Why do you think she never remarried when you were keeping your grandfather sealed up in that terrible realm you were in? She always had faith that you'd return one day and refused to let go of that faith, no matter how painful it was being without you. If you were to leave her like this, she'd end up dying of a broken heart."

 

Ryo closed his eyes tightly as tears started to form "My powers are starting to overpower myself. They are getting worse and worse as time goes by. Just look what I did to her arm" Ryo said

 

"Her arm looks fine to me. She told you it would heal quickly. Besides, not only does she need you to keep her power stable, you need her to do the same for you. If you leave, your power will end up overtaking you and killing you."

 

Ryo looked down at Lucrecia and held her tightly

 

A faint smile appeared on Lucrecia's face.

"You see, even when she's comatose, she's happy when you're with her."

 

Ryo looked down at her and smiled and picked her up

 

Zephyr turned to leave.

 

Ryo looked at Lucia "I am going to take your mother to bed. Bring the baby" Ryo said

 

Lucia went to get Ryuta.

 

Ryo took Lucrecia and gently put her on the bed

 

Lucia handed Ryuta to Ryo.

 

Ryo held the sleeping Ryuta and sighed as he looked down at him and smiled "you saved your mom" Ryo said

 

Ryuta looked up at him.

 

Ryo smiled "if it wasn't for your birth I would have never come back" Ryo said

 

Ryuta fell asleep in his arms.

 

Ryo smiled as he held Ryuta in one arm and stroked Lucrecia's cheeck. He looked at Lucrecia worried. Even though he knew she was alright he was still worried

 

Lucrecia continued to smile in her comatose state.

Lucrecia began to come out of the coma.

"Where am I? Where's Ryo?"

 

"Im right here" Ryo said
