Lucrecia nodded.

 

Ryo slowly backed away "your better off without me" Ryo said

 

"Don't say that, Ryo. You were just having a nightmare and knocked me aside by accident. My arm will heal pretty quickly."

 

Ryo closed his eyes "this isn't something I can forgive myself" Ryo said as he started to walk out

 

Lucrecia got up and put her unbroken arm around him.

"Please, don't go."

 

"im sorry but like I said your better off without me. I will only cause harm" Ryo said with his eyes closed. Tears started to form in his eyes. Ryo pulled his arm away and continued walking

 

Lucrecia fell to her knees and started to cry.

 

Ryo continued to walk and was gone

 

Lucrecia felt heartbroken when Ryo left. She then began to feel a sharp pain in her stomach as she went into labor. Lucia ran to help her.

 

Just then a cloaked man ran up to her. "push" he said

 

Lucrecia pushed the baby out.

"It's a boy, mom. What do you want to name him?"

"Ryuta." Lucrecia said before passing out.

"What's wrong, mom?" Lucia asked. Lucrecia was unresponsive. Lucia ran to get a doctor.

 

The man held her "wake up" the man said

 

Lucrecia was still unresponsive. The doctor came and examined her.

"The queen has gone into a coma."

 

"when will she wake up" the man said

 

"I don't know. This is unlike any coma I've ever seen. It's like there's something that's slowly killing her."

The doctor left the room as Zephyr walked in and examined her.

"Lucrecia's power is slowly killing her. You see, she always had the power of the goddess of ice. It was never meant to awaken until she died. Being around Ryo, though, her power slowly began to awaken. Since that last explosion of his power, her power has now tried to awaken to its fullest, but she's not strong enough to withstand it without Ryo's power to stabeize her own."

"So how long does mom have?"

"Five days. If Ryo doesn't return and use his power to help her in that time, her power will completely freeze her from the inside out, killing her."

 

The man continued to hold Lucrecia and held her close to him and tightly. Both of them started to glow and Lucrecia's powers started to stabilize

 

Lucrecia was still comatose, but safe from danger.

"It's you under that cloak, isn't it, dad?"

 

The man took of the hood revealing it was Ryo. He just looked at Lucrecia extreamly worried

 

"Lucrecia's fine for the moment. She'll need you here nearby to keep her power stabilized until she awakens. She'll come out of the coma in a few days."

 

Ryo looked down and her "but I can't stay with her" Ryo said
