Cyrus fired his beam at the same time Ryo did.

 

Kuro got hit and there was a huge explosion

 

"Did we get him?"

 

Kuro was still standing but extreamly weak "I will not end here I will take this world into a world of despear" Kuro said

 

"Not if we have anything to say about it."

 

"too bad" Kuro said and jumped up into the air and raised his hands as a portal appeared "with my last move I shall send everything into a world of despair" Kuro said as the portal started to suck up

 

Cyrus tried to seal the portal, but failed.

"We have to knock him into the portal, Ryo! One more blast ought to do it!"

 

Ryo nodded and got another attack ready

 

Cyrus charged up another attack and fired when Ryo did.

 

Kuro was surprised and got knocked into the portal

Even though Kuro was inside the portal it would not stop sucking up things

 

"We've got to try sealing the portal. Focus your power on it." Cyrus said before focusing his power on the portal.

 

Ryo focused his power but it wouldn't close "its no good" Ryo said and walked forward "Kuro meant to suck up everything including himself. That means it can only be closed on the inside" Ryo said

 

"I'll go. You can't afford to go in there." Cyrus said. He handed a ring to Ryo.

"Give that to my wife."

 

Ryo didn't take the ring andand closed his eyes and shook his head "no" Ryo said and then grabed Cyrus by the shirt and pulled him back "your too fragile to go in there. It is full of endless darkness and I am th only one who can manage that" Ryo said as he jumped up and headed to the portal "I will seal this away along with him. He ruined my life by using Versago to make me his slave I want revenge" Ryo said as he headed to the portal

 

Cyrus watched as Ryo jumped into the portal.

 

Ryo threw Cyrus a pendant "thats for Lucrecia" Ryo said and smiled "its been nice fighting with you" Ryo said and went into the portal

 

Cyrus headed back to the castle.

 

Soon the portal closed

 

Lucrecia walked outside and noticed Cyrus was alone.

"Where's Ryo?"

Cyrus said nothing and handed her the pendant.

"So is he...."

"No, he's still alive. He jumped into a portal that Kuro made and sealed it from the inside."

"I see...."

 

Ryo stayed inside the portal and sighed "it looks like I will never see my child but this portal must never be opened ever again" Ryo said telepathically to Cyrus and Lucrecia
