Kingdom Hearts II KHII Final Mix+ Problem

Hey, I just bought the game recently and I was noticing a few cutscenes had no voices. Is that normal for KHII Final Mix+? It's the ones on this page --

-- I've gotten to where the third one just played on my PS2 an hour ago, but its not playing any sound, and I didn't see anything on what could be wrong (as the videos that you have do have the audio of the people speaking, albeit in japanese). Were those videos not in the original game, and therefore never got an english dub?

Yes, it's normal, like you said, since those scenes weren't in the original game there is no english voice acting.
However if you finish Re:CoM with Reverse\rebirth and Sora's story, you can choose to have japanese voices which in that case the new scenes will have voice acting in them though in japanese obviously.

 

Just adding on to that last part...

You can only hear these scenes in full Japanese audio in Theatre Mode. When you play through the game, they'll be silent-subbed.

This isn't uncommon for KH Final Mix games, or any revamped JP extended version games for that matter.
