normally just have them in the memory card slot and try to save the game on any game and it will ask for it to format your mem cards

Hey, I also want a max save for kh2:final mix, but I don't know where to get them! I searched google and dogpile, but found squat, so where do I get them?

 

1) a save point in "some" games (not all games will offer this option. most of them just won't let you save)
2) get to the PS2 browser

where is ELF file? where can i get it?

 

from the game disk.
put the game in your DVD drive and go to "my computer"
then click on the DVD drive
look for a file called SLUS or something similar to that (like SCES for example)
