KH2FM+: Help with HP Code

I am using PCSX2 to play Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, and I need some help with the Boss Stat Modifier code. I first used this code to replace Goofy with a Shadow, and the following to modify its hp to 255.

(I even jokered the hp part to R2, just in case, using

I have tried just using each of the hp lines by them selves, and it still didn't work.

Any help is appreciated.
