I can't understand some of your complaints against the new look. This is the next generation of games, and you better believe a game as largely anticipated and with as huge a budget as this will be stuck with more than PS2 graphics. Hell, that's like saying the games should look like PS1 graphics if they were released on the PS1.

The graphics for the Kingdom Hearts games on the PS2 were amazing for their time, not only due to technical power, but also thanks in large to the whole art style the game went with. No way they would have chosen to go with less powerful graphics in order to achieve their conceptual visions, and that's not about to happen now, with what will likely be the final game in the series.

I, personally, am in love with how the game looks so far, and you better believe it's only going to get even better.

I shed tears too when I 1st saw it. XD I am so happy and surprised honestly. Didn't think this announcement would happen till next year. I am excited beyond words. It looks sooo gorgeous. Especially the new heartless's. They looks so cool how they're all swirling in a pack. Wish they could have showed a bit more though. But, better than nothing I always say. :) Can't wait for another trailer or more info to come out later on in the year. Maybe when the remake comes out? Fingers crossed.

yeah, we kinda knew that, Nomura made a bunch of references to preproduction of KH3, the only reason nobody really talked about this was because people misread Nomura's interview about Versus XIII and thought KH3 wouldn't begin development until the game was finished

Okay, I'm done. This announcement automatically makes the PS4 the likely winner of the E3 battles, though Nintendo still has a chance. The teaser is enough for me to be hyped up beyond belief and that army of Heartless look awesome!

Anyway, glad to see that the new game offers great graphical improvement, yet retains the beautiful style of the KH series, the vision is kept perfectly viable. I am surprised 2.5 wasn't announced before this. Phew, lots of surprises.

I am super pumped. Even just the little bit they revealed looks fantastic. I guess I will start saving a little bit every week towards a PS4 now. And I will do so damn happily. ​

I sure wish they would make it for PS2, too, but I know that's not going to happen.
