EDIT: Guys, all of the text that says "may ship on or before blah blah" has disappeared for me. Now it just says "Any questions? Please click here for blah blah". Does this mean it's being shipped soon? It still says Preparing Order, though. DX

Basically, first-come first-serve means they're invoking the queue list. They have copies in stock so it's "Available", but if they run out of copies before they reach you on the list, then you'll have a copy "Reserved for your Order".
