Kingdom Hearts: A Keybearers Legacy

no its not dumb. Ok we will start at a banquet held for all of their birthdays(they are all on the same day). Most of us know each other but you can choose to not know them. I'll start:

The hall was a swirl of loud talk and delicious smelling foods. Kyanru looked around, smiling. She always enjoyed parties like this, especially birthday parties. She took a sip of her drink. Suddenly her eyes lit up and she took a flask of beer and a haunch of meat. Weaving her way outside she whistled. At first nothing happened and she strained her eyes in the darkness. A wolf came loping into view and she fed him the beer and meat, stroking him as he ate.

 

Hikaru wandered the room. I know this is supposed to be happy, but it's just another birthday with out my parents... She leaned up against a wall.

 

Magersun's head kept bobbing up and down. I have to stay awake.

 

Takeshi strolled inside the room boredly,it was just another 'happy' birthday..without family..without friends...what was so happy about this birthday anyway?he walked over to the dinner table and sat down,he wasnt hungry,thirsty,or anything,he just wanted to get this over with so he could take a nap.

 

Magersun listened to someone playing the grand piano. "c sharp."

 

Hikaru thought of what she would do after the party. I want to talk to someone about this... We're all in the same boat... She looked around the room. The guests are happy but we aren't...

 

Magersun slapped his face. "Best star acting happy."

 

Outside here she could relax her smile. She really wasn't that thrilled about her birthday. A sadness ebbed at her, because her parents weren't there. She looked up at the stars, glittering like gems. "Where are you, who are you?" she whispered softly, her breaths making puffs of steam . She patted thewolf and turned to go back inside. She went back into the room and put on her fake, yet convincing smile. She wandered around the room.

 

OOC: can our guardians talk?

 

Takeshi greeted a few guests that came his way and thanked them for coming,after shaking their hands and putting on a few fake smiles he slumped down in his chair and imagined himself on a beach,with his bare feet in the warm sand...he got sleepy just thinking about it,and his eyes drooped down.

OOC: I need to go,sry,its midnight and my mom sucks lol

Magersun sighed. A snake slithered up his arm. Can we leave yet? "sadly not yet."

 

Hikaru's eyes fell on Takeshi. He's falling asleep? Eh, it's not such a bad idea. At least dreams provide a temporary escape. She shrugged.

 

"Hikaru, right?" said a voice from behind her. Kyanru didn't know the girl well but she knew that she was also one of the people like her, with the birthday today.

 

Magersun sighed. He walked over to the other birthday guests. "Happy birthday."

 

Kyanru turned and nodded. "Same to you."

 

"More like annoying actually. Hey, how much longer is the party?"

 

"As long as it ends soon, I'm happy." Hikaru said. She looked at the other people at the party. "They just don't get it, do they? Or they know something we don't."

 

She followed the girls gaze, nodding in agrement. Kyanru turned to look at the clock and then back at the boy. "I think its safe to slip out now," she said and in spite of herself, she grinned. Weaving through the crowd, she made it outside and breathed in the fresh air.

 

Hikaru followed Kyanru. "It's nicer out here." She looked at the stars. "They're so pretty. I wish something exciting would happen. Something that would tell us about our parents..."
