Fandub KINGDOM HEAERTS Birth by Sleep: Fandub Production (Need Help)

I gave a deadline for the [KHV] KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep fandub on November 20th. I casted a huge amount of members and I've received lines from everyone except two members. Eraques and Vexen are lacking roles in this production. I've contacted these two members for the two roles that are missing, but I've gotten no responds at all. Right now, time is going by, so I wanted to ask for you guys to help me out. A deadline is set for Tuesday, December 1st to send me in your lines for the two I mentioned above. Below are the lines that I need. Here's the deal. Your audition will be your final line in the production. So, early Tuesday I will make my choice for the role. The video will be posted on KHV for December 1st. Are you guys ready? I need your help, so please help me finish this video because it's already done and everyone else has worked so hard. If I can't receive auditions from you guys, I will personally leave them blank. I can't keep pushing this back due to two small lines.

Eraqus: This was one of the new characters that came up during the Tokyo Game Show event. Eraqus appears to be a samurai with a keyblade. It was confirmed that Erqus is a master of Aqua, Ven and Terra. We haven't heard Eraqus' voice yet, so I'm looking for a voice that sounds like Shang (deeper) or the Emperor from Mulan.
Gender: Male
Line 1: "Now we will begin the Master Qualifications exam. This is a test of the heart for those who have been chosen by the Keyblade Fortunately, Master Xehanort was able to come from far away to see this."

Even (Vexen): Even was an assistant of Ansem the Wise and has always been interested in studying Xehanort's memories. Vexen first appeared in KINGDOM HEARTS Chain of Memories. Vexen was behind Riku's replica and was later killed by Axel for betrayal of the Organization.
Gender: Male
Line 1: "I think I might have some sort of connection to you in the future...."

 

What a coincidence. I was just about to ask why the video hasn't been posted yet.

You know the line of Even : Line 1: "I think I might have some sort of connection to you in the future...."
It is crap you know. It is realy stupid. Of course they will have a connection. We all know so why mention it. No serious its a crapy line.

 

I was thinking about doing Even when you first put up this fandub, but I was overworked. I'll try an audition, i'm probably not any good, but it doesn't sound like you'll be picky.

 

For a group of people that like to see this done, you all sound really negative. I myself have auditioned for the two roles and a previous one he was missing. It be really cool if we can increase the size of the cast instead of having others, like me, fill up more roles. ^_^ You all should at least give it a shot. I know I had some fun recording my lines since I had to try multiple attempts to get the ones I like down solid. And it is good to hear yourself sound stupid sometimes. (It is a nice laugh, I know I ended up making some funny attempts the first couple of times.)

 

Don't blame Mike. Blame Square. They wrote the line, not Mike. Mike just translated it and that's what it said.


Besides, it's not a bad line. It's foreshadowing the events of Chain of memories and/or 358/2 days.

 

Actually I didn't translate all of this. I worked with KHI's staff member Lissar.
It may be off a little or even a lot, but it's a fandub. We are not the creators here.
I agree that the line is a bit odd, but what can I say?

If I have time, I'll redo my audition. I'm in the middle of college apps and finals though, so I'll try my best.

I wasn't really trying to tell anyone, I was mainly just stating my view on how the other post sound/look to me. ^_^ If anything we should find Even's line interesting since this just further proves Ven's connection to Roxas even further, which sort of is weird considering Roxas isn't Ven's nobody but Sora's... >3>

 

If I were male, I would totally attempt Even's lines...but I'm female. :(

Vexen's voice sounds pretty damn fruity in this so I say go for it. Just explain your situation to mike in the audition and I am sure he will at least hear you out.

 

Hey guys, I'm closing the auditions for this.
I'm sorry, but I'm trying to get this done. The voice over for Vexen got back to me.
Also I already picked the new Eraqus. Video will be up later in the afternoon today.

Also for future reference, a girl can audition for a male role.
Never feel like you can't. I know some girls who can really pull off a male voice.
So with that said, don't give up on that.

 

Well I don't blame anyone but I just think it isn't very strong writen. Realy no offence against Mike, Lissar or Square. It's an opinion not a attack!
