"Oh... I see..." Anna said and tilted her head, looking at the Gameboy. It was alot different than anything she'd seen before. And people actually spend most of their lives playing these types of things...? She thought, amazed.

 

It was then that it suddenly occured to him. Andrew was a gaming dork. He probably wasn't as bad as some other guys but most of the active population could care less about games. "I'm sorry....this is probably really boring for you....and...well..I'm kind of a nerd...heh heh..."

 

Anna looked up at him and giggled. "Actually, no... This is really interesting. I've never heard about or seen anything like this before... how'd you learn so much about it?" She asked.

 

He shrugged. "I don't know...I just kind of knew about it when it came out....of course, some people are more into video games than even me..so they probably know more and stuff. So yeah...and...please take care of my DS and cartridge....okay?"

 

Anna nodded. "I will..." She said and smiled. "Thanks," She said.

 

"Also..another thing....video games were made to be fun. Sometimes they can be frustrating because you want to beat the game, but just keep in mind. They're supposed to be for fun. All right?" Andrew felt the need to tell Anna that because....just in case he had created a monster from this event.

 

"I-I..uh..." He muttered softly.
"I should tell her the truth but..no..she would never talk to me again if she knew what i've done.." He though to himself worridley as he quickly came up with a lie.
"..I-It..was just a seizure" He lied to her as he slowly glanced away afraid of making direct eye contact with her.

 

"A-A seizure?!" She gasped, pulling back from him and looking him in the eyes. "Do you need to go to the hospital?! Are you sure you're okay?!" She asked.

Anna giggled. "Don't worry, I won't get carried away..." She said and smiled.

 

"N-No..I'm fine now" He muttered as he quitely twiddled his fingers.
"It's for the best..." He thought to himself with a sigh.

 

Abexecca could tell something else was up. Nobody recovers from a seizure that quickly, and he seemed nervous about something. "That's not really what happened... is it?" She asked him softly, looking into his eyes. "Fayte, what's really going on?"

 

"All right. I can't really play games anymore since all the colors are distorted."

 

Kulex looked at her slightly nervous, "so she might know...she knows I'm acting weird...." he tried to change the subject yet again, "I'll alright...shall I meet you outside your room..."

 

Brexecca could see the nervous expression on his face, and she knew for a fact now that something was wrong. "Sure..." She said softly and then paused for a second. brexecca sighed and crossed her arms, looking up at Kulex. "Okay, I know you're not alright... you never act like this..." She said. "What's up?"

"Hmm..." Anna thought for a moment. "What if the game had distorted colors, then? Would it look normal to you?" She asked him.

 

Kulex sighed, "I'm fine Brexecca...could we just swim?" he said a slight tone of annoyance in his voice, "oh...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to sound that way Brexecca...." he sighed. He looked up and looked in her eyes, "I'll meet you outside your room...ok?" he said waving and heading off to get changed.

 

Brexecca winced slightly when he got annoyed with her, but relaxed as he seemed to calm down a bit. She wanted to say something to him, but he walked off before she had the chance. Sighing, she headed back to her room to get changed. Maybe I should just drop the subject... he'll talk to me about it if he wants to... Brexecca thought.

 

Kulex sighed and looked down, "its pretty sad when I can't even talk to the girl that I like a little bit about my problem...." he said walking into his dorm and starting to change, he finished up and grabbed a towel heading back down to her dorm and waiting outside the door.

 

Brexecca changed into her swimsuit. I'm going to just leave him alone about it... maybe he'll cheer up and it'll pass... I know he doesn't want me to know, and it's not right of me to pressure him into telling me... She decided to quickly comb through her hair and put it up in a neat ponytail so it wouldn't get tangled while she was swimming. Smiling, she grabbed a towel and walked outside. Kulex was already there. "Wow, that was fast..." She said and grinned, giggling a bit.

 

Kulex got off of the wall when he heard Brexecca, he smiled softly hearing her giggle, "I love that giggle...." he smiled, he gently held a hand out to her, "I'm sorry about how I acted earilier...I shouldn't have gotten annoyed with you like that...especially since I li.." he stopped. "Li....Like your company so very much...you are a great friend Brexecca...." he smiled.

 

Brexecca noticed him stop himself, but she didn't pay any attention to it. "It's okay..." She said and smiled, taking his hand. "You're a great friend too, Kulex."

 

Kulex smiled giving her hand a gentle squeeze, "ready to go?" he said and gently started to walk with her heading towards the pool, "so...how was things over the summer Brexecca? hopefully you enjoyed them unlike me?" he laughed lightly. He sighed remembering he had to work two jobs partime to earn money so that he could again join his friends in school.
