Mark laughed lightly, gently squeezing her hand back, "very well...but that doesn't mean I won't try to help you tame yourself...that is included in taking care of you..." he smiled looking out the window as well. "Of course...and I'm guessing I have some things I could show about being a nobody that could be interesting to you as well..."

Kulex gently rubbed her back hoping that is was helping or relaxing her even if it was just a little bit, "precious..." he said softly, "please let me know if there is a way to help you..." he said as tears started to slowly fall from his eyes as well.

 

"All right..." Leah said and smiled. "We have plenty of time..." She turned toward the open window and crouched down, slightly. "Get on my back..." She said and grinned.

Brexecca trembled slightly from the nightmare, but she relaxed being close to Kulex. It was only a dream... She thought, the tears falling down her cheeks.

 

Mark was slightly shocked at what she asked him to do, "uh...get on your back?" he said confused, he assumed that she meant she was going to take him up in the sky, "I guess...I guess I could..." he said getting on her back, he felt weird, he knew she only wanted to have fun with him however it made him feel like he was degrading her, like an animal or something.

Kulex held her close to his chest and gently wiped her tears away, "its ok precious..I'm here...I will always be here for you..." he said lightly kissing her head and softly rubbing her back still.

 

Leah heard his thoughts and saw the expression on his face and she couldn't help but laugh. "Trust me, you'll enjoy this just as much as I will..." She said and grinned. "Hold on tight." She stopped her breathing in order to control herself and keep the scent away. Then, glad that the window was open wide enough, she pushed off of the ground and they started running across the campus at an irregular speed. She giggled, heading towards the forest north of the school. She knew that she couldn't be anywhere near the school to show him what she was about to. Within just a couple minutes, they had ran across the campus and were out the entrance of the school, heading towards the forest. She knew nobody would see them since most people were asleep.

Brexecca calmed down a bit, her tears slowing. She was still trembling a little, but not as much. "I love you..." She said softly to Kulex.

 

Mark held on as tight as he possibly could to get without hurting her, "this....this is really fast..." he couldn't help but laugh a little and smiled hearing her giggling to, "oh...so then I was wrong...I guess it will be a surprise then...." he smiled looking around trying to see where she might be taking him to.

Kulex gave her a gentle squeeze and gently tilted her head up to his, "I love you too Brexecca....with all my heart..." he said letting his lips come to tenderly rest against hers in a soft kiss, he just laid there kissing her wishing he could take away all her pain.

 

Leah smiled. "Don't worry about hurting me... My skin's harder than granite..." She grinned as they dashed through the woods. "And yes, you were way off... Vampires don't really fly... That was just a myth..." She giggled and in a few minutes she stopped, crouching so he could get off. "Where we're headed is just ahead..." She said and smiled, standing up straight after he had gotten off of her back.

Brexecca blushed when he kissed her. She broke the kiss, smiling softly. Her trembling had stopped and she relaxed.

 

Mark laughed, "well it seems unfornately that not everything I have studied is true then..." he sighed, "although I think you could make it all clear to me..." he said gently taking her hand in his. "So...its just up here...we are pretty far away from the school...if I have been here before...it was so long ago..."

Kulex smiled seeing she had relaxed some, he lightly caressed her cheek, resting his forehead against hers and softly staring in her eyes. "Is everything ok now precious?" he asked quietly.

 

".....I'd like to say I'm done for now.....heh heh.....do you just want to go back inside to the school?"

 

Leah smiled, raising her eyebrows curiously. "You studied vampires?" She asked and grinned, lightly grabbing his hand and leading him through the trees. "Don't worry, it's not to hard to understand... most of the myths are true, but some have been twisted throughout the years..." She sighed. "And there are a few details they left out..." She smiled softly as they soon emerged into a clearing in the forest. Bright green grass covered the ground and a few butterflies were flying around. She stood in the shade, seeing that the sun was starting to rise.

Brexecca sighed. "Yeah..." She said softly. "I-It was just a dream..." She smiled softly.

Anna shrugged. "Sure," She said and smiled.

 

Mark smiled and gently squeezed her hand standing in the shade with her, "I have...I have studied quite a lot to be honest...trying to uncover and understand the secrets of all the worlds..." he said with a grin. "However I will only believe in what you say when you speak of vampires..." he said softly staring in her eyes, he was lost for a moment taking in her beauty once again.

"Hopefully the last one of that kind then..." Kulex said softly kissing her head and continuing to hold her close to him, he wondered what the dream could have been about, but he didn't want to bring it up anymore seeing it had disturbed her this much.

 

When the sun rose above the horizon, Leah smiled and looked at Mark. "Well are you ready to see something that goes against any myth ever made about vampires?" She asked and grinned. Gently, she let go of Mark's hand and took a step into the sunlight. Once the light reached her, her pale skin suddenly sparkled. The sunlight seemed to dance on the surface of her skin, glittering and shimmering. She smiled and tilted her head back, closing her eyes, gently. The sun felt prickly on her skin, and she felt warmth coat her body.

"Hopefully..." She whispered and held on to him tightly. The memories of her dream lingered in her head, and she tried not to let them bother her.

 

Mark stood in awe watching her in the sunlight, "shes so...beautiful...." he said softly, he slowly began to walk towards her before he was right next to her and took her in a hug gently, "Leah....you are such a beautiful girl....truly special...." he said closing his eyes. He opened his eyes, softly caressing her cheek, "you know...I actually think you feel somewhat warm now..." he smiled gently.

Kulex figured laying in bed and darkness wasn't the best thing to try and get her mind off of her dream, he gently got up walking over and turning on the light, "can I get you anything for breakfast precious?"

 

Leah opened her eyes gently. They widened a bit when he hugged her, and she hissed instinctively, quickly pulling out of his grasp and standing in a defensive position. When she realized exactly what had happened, she covered her mouth and stood up straight again. "Sorry..." She apologized for hissing at him. She brought her hands down and smiled. "Sunlight's really the only thing that can make my skin warm at all... It's not much, though. But I don't really mind the cold... I mean, I can't really tell the difference, that is..." She giggled and smiled softly.

Brexecca sat up gently. "I'm not really hungry..." She admitted and rubbed the back of her head. She suddenly gasped and looked around frantically for a clock. "What time is it?! We have to get to class- OW!" She said suddenly as she fell off of the bed. Noticing her clumsiness, she laughed.

 

....no offense....but I'm slightly getting tired of just Anna and Andrew while everyone else has their little adventures and welcomings....

BIC- Andrew walked back to the school beside Anna.

 

Mark sighed so confused of how to show her affection without causing her to react that way, unfornately it looked as though holding her hand was the best he could do for right now until she tamed more, "its ok..." he said softly looking down. He looked and smiled a little seeing her enjoying herself, "although I'm sure you feel touch...like when I hold your hand and hug you right?" he asked.

Kulex laughed and shook his head, "and where do you think you are going precious?" he asked with a sly grin, "ah ah ah...I don't know where you think you are going...but I suggest you get back in that bed before I have to tickle you...you still aren't well..."

 

"Yes," Leah said and smiled. "I just can't feel much of a temperature difference in anything... Being a vampire, I don't have blood running through my body... So my skin's usually cold and I can't tell a heat difference... But the sun warms my skin up, and it's kind of relaxing..." She explained softly and smiled, looking up at the sky. She didn't move for a second until she realized it was getting later. "We should head back to the school now... It's about time for classes to start." She said and crouched down so he could get on her back, smiling.

Brexecca pretended to be scared and she hopped back on the bed, giggling, "I'm not going anywhere..." She said and grinned, laughing.

Anna noticed what time it was and groaned. "We have class soon..." She said and sighed.

OOC- Hmm... Well, I'm sure I can come up with something for a good adventure... :D

 

"Really?" He looked at his own watch. Wow.....time goes by fast.....

 

Mark sighed staring at the sunrise, "indeed we leave it to school to ruin such a perfect day together..." he said shaking his head as he got on her back. Deep down he loved school however he wished he could be with Leah more, seeing her at school, being with her in classes would be great but the moments that he hoped to share outside of school were far more special in his opinion.

Kulex grinned walking over and rubbing his nose against hers, "thats right you aren't going anywhere...I want my precious Brexecca well...." he said gently taking her hand. "Is there anything I can get you?" he asked softly.

 

Leah giggled. "Ah, but school can be fun,too..." She said and grinned, bolting off towards the school once he was on her back. As they headed back towards the school, she started to think. It actually surprised her that he wasn't afraid of her, as most people were. He seemed perfectly at ease. It was strange. Soon, they had started approaching the school, and she had to stop running at the entrance and let Mark off, now that more kids were awake. She smiled as she stood up. It was then that she realized that there would be alot of humans in the class. She gently squeezed Mark's hand and looked over at him. "Mark... If something happens-... If I can't control myself in class... Will you promise to make sure that I don't hurt anybody...?" She asked him in a whisper, now worried.

Brexecca shook her head. "No, I'm fine..." She said and smiled. "Although you might want to go to class today... You know what Mark would say if you didn't go..." She laughed a little. She didn't want him to be stuck in the dorm with her all day.

"Yeah..." Anna said and sighed. She then gasped, feeling a shock of pain through her head. "Oh...!" She stopped walking and put a hand to her head, wincing.

 

Andrew was a bit stunned. He had never encountered any situations like this in his life. "Hey....uh....are you okay?.....Anna?....." O.o......does she have a stroke?....
