Ok I'll try to bring down your theory.

For one; i think the conversation with Zexion and Xigbar had greater meaning, they mentions the great battles fought with those with the keys or something like that and a man with no memories appears. Okay i think that that man is Xehanort like many other people but i think his more connected with Baldy more then Af1. Reason for this is that Af1 seems to hate Xehanort (I'll explain this later) and i dont think he is part of Xehanort (as in his heartless, nobody or third being).

Okay heres my part on Xehanort. I think that after the FinalMix secret movie our good friend Mickey defeats Baldy and as an attemt to preserve himself he somehow reborned himself as Xehanort and he his the man with no memories mentioned by Xigbar. So if my ideas are right then Af1 is not a part of Xehanort.

Sunset horizen, I think this place is not Disney castle cause if it did it wouldn't go with my theory, I belive it is a world where Xehanort doesnt remember being as he was said to have shown up in R.G. with no memories so he may have used a corridoor of darkness to get there.

And thats all i remeber of my theory <_<

Ah yes and my theory on Mickey being there is that this takes place in the realm of darkness, so my theory on the time this goes on is that it takes place during Mickeys absence in thedark realm.

And on "Aqua" if that is her name, she is being held captive by Xemnas cause she's been captured and sealed there in the Room of Sleep if theres where that clip took place.

And my idea on the Starseeker is that Mickey since having a keyblade with a keychain also has the ability to chain its form too.

Tell you the truth I'm still trying to see where this conversation comes in, I have an idea but I also have a lack of evidence so not posting it...yet!!!!!!!:D

It could be that Xehanort didn't lose his memories when he became a heartless/nobody, and that he deleted those files from the computer. Maybe his heart was strong enough to the point he didn't lose his memories. Have you seen any other heartless like Ansem? Even SORA was turned into a puny shadow, whereas Xehanort got to keep his general form.

Yeah... that's all I have at the moment :D

Also! The thing on the cover of the case is the main knight guy's keyblade, it's just the middle part so it looks more like a sword

 

well about Sora only being a shadow and not in a higher form, it was most likely that the distaste for darkness is why sora was so puny. Xeha completely embraced the darkness to the point of not accidently turning into a heartless (like other people) he chose to actually sacrifice his whole being to find ultimate knowledge/power.

Now about that case cover. I highly doubt that that has anything to do with the real game. I say this because Nomura is working on the FFXIII project, if I remember correctly he hasn't even started (except for the basic plotline). So thats why I think its completely fan made

 

As for the title of the next game, I do not think just because "Birth by sleep" is in english it means it will be the title. I believe the trailer "Another Side" was in english too(although it's been a while). Also other words in English from the first tralier are:

Master of the Keyblade
The Lost Two
Memory of Xehanort
Chasers
Keyblade War

and then it says, "it all begins with Birth by Sleep"...

Actually it would be kinda cool if these were the actual titles of the games in the new series, although that would mean there are six new games in the series which I somewhat doubt they would have THAT many planned at this point.

If I had to guess, I think the new game will be something completely unexpected yet still in theme with the series, along the lines of "Source of Memory" or "Awakened Hearts"....

 

I agree that there have been other words in English. But I'm just saying that it was the only phrase that was in english which means something
