It's an OU tourney, so no. See smogon's OU rules and tier list for the rules of the tournament.

 

We're not following Smogon's rules completely, but using theirs as a basis for ours and making our own to keep the tournament more casual and open to more people. Unless people decided to follow OU rules. I haven't really looked yet.

 

I don't see a reason to not follow smogon's OU rules. Everything we've brought up so far is covered by them, and we can just remove certain clauses if we feel the need to.

Boostiken is pretty OP, but I hate their rules because mega Gengar and mega Lucario are banned because people were tired of getting their butts whipped even though they're both really fragile. Like, MG loses his invulnerability to EARTH QUAKE. The most over spammed move in that tier.
