s interruption.

“Wait… King Mickey sent YOU?!†Sora asked, puzzled.

“Yep…â€

Riku groaned. So… the journey starts now… he thought to himself. He gave a dry laugh. “So… I guess that means we’re stuck with you, huh?†he asked Takari.

Takari smiled and nodded.

“Do you know what we’re up against for this journey?†Sora asked Takari.

Takari shook her head. “Nope…I don’t even know why Mickey sent me here…†She answered. “I don’t have a place to stay… and I don’t quite think that shack will work….†She added with a laugh.

Sora crossed his arms and thought for a moment. “Well… Maybe… You could stay with me at my place. We have an extra bedroom.†He said.

“That’d be great!†Takari answered.

For the first timin this whole conversation, Kairi spoke. “Well… we were just heading home right now.†She said.

Takari nodded “Okay…†she followed them towards the pier and chose to get in the boat with Kairi. She figured it would be awkward in the boat with a guy.

Love Triangles?!

:laughing-smiley-004 From the way this story seems to be going, either Kairi's jealous that Takari's bunking with Sora or Takari is starting to develop a crush on either Sora or Riku.

Of course, I always see couples and love triangles where there might not be any. It's a habit of mine when it comes to fan-made characters. ;)

So what's next, girl friend? :D

 

Hmmm... You never knowwwwww... XD ...I can say that Kairi thinks Takari's flirtin' with Sora... Thats all i can say until you prove your theory!!! XD

Yeah... same here.... 'cept i get annoyed when the fan characters steal poor Sora from Kairi...

-Town- (is that what it is? I don’t know… lol)

As the four stepped out of their boats, Takari looked around.

It was a cute little town with a few shops and many houses. There were many people talking to each other, and shopping.

Sora led the way toward his house, and Takari followed him. When they reached his house, Sora opened the door and let Takari go in first. His parents weren’t home yet, so Sora just showed Takari the guest room.

Takari smiled and walked over to lay her things down on the bed. “This is really nice of you…†She told Sora.

“Don’t mention it…†Sora replied.

Takari smiled again. Sora left so she could unpack her things.

Later, Sora came back and told Takari that Riku and Kairi were going back out to the island. He asked if she’d want to come.

“Definitely!†Takari answered.

They ran out towards the pier again, and this time, Takari rode with Sora.

-Seashore-

They stepped out of the boat. Takari felt something was wrong over toward that large tree with the hole near the base of it.

She tugged on Sora’s sleeve. “Hey Sora, what’s that hole at the base of that tree for?†she asked.

“Oh… That? That’s just me and Riku’s, Secret Place.†Sora answered.

“Can I see it?†Takari asked.

“Sure…†Sora answered. He led her toward the tree base and said, “Watch your headâ€, as they stepped through. They walked back to the cave section.

Riku was there, drawing on the wall with a rock.

Takari felt herself blush at the sight of Riku. She noticed now, that nothing was wrong in here. All the same, she’d felt something… dark… in here, but it was just traces… not true evil. She wondered what it could have been. It couldn’t have been Riku, could it? She thought to herself.

Sora and Takari walked over to Riku. Takari felt herself grow nervous as Riku said, “Hey.†She opened her mouth to say ‘Hey’ back… but the words wouldn’t come to her mouth.

As soon as Takari did start to say something, the sky outside grew dark, and the wind picked up and was howling.

“A freak storm!?†Sora yelled to Riku over the wind.

“Yeah. We probably should go… or just stay here.†Riku said calmly. “Most likely, stay. If we get caught out in that storm…â€

“I get the point.†Sora replied.

“But… what about the boats?†Takari asked.

“Run out and tie them, as fast as you can!†Riku replied.

“Why can’t you?!â€

“Just do it!!!â€

Takari was frustrated now. All the same, she ran out toward the pier and tied up the boats with a thick rope tied to one of the wood pieces. She turned around to run back to the Secret Place, but heard some sort of laughter coming from the islet and of course, had to check it out.

Running towards the islet, she knew that Riku and Sora would be wondering what was taking her so long. Takari jumped on top of the shack and pulled herself up to the roof. She ran across the bridge, and saw…a girl?

She was wearing bright clothing, but she looked evil. Her hair was long and a silvery blonde color. She was holding something in her hand.

Takari groaned, but just ended up yelling, “Who are you?!â€

The girl whirled around. She wore an odd but colorful mini-skirt and top. She looked like she could only be 17 years old. She had a strange mark on her arm that looked like a… butterfly? She eyed Takari carefully for a moment and said, “You seem familiar…†as it seemed she was remembering Takari.

Takari didn’t know what the girl was talking about. She’d never seen her in her life! Yet, she couldn’t help the feeling that the woman was right. Again she asked, “Who are you?!â€

The girl smirked. “The name’s Michii, don’t forget it… but apparently… you already have! Let me jog your memory!â€

Michii snapped her fingers and a bolt of lightning shot down inches away from Takari’s face. “Next time… I won’t miss!†she snapped, and snapped her fingers again.

This time, Takari was quick to react. She rolled out of the way of Michii’s lightning bolt. C’mon Keyblade…she thought to herself. The Keyblade appeared in her hand and she threw it at Michii.

Michii dodged the Keyblade. “Learned a new trick, have we?†she asked in a mocking tone.

Takari’s face flushed with anger. She called the Keyblade back to her hand and stood up. She ran towards Michii with all she had, but Michii just stuck her hand out and stopped Takari.

“Gonna need to be stronger than that to take on me…†Michii snapped at Takari. “You haven’t even seen half of what I can do.†She snapped her finger and a dark cloud appeared behind her. She stepped backwards into it and waved a fake ‘goodbye’ to Takari.



Woohooo!!!! lol.... as you can see.. APPARENTLY.... Takari likes Riku... in real fan-character life... thats who she likes... but when i was typing this and it was flowing.... its turning out that she might not be sure... I CONFUSE MYSELF WHEN I READ THIS!!!! lol... So... yeah... Its confuzzling...
Dang... i gotta start typing more of this!!!!!! I'm gonna run out of updates!!!! T__T

 

This is going very well so far.

I have written something similar to this in a journal of mine and intend to post it as soon as I turn 15.

Anyways. It's good so far. I look forward to reading the next part.

 

From what I gather so far...

Okay, so I'm guessing the relationships are more like a prism than a triangle?

Sora loves Kairi.

Kairi loves Sora, but suspects Takari likes Sora, so she might be jealous.

Takari actually likes Riku, but Riku couldn't care less as he's got plenty of fan-girls to choose from, but none he would actually go out with.

Sora's his usual clueless self.

Oh, and that Michii seems to have that smug attitude of Larxene's and the enigmatic "whose side am I really on" bit like Axel.

Does that pretty much sum it up? ;)

WOOHOOOO!!!!!! MOREEEEEEE!!!!! ^^

Takari was still angry. The Keyblade disappeared out of her hand as she tried to calm down. She was NOT going to tell Riku and Sora about this. They could find out on their own. She ran back to the Secret Place and saw Riku and Sora stare up at her awkwardly.

“Takari… you’re all wet.†Sora said to Takari with a smile.

“You think?†Takari answered. She looked down. Her clothes were soaked, but she couldn’t tell them what had really happened. She sat down and leaned against the wall.

The storm had stopped and the sky was blue again. Michii… she thought. How do you know me?

“Is it ok to go now?†Sora asked Riku.

“Yeah.†Riku replied.

The three walked out and suddenly were surrounded by creatures they had never seen before. They weren’t Heartless or Nobodies… so what were they?

Takari looked at the creatures closely. They had the same butterfly mark as Michii! Had Michii sent them?

Sora called out… HIS Keyblade. Riku did the same.

Is this why King Mickey wanted me to stay with them? Because they can wield they Keyblade? Takari thought to herself.

Riku glanced over at Takari. “Don’t you have a weapon?†he asked her.

“Y-Yeah…†Takari said nervously, but looked back up with a courageous look and held out her hand. Her Keyblade appeared.

Sora and Riku stared in astonishment. How did she have a Keyblade? They wondered. Both told themselves they’d ask after these creatures were gone.

Takari was the first to attack the creatures. Sora and Riku followed.

A few moments later, the battle was over. Takari leaned back against the tree, and sighed.

“So… how did you end up with the Keyblade?†Riku asked Takari.

Takari smiled. “I have my sources.â€

Sora looked up. The sky was getting darker as night approached. “We better go… It’s getting late.†He told them.

Takari nodded and looked down at her wrist. There was an odd shaped scratch on her wrist. She guessed it was from where Michii had attacked her with lightning. She rubbed her wrist with her other hand, and noticed her Ability Ring was gone. (THAT WAS A MAJOR IMPORTANCE FOR LATER ON)

I must’ve dropped it back in the Secret Place. She thought.

“Hey, Sora. Can I go back to the Secret Place for a sec? I think I dropped something.†Takari asked Sora.

“Ok.†Sora answered.

“Just don’t leave me here!†Takari called as she ran towards the Secret Place. She ducked inside and walked back towards the corner she’d been sitting earlier. Her ring sat against a rock. She smiled to herself and walked over to pick it up.

Placing the ring back on her finger, Takari looked up at that door. Wait a sec… she though to herself and looked towards the back. But… there’s that door…So…Where does this lead? She asked herself. She was too afraid to open it and find out herself.

“Sora! Riku!†She yelled as loudly as she could.

Sora and Riku were sitting in their boats, waiting for Takari. They both heard their names be called and wondered what was going on. The two ran back to the Secret Place.

“What’s going on?†Sora asked.

“Look…†Takari said while pointing nervously at the second door.

“Where does it go?†Sora asked.

“Dunno…†Takari answered. “Wanna find out?â€

Riku and Sora nodded as Takari pulled open the door. The threesome stepped through the door…

-RADIANT GARDEN- (well known to others as Hollow Bastion! ^^)

Takari and the others landed on concrete, but luckily, not on their bottoms.

Sora ran over to a ledge railing and looked over. “Hey! It’s Radiant Garden!†He called over Riku and Takari to see.

Riku would barely look. So many bad memories of this place… he thought to himself. He remembered living with Maleficent and being dragged into the darkness. It hadn’t really been his fault, though.

Takari had never seen Radiant Garden. She’s heard stories about it, but that was all.

“I wonder how Leon and the others are doing.†Sora remarked. He ran towards a marketplace.

“Wait up!†Takari called as she quickly followed Sora. Riku followed them both.

There was an Accessory Shop, an Armor Shop, a Weapon Shop, and an Item Shop, throughout this square. Takari had munny, but she knew Sora wasn’t going to stop to let her buy Potions and other things.

A sign pointed ahead and read “Borough.†Sora kept running and Takari and Riku struggled to keep up. There was a house along the wall, and Sora yanked open the door and walked inside.

Doesn’t he EVER take a break? Takari thought as she followed Riku and Sora inside.

There was a large computer sitting in the room. Other than that, it looked pretty old-timey. There were books, and a small machine that was used for magic research. There were four people standing, talking to each other.
“Hey, Peoples!!!!.†Sora called. (XD... i had something else that was really stupid... so i deleted it...)
The peoples(XD) turned around “Sora!†they all called.
“Hey Yuffie, Leon, Cid.†Sora said.
“Lemme Guess,†Yuffie said and pointed to Riku. “You’re… Riku, right?â€
“Yeah.†Riku answered.
“Who’s this?†Yuffie asked and pointed towards Takari.
“Huh? Oh… I’m Takari!†Takari answered cheerfully.
“The King sent her to help us out…†Sora continued Takari’s introduction.
“Really?†Aerith asked.
“Yep.†Takari replied with a smile.
“So…What’s going on?†Sora asked.
“We wish we could say… But we don’t even know for sure!†Yuffie answered. “You guys helped cut down the Heartless number, and there aren’t really any Nobodies… but there’s these other things…â€
“It must be those things that tried to attack us on the island!†Takari said.
“You’ve seen them before?†Leon asked.
“Yeah…†Riku cut in. He started to say something else, but Sora interrupted.
“We’ll take care of ‘em!†Sora said.
“Just what I like to hear.†Leon remarked.
“C’mon, guys!†Sora said and opened the door and ran outside.
Riku and Takari sighed and ran after him.

-Borough-

Takari and Riku followed Sora up a long flight of stairs. Sora kept running, and stopped dead in his tracks once he reached an area marked ‘Bailey’. He whirled around and looked at Riku and Takari. “Where should we look first?†he asked them.
Takari looked straight ahead. “Well… this area is clear… why not just check everywhere?â€
“Good idea.†Sora replied. He started to run ahead, and waited if Takari and Riku were too far behind.

-Bailey-

Riku and Takari followed Sora into the Bailey. Takari looked around. A lot of things had been wrecked, probably from some sort of battle that had happened not long ago, she guessed.
Sora slowed down to a fast walk. Takari and Riku did the same. Takari was staying closer to Riku than Sora, but she didn’t know why.
They reached the end of a short stretch, and it looked like there should have been a gate there, but it looked like it had been destroyed. The three walked down a set of stairs, and reached the bottom. They took a few more steps and then stopped and looked around.
Out of nowhere, came the strange creatures that had been on the islands. Yet, these ones looked like a different type.
All three drew out their Keyblades and attacked at the same time. Sora wiped out three, Riku two, and Takari wiped out four.
Sora and Riku stared in amazement for a moment, but snapped out of it when Takari yelled, “A little help would be nice!†as more of the creatures appeared.
The three continued to attack the creatures.
This is going to be endless! Takari thought.
As the three were about to run, something flew out of nowhere. It was another Keyblade!
Sora sighed. How many people can wield a Keyblade?! He thought to himself.
A girl jumped over the stair railing and dropped down. She landed on her feet with a smile, as all the creatures had disappeared. She had reddish-blonde hair pulled into long flowing pigtails, green eyes, and a really red short belly top with a skort that matched, and white tennis shoes. “Need a little help?†she asked in an almost sarcastic tone.
Takari’s jaw dropped in amazement. “A-Ami…?†she asked unbelievingly.
“The one and only!†Ami answered cheerfully.
Takari and Ami had grown up together in the town next to Disney Castle. They had been best friends for as long as the could remember. Unfortunately. Takari had had to leave Ami behind when she’d came on the mission. So, how had she gotten here?
“But… How’d you get here?†Takari asked still unbelievingly.
“You just though I’d stick around at home while you had the adventure?†Ami replied teasingly. “Actually… King Mickey asked me to come… look after you.â€
Riku and Sora stared in shock. However, Sora was the first to ask. “You two know each other!?â€
Takari and Ami nodded. “Yep… we grew up together!!!†they said in unison.
“So… are you gonna come back with us, Ami?†Sora asked.
Ami sighed. “I don’t know…â€
“C’mon!!! It’ll be fun!!! Whatever our new enemies are planning, they won’t stand a chance against the four of us!†Takari insisted.
“Well…. Okay!†Ami answered with a smile. She looked down at a little pouch attached to her belt and pulled a piece of paper out. “Takari?â€
“Yeah?â€
“The King wanted me to give you this…†Ami handed over the folded piece of paper to Takari. “He said this should help in the journey.â€

The four looked down at the paper that read:

Sending Takari on the mission, may not have been enough. These enemies are far too powerful. I was visited by the group’s leader, Michii a day after Takari left. She said that I should know Takari had no chance against her group. She called themselves, the ‘Heart Catchers’.
I regret sending Takari now. I must send someone else who could possibly wield the Keybade. Michii told me things she knew about Takari, which I don’t understand. How could she- … Never mind that. Takari must never know the truth behind her past!
Michii also mentioned something to do with Kingdom Hearts. She left me puzzled from her quick exit.
I don’t know what this group is planning, but I WILL find out.

Takari stood in a paralyzed way. “W-What is he talking about?â€
“I dunno, Takari… but whatever it is…. Sounds awful…†Ami answered as well as she could.
“So, what do you think this could mean?†Riku asked calmly.
Takari was shaking at this point. “I don’t… Understand… What about my past? I lived at the castle all my life!!â€
“According to what the King said… you lived somewhere else for most of your life…†Ami tried to say cheerfully, even though she knew it probably wouldn’t help.
“Takari…†Sora said in a calming tone.
“Can we just please… go home now?†Takari asked quietly.
“Yeah… we probably should be heading back.†Riku replied.
“Okay…†Sora sighed. “Let’s go.â€
The four headed back to the door which they had entered more questions now than they had when they had entered.

3rd Part: LV 14-17

-DESTINY ISLANDS-

Takari and the others sighed as they walked back through the door in the secret place.
“You know? I think one or more of us should keep watch in here at night, just in case any other doors would appear.†Sora said in the silence. “That way, we’ll be prepared!â€
“Yeah! We can take turns every other few days and rotate!†Ami added.
“Right… Who’ll go first?†Sora asked.
“I will.†Riku volunteered.
“Okay… anyone wanna go with Riku?†Sora asked.
Takari blushed slightly and smiled shyly. “Uhm… I guess I’ll do it too…†she said looking towards the ground.
“Okay then! I guess we’re all set then? It’s getting late, we better go. Have fun on the first night of Door Watch!†Sora commented happily as him and Ami started walking towards the hole to get out.
“Y-Yeah…†Takari answered. It was getting late. And she’d have to stay the whole night in a secret cave, with the boy she secretly liked. She really wished she hadn’t volunteered now.

-Later-

Takari sighed. The later it was, the more uncomfortable she was about being with Riku. She sighed as she leaned against a wall and sat on the hard ground. She looked over to Riku, who apparently… was asleep.
Takari blushed a deep red. He looks so innocent when he’s asleep, she thought. She sighed. He would never fall for me, she thought, to him… I’m probably just going to be the friend that likes him…but is too afraid to admit it… She knew she was already causing a lot of trouble for everyone. She just had this feeling of knowing something wasn’t right.




Like i said..... this is all the rest i have.... i gotta work on it again!!!

 

Nice update. Although you might want to go back and edit those paragraphs, though. It makes it easier to read. ;)

Unfortunately... nithing is gonna happen next...
Until i break out of writers block.. *sigh*

i like this very much. i tried to start my own here but it is a lot easier to write it all down then type it.

 

writers block is the fruit of the devil, good luck it'll come to you, try sleeping on it and BAM who knows. (ok maybe not exactly bam what whatever)

So... Here's the update!

Moments passed, and Takari really wasn’t watching the door like she was supposed to. She was watching Riku. Takari sighed as she turned away for a moment, thinking she had heard a noise.

“Shouldn’t you be watching the door instead of me?†Riku said loud enough for Takari to hear.

Takari’s eyes widened and she whirled around. “R-R-Riku… I thought you were asleep!†she said in a shy tone.

Riku stood up and stretched his arms. “I was… But then I woke up.†He answered cockily. He yawned and heard something…

Takari tried to apologize. “Sorry… Riku…†she stammered. She waited for an answer, but Riku seemed to be listening to something else…She listened. “Riku…?†she asked. She’d heard it too; the ground was shaking. The two looked at each other and nodded slightly at each other. They looked toward the door, expecting whatever was coming to enter through it. They waited.

Takari saw something out the corner of her eye. She turned around, shocked. “But…How!?â€

There was the enemy; two Heart Catchers. They were different than the one’s from before, though. They looked more powerful and tricky than the little ones.

“How’d they get in here?!†Takari asked in a stressed tone. The two had been guarding the door the whole time!

“I don’t know…’’ Riku answered. “But I’m sure we can take them!!!†he added with a small smile.

“Yeah..†Takari replied quietly. She looked around. There was only one of the creatures. Where did the other one go? She asked herself. She turned around in horror as one of the creatures had knocked Riku out.

“Riku!!!!†She yelled and ran over to him. It was no use; he was out cold.

Takari backed herself up against the wall. “How did they get here?!†she asked again, even though she knew there would be no answer.

The two creatures moved closer towards Takari. She sighed. “Guess I’ll have to take care of you two by myself!†She looked over at Riku, who still lay motionless on the ground. This is for you, Riku. Slowly, Takari summoned her Keyblade.

Moments later, the two Heart Catchers had disappeared. Takari took in a deep breath and sighed again. She looked up. “Riku!†she ran over to his side.

“C’mon! Wake up!†Takari yelled in a frustrated voice. She started shaking him, hoping he would wake up.
Riku stirred. He slowly opened his eyes and looked up at Takari. “Takari,†he said and then smirked, “You can get off me now.â€

“Huh? Oh…Sorry.†Takari blushed as she helped Riku stand up. She looked around and shivered. “Can we please just get out of here?"

Riku nodded and started walking towards the entrance/exit.

Takari followed slowly behind him. The two reached the exit. Takari’s eyes widened as she saw a huge pile of rocks blocking the way out. “It’s… Blocked off…†she sighed hopelessly. “What should we do?â€

Riku thought for a moment. “I guess we wait. I can’t blast through the rocks, that could make it worse!â€
“Okay…†Takari sighed and sat down on a rock.

-Kairi’s House-

Ami looked out the window of her new bedroom. It was late, but she just couldn’t sleep! She turned her head towards the direction of the island. Her eyes widened as she saw streaks of lightning. She bolted up from the bed. “Aw crud! A storm?!â€

Ami leaped out from the bed and ran towards Kairi’s room. “Kairi! Kairiiii! Wake up!†she yelled.

Kairi groaned sleepily. “No Sora… I will not go to the beach with you…â€

Ami giggled into the palm of her hand. I guess Kairi talks in her sleep! Her face turned back to serious. “C’mon Kairi! Something’s up at the island!â€

Kairi opened her eyes and slowly sat up. “Aren’t Riku and Takari out there?â€

“Yeah! That’s why I think we should get out there!†Ami about screamed.

“Okay, okay… Sheesh. No need to yell!†Kairi exclaimed. “Let’s go get Sora… and then we can—“

“Mhmmm…You just wanna see Sora in his PJ’s!†Ami interrupted and stuck her tongue out as she started running towards the door.

Kairi sighed miserably. Why did I volunteer to let her stay at MY house?! She followed quickly after Ami.

-Outside-

The two girls made a dash for their boats, trying to stay as quiet as possible so they wouldn’t wake the other town people.

“Okay… So we get to the island… And then what?†Kairi asked Ami.

“Depends what we’re up against.†Ami replied as she ran to the dock and untied the boats.

Kairi followed behind. “Y’know… I’m not that great of a fighter…†she admitted.

“Good. That means you won’t have to get in my way!†Ami smiled as she hopped into one of the boats.

Kairi stepped into the boat and grabbed a paddle. “Okay, let’s go then!†She said determinedly as she began to row.

-Island-

Kairi and Ami stepped off the boats onto the dock on the island. The rain was starting to come down and the wind was blowing.

Ami looked around the surrounding area. Hmmm… Nothing seems to be wrong… She walked out into the middle of the beach.

Something didn’t feel right.
“Ami!†Kairi screamed.

Ami whirled around to see a Heart Catcher jumping towards her. Her eyes widened and before she could react, Kairi jumped in with her Keyblade and destroyed the creature with one blow.

“Thanks.†Ami told Kairi. She looked at her Keyblade and giggled. Wow that’s one frilly Keyblade…
“What’re you laughing about?†Kairi asked suspiciously

“Er… Nothing!†Ami answered innocently. She looked down towards the ground. “There’s more coming.†She said quietly, her eyes widening again.

More Heart Catchers started appearing as if on cue. Ami readily summoned her Keyblade and stood by Kairi.
“Ready? She asked Kairi.

“Ready if you are.†Kairi answered.

Both took off on each side and started wiping out the creatures. But it seemed that every time they killed one, 5 more were coming back!

“They just keep coming!†Ami yelled.

Just as the two were about to give up, some of the Heart Catchers started disappearing…

Note: Ami's personality is very joking most the time, so the comedy happens when she's around usually.

xD ... Finally some Kairi for those who were waiting!

Hmmm... Who could the mysterious person who just saved Ami and Kairi be?!

The update isn't as big as i thought it would be! But... Oh well! It ended with a cliffhanger, so it was a good place to stop! ^^

I will try my best to keep going... as long as you all want me to! ^^
