Kingdom Hearts and the Legend of Dragoon

Lucrecia saw the dragon and followed it, entranced.

 

Miko followed her in her dragon form.

 

Lucrecia entered an icy cave. A young girl was standing there.

"It's about time you got here, Lucrecia."

 

Miko changed to her human form and hid, listening in.

 

"Who are you?"

"I'm Sindragosa, the current goddess of ice. I've been watching over you, and I believe you're ready to inherit my power."

"Where's the dragon?"

"That was me."

 

Miko calmly listened to them, thinking over what would happen if the queen became a goddess.

 

"Zephyr's death has upset the natural balance, so the gods must pass on their powers to the chosen ones. Cyrus will take her place, Ryo will inherit his father's power and you'll inherit mine."

"What makes you think I want to?"

"You don't have a choice. Either you do, or the world itself will fall apart from the imbalance."

 

"And may I ask for what will become of the lady summoner? Cyrus is her husband and the queen is her sister. I think it will hurt her greatly if either of one disappeared." Miko finally revealed herself.

 

"The chosen ones will be gods on earth until they are ready to ascend. Your sister is one of the chosen ones, the goddess of summons."

"Really? That makes sense."

 

Miko smiled and sighed.

 

"Go ahead and pass your power onto me, then."

Sindragosa focused and transferred her power to Lucrecia. She then started to fade away.

"Use your power wisely." She said before completely disappearing.

 

Ryo looked up at the sky. The sky was turning really dark

 

Miko flew back to the castle.

 

Lucrecia stepped outside and turned into a dragon. She flew back to the castle.

Cyrus noticed there was a small rip in his mother's bear. He pulled it open a little and found a crystal inside, along with a note.

 

The sky continued to turn darker and darker

 

Lucrecia had landed next to Lucia. She started to panic when she saw the dragon in front of her.

 

Aerith walked up and gently took Zephyr's bear.

 

Cyrus read the note out loud.

"Dear Cyrus, if you're reading this, it means that I'm dead. The crystal I've enclosed with this note holds my essence. You must use the crystal to gain my power and become the new god of light, or the world will come apart at the seams."

Cyrus looked at the crystal and closed his eyes. The crystal glowed brightly and after a while, became black. He felt much stronger powers within himself.

 

Aerith somehow knew about Cyrus taking his mother's place as god of light. She gently held the bear.

 

Seth looked up at the sky "the worlds are sinking into darkness" Seth said
