    Xion's boots look sort of strange though, and Aqua looks a bit more like Yuffie to me.

    Hm...they're not bad. There's some technical things I can pick on, like shadows, because as is everything looks flat.
    The first leg on all of them is also thinner, and if that's supposed to be due to perspective, then that's what shading would help define.
    That and a variation in poses; even if they are meant to be similar, making them look exactly the same makes the overall composition less interesting.
