    From how shocked Axel seemed in KH2 when Roxas summoned two keyblades, I would say he only does so when fighting Riku before being taken to Twilight Town

    It's good the game has weapon changes. Like in KH2, the more keyblades, the stronger they are. If there was no weapon changes, you'd be using the same keyblade that is low quality.

    not really, if they didnt have the weapons change then the weapons would just have to level up. They do it in Drakangard, you level up but your weapon also levels up but at a different pace.
