Everything looks AMAZING! Plus it being in 3D its AWSOME!!! and Its about time they've put in a different world because I am getting really tired of wonderland, coliseum and Agrabah.

Looks like I better save up to $300 in a year just in case but games like The 3rd Birthday and Final Fantasy Dissidia 012 then anime HighSchool Of The Dead and The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya are all going to slow me down and if I go to the Japanese con it will slow me down more Dx

Well, I've seen what I've heard was the 3DS 2011 lineup, and it didn't have this game, so I won't have to worry about the money any time soon.

Back on topic, HOLY CRAP! That gameplay was....Wow. Although, the "bouncing between walls" Kinda reminded me of Sonic. And Soras raining from the sky? Either that is as a matter of fact a dream, or Nomura was high. Or something happened, it's KH, how should I know?

Doing my best to stay on topic...New world? Yays.

At first I was skeptical of this game as I thought that it would be another "re-telling" of the first kh (by re-telling I mean no new drastic combat or world changes) and a simple side story like Days but the trailer has convinced me otherwise. I can definitely see this game being good enough to be a proper bridge between two major games like COM was. Can't wait!

HOW EPIC DOES THE GAMEPLAY LOOK! I finally decided to consider trading in my DS Lite when the 3DS comes out because of this... But what to do if and when KH3 is released on PS3... D:

maybe the game starts you off at the KH type level (clothes and such) and as you level up and through the story you go to KH2 (clothes and such)?

Looks quite interesting. But I sure hope that the game isn't just bouncing on buildings instead of the normal gameplay.

Wow, they've utilisesd a lot of different gameplay ideas which is great since it makes the series feel fresh once again! : D
This is gotta be a game to buy for the KH series, not just storywise (which looks helluva confusing thing) but the gameplay looks epic!
Talking story I do believe this isn't in the real world. The title (which I thought was fake at first) Dream shows obviously a strange state that doesn't take place in the real world, and may be a shared dream experienced by Sora and Riku. Drop and Distance however, could mean anything.

What the hell is with Square-Enix and stupid names. Just Kingdom Hearts 3D was fine.

It's looking great and I'm loving the more aerobatic based combat. But I'm getting a little sick of them reusing worlds from past games, this is like the 4th time now on a Nintendo handheld. I'm guessing it's all a dream to help Sora and Riku train for the events coming in KH3 or something.

The 3D is using all new Disney worlds.

The dramatic music while it was raining Soras made me lulz. Epically.

And when I saw the bells of Notre Dame....I had a panic attack. I want this game. NOW.

Well you may not like it, but the "dream drop" metaphor was used in KH from day 1. The whole saga is built on metaphors (sleep = death, waking = growing/birth etc ...) We saw Sora/Roxas/Ven flying asleep or drowning/dropping in their dreams. Awaking the Keyblade always involved one of those sequences.

As with most common dream themes, falling is an indication of insecurities, instabilities, and anxieties. You are feeling overwhelmed and out of control in some situation in your waking life. This may reflect the way you feel in your relationship or in your work environment. You have lost your foothold and keep up with the hustle and bustle of daily life. When you fall, there is nothing that you can hold on to. You more or less are forced toward this downward motion without any control. This lost of control may parallel a waking situation in your life.

Funny how that could perfectly apply to Sora/Riku/Kairi/Xehanort, they all felt stucked and helpless on Destiny Island (the boonies).
Do I have to mention Aqua helplessly watching Ven falling ?

The falling sequences can be a metaphor for death (Ven/Terra), fear/insecurities (Roxas/Sora/Ven/Terra/Aqua) and growing (Sora). In KH DDD we' ll see Sora and Riku awaking their mark of mastery and getting ready for their final fight. In other words it' s time for Sora and Riku to leave their childhood behind. I take the Sora rain as the visual metaphor of that fact, even if I don' t know yet why Riku would actually witness it.
Dream Drop Distance = how much training does Sora have to do in order to feel/be ready ?
