Kim Kardashian Divorces...After 72 Days of Marriage

Okay, so basically...Kim Kardashian and Kris Humpfries married. If you watched the show, she was going out with him, ect ect. He proposed. She accepted.

He's a Basketball Player, and she's...wow. I don't know. She promotes stuff and models? So I guess she's a "producer" and a "fashion designer" if that's what she can be called.

The ceremony was paid by E! Entertainment and if I recall, it was around 27 million dollars? I'm certain it was around that sum. Moreover, the couple gained about 18 million from promotions and wedding pictures and the televising of the event.

So then, she divorces. These news are pretty "old", but I really want to know what some of you think. Was it merely a media ploy to gain money. Or does she truly feel bad about losing her husband and it was merely a falling out?

Everything I've read about it says that she's tired of him mooching off of her and not going and doing anything, she's caught him with other women, etc. I figured it wouldn't last. She's better off, anyway. Hell, her sister's didn't even like him, and neither did her mother, so it was only a matter of time.

 

Meh, media ploy. If you can let people broadcast things in your life as episodes, then you can just as easily do something like this. And boy oh boy, talk about all the gossip and stuff that this is going to get. Unless someone gets robbed dry of their money, I say that it's fake. If someone DOES get everything taken though then....

Personally, I think it was just a media ploy. But, maybe it wasn't. Maybe they just couldn't live with each other, maybe they didn't get on. But I still wish them the best in life.

 

She's pathetic, so I think it was all for attention. Because there is no doubt in the world that people like her are attention whores.

I'll give the guy credit though... How he could stand her in marriage for 72 days? Well done.

 

With the extremely flashy wedding and the ridiculously expensive engadgement ring . . . of course I didn't expect it to last long. This is one of the Kardashians we're talking about, and dear lord I can't stand them.

 

I feel bad for Kris. Even though I'm not much of a Kardashian fan, but I know that Kim's not alone right now.

I can see it as a media ploy for attention, but not for money. He's a basketball player making tons of money, and Kim's a....whatever and has tons of money. She might be hot, but she's spolied beatch. It's sad that people degrade marriage like this and split up after less than a freakin year.

 

Honestly, I think Kim's just a goddamn brat.

A 27 million dollar wedding... there had better be a damn good reason for the divorce, that's all I'm going to say.
