Kingdom Hearts 3: Reconnect

Sora looked at Kairi. "Yeah. Just... nothing. Stay here while I go and help. We don't want a time Paradox." he said before he pulled on his hood and left. He got there and looked at Aqua. "Need some help?" he asked.

"uh sure" Kairi stood there and watched.

after striking at an unversed she heard someone's voice and turned and said "Its not really safe here you should go somewhere else"

 

"No worries." Sora summoned his Keyblade. "I can fight too."

 

"I wonder how Vanitas and Ventus are progressing...It won't be long before the X-Blade is mine and with it a new keyblade war..."

Master Xehanort walked around the pathways of Raident Garden when he noticed a red headed girl and a boy with his hood up.

"Something is off about them but hardly a concern. Still it never hurts to be prepared..."

He approached the girl.

"It would seem that your friend's heart has been stolen by someone else. A long lost lover perhaps? Or maybe something more..."

 

Kairi heard a voice and quickly turned to whoever it was. It was an old man whos clothes seemed familiar as though she had seen him before. she sensed a bad feeling about this person. "who-who are you?" Kairi asked.

"a keyblade?" Aqua was surprised and didnt expect for this boy to also weild a keyblade though she couldnt ask any questions right now. "alright you can help too and be on your guard" she said getting in a stance position.

 

Sora used the Break part of his trinity limit since Donald and goofy weren't here. After a few minutes, the unversed had gone. "They weren't so tough."

 

King mickey walked along the pathways of Radiant Garden, heading for the castle. "Gosh, I wonder where Ven went." He said to himself in a high pitched voice. It was then he saw the people in the courtyard. A blue haired woman in black white, and blue, a Red haired girl in pink, a boy with his hood up, and an old man. Something was off about them. Although he couldn't quite place his finger on it. "Hmmm." He approached the group.

~The present~​

Riku was gliding along the lanes between when he realized they weren't following him. He came up with three likely explanations, either they ran into trouble, Had forgotten something, or got rid of him so they could elope. He decided the first two were the more likely ones so he turned back to see what the hold up was. When he arrived, he saw the enormous whale like creature called sin. "What. The.- Was all he could get out before he too was transported 10 or 11 years into the past. He came out at the same location they had only a few feet off, crashing into Aqua from no where. "Ow..Sorry." He said to the girl he'd landed on. It was then a familiar scent caught his nose. His immediate reaction was to turn and summon his keyblade in anger. "Ansem!" He shouted at Xehanort, keyblade drawn. He lowered it once he realized he had the wrong person. "Sorry. I thought you were someone else..." He apologized, although still suspicious of him.

 

"Just an old man who happened to notice when love strikes a boy. I was young once too you know."

That's when a silver haired boy ponced on the scene.

"It's no problem boy. I was just talking to your friend over here as it appears her friend has fallen for another and I'm just trying to reassure her."

This was most odd. Something was off here about these three who had appeared in front of him. To his knowledge there were only three keyblade wielders minus him and Eraqus.

Almost as if they weren't from this time...What an opportune moment. One he would take advantage of.

 

Aqua was about to say thank you to the boy that helped but got interrupted when somebody crashed into her. "oww.." she said rubbing her head and slowly got up. "Where did he come from?" she said to herself.

Kairi was confused to what he just said. "so he's fallen in love with..her?" she asked but turned when hearing Riku's voice and saw him standing there as well. "Riku?"

 

Xehanort patted the girl's shoulder.

"There there. I know it's hard now but it will only make you stronger in the long run. And who knows? Maybe he just wasn't the right one for you."

Upon touching her he sensed her heart.

"Pure light? She must be one of the seven princesses. Most interesting indeed..." His plan would need some modifications to take into account the newcomers but nothing major to hinder his plans...

 

"Wait what?" Riku said confusedly as they talked about Sora being in love with someone else. He turned and looked at Aqua. 'Well i can see why...' He thought to himself. She was indeed very pretty. He actually had to refrain from blushing.

 

Kairi sighed and a bit devastated to admit it "yeah your right..."

Aqua looked over to see Master Xehanort with a red haired girl and that boy who landed on her looking to where she was. "whats master xehanort doing with those two?"

 

Master Xehanort noticed Aqua spotting him and decided to take his leave.

"My dear, would you mind coming with me? I'm sure I will be able to help you through this most trying of times."

He held out his hand.

"I can help you find the person best suited to your love."

 

Sora ran up to his friends. "We should get outta here you guys."

 

Kairi thought about the offer that she was given by that man. She wanted to take it but she remembered that they were in the past and not the present. "I'm sorry but..I guess I'll just have to wait for that right somebody to come to me and let time tell.." She said.

Aqua was still looking over at them wondering what they could of been talking about and if Master Xehanort actually knew these three people. "I should head over there to see what's up" Aqua said and walked to them.

 

"Ah, I see. Here..."

He gave Kairi a Dark Shard.

"Just use that and I shall be there for you my dear."

Xehanort looked at Riku.

"I'm sure you'll take care of her ex-lover won't you?"

Using his darkness Master Xehanort began to probe Riku's mind learning what would happen in the future while nudging Riku to attack Sora for breaking Kairi's heart.

"So my plan fails after all...No matter, I shall follow these two. They have proved most interesting..."

Xehanort walked away from the two and behind a house before disappearing into a Dark Corridor.

 

Sora put his arm around Kairi. "What was that all about?"

 

"um thanks" she said putting the dark shard into her pocket. Kairi turned to Sora and said "Oh nothing..he was just saying something.." She then looked up seeing the blue haired girl looking at where the old man had disappeared to and then turned to them.

Aqua looked at Riku and Kairi and asked "are you two also keyblade weilders?"

 

Sora stood in shock. What had he caused.

Inside Sora, another Keyblade Wielder's heart rested. This wielder was named Ventus. "Yes they are Aqua!"thought his heart.

 

Riku felt a dark presence grip over his mind. He suddenly felt the urge to attack Sora for what he'd done to Kairi. He looked over at them, but he had his arm around Kairi, meaning he hadn't just kicked her to the curb because he saw a more attractive girl. So he eased up a little. Then the blue haired girl came, asking if they were wielders. "Uh, yeah, we are." Riku said, noticing the keyblade in her hand as well. So he figured it was all right to tell her

Just then, a short anamorphic mouse approached. "Gosh, what was that all about?" Mickey asked the group.
