Seth turned and faced Lucia and drew his sword and prepared himself

 

Lucia waited for him to make the first move.

 

Seth jumped up and slashed downwards with his sword at her

 

Lucia blocked and pushed him back.

 

Seth ran straight at her and slashed at her

 

Aerith was at the temple, praying for the safety of her brother-in-law.

 

Just then something was wrong with Aerith's summon gems

 

Aerith sensed something wrong with her summons.

 

Lucia parried his attack and countered.

 

Seth got ready to attack but then stoped "something feels weird" Seth said

Aerith's summon gems slowly started to turn into stone

 

Aerith tried to summon all her summons before the gems turned to stone.

 

The summons did not answer the call and they slowly turned to stone

"Aerith" said the voice of Shen threw the dark matter which hadn't turned to stone

 

"You can sense it too, bro?"

 

Aerith pulled out the dark matter and summoned Shen and Versago.

 

They also were not able to be summoned "evacuate the castle immediatly" Shen said

 

Aerith grabbed her bag and ran out.

 

"y-you must hurry" Shen said as the dark matter slowly started to turn to stone

 

"We got to get everyone out of the castle, Seth!"

 

Seth didn't pay attention as he started up at the sky

 

Aerith used her earth spell to tell everyone in the castle to leave. Miko grabbed Arisa, Garnet, Zidane, and Mikoto, held onto Cloud and ran out.
