Kingdom Hearts II KHII Manga in the US!!

Right, according to Amazon.com, the KHII manga is being released July 10, 2007 in the U.S.

As for the other three, there isn't a release date, or even a picture of the cover.
Ah well. I'm definately looking forward to this. ^^

um that's kinda strange i saw this other khII manga it's the seven day of roxas and its also adapted by Shiro Amano but...i think i saw the final mix sign on the bottom well anyways i'm excited i have my money ready and i'm gonna go to borders heheheh

 

That may have been the Jap. version.
I think the English version is a bit different. ^^

 

That's when it gets released everywhere i think. It's the same date of the Uk site.

Harry Potter 7 gets released only eleven days after this. And, Harry Potter being Harry Potter, wouldn't that, you know, hurt the sales?

I know they're not the same genre, and not even the same KIND of book, but HEY, this is Harry Potter. You know. Probably the most famous book series of our time. And to make it worse, HP7 is the last installment, so anyone who hasn't preordered will be itching to get their hands on it. It's a recipe for disaster for any other book released around that time, which includes the KH2 manga. I've seen it happen to other things before: When Dual Hearts was released (either right after or right before Kingdom Hearts), it failed to sell well because KH was much more famous. And what's sad is, it actually seemed like a pretty decent game.

I'm not trying to get off-topic with comparisons so I'll stop with that now >.>;;. All I'm saying is, Harry Potter is so dang popular, that it could kill the KH2 manga sales. And if the sales die, then we might not ever see the next installments!

As perfect as it seemed, and as excited as I am for the manga...Now I'm a bit worried >.<.

 

You forget how many insane, dedicated, and rabid fans are out there.
I'm including myself in that description, by the way. xD

Anyway, I don't think it will hurt. Fans loyal to each series will follow through.
As for me...I'll be buying both. x3

Who cares? Key word: ONE WEEK. ONE LONG WEEK. This won't even affect sales. Not to mention it comes out before Harry Potter. I mean, come on, it takes like 20 minutes to read a managa book. Not one week.

 

The other three havent been written in japanese yet. As with the KH1 ones, they get released quite a bit after the game comes out.

If the other three haven't been written yet... then how come I can find scans on the internet... or did they just decide to pack Roxas' entire intro into one book?

Oh well, I guess we still have a little over a week until we find out...

 

No, the Japanese versions have been writen. I remember seeing something about the 4th book in the news page a while back.

Besides, we only get them once they've been writen in Japan.

 

Where can I get them?? I though those were something else, like not mangas? ;___; If so Roxas is like on every cover....*runs off to try & buy them*
