The main chunck of that code if to turn the hovercraft riku into the party riku. (aka 819) Using the other two digits will crash the game like any other attempt.

Turns out I just typed a line in wrong XD. Start crying, Dark Shield doesn't work either D: But HARK! The good news is that Riku CAN use ground attacks if you're close to the enemy =D He does the usual 3-4 hit gound one if the enemy is on the ground, and if it's floating, he does this upward slash then kinda just flips everywhere XD

 

The game freezes whenever I try to fight the Organization Limit Cuts with Riku. Can anyone please joker it for me? I know the joker code is D034D45C 0000????, but will it joker all the lines and such?

no no, it will work wherever and when ever but there are some glitches, more then likly u entered the character slot wrong,
