You need Mulan's moveset to use that Axel weapon.

i just use sora in halooween clothes to beat xemnas
does anyone have a code to have the glowing keyblade like in evil's vid

 

You need to replace normal Sora or one his forms with Limit form model,and when you do a certain hit of a combo the keyblade becomes shiny.

Use these two codes and do a air finisher with normal Sora:
