Just about hit a couple because one of was just walking with their head down not looking and the other was just walking backward into the street without looking. Kids on our street just stand out there instead of standing away when waiting for the bus. Today of all days, their parents weren't out there with them. The roads are covered in snow and slippery, and I wouldn't have been able to stop. We're going to complain! This has been a problem for a long time, and I've almost hit kids before. I didn't almost hit this one, but on my way to get my mom one day there were kids in the road, and they all moved out of the way when they saw me, with the exception of this stupid little boy who just stayed standing there in the middle, and I was forced to go around him.
