Kingdom Hearts II kh2 questions

1. Where are the bulky vendor heartless? (pic:

) I know what worlds they're supposed to be in, but I'm having a hard time finding them. (Specific room names please).

2. Where are some good spots to level final form? I used to train at Proof of Existance, but now that I fought Xemnas (the first time) I no longer change back with my drive gage refilled when I enter that room.

 

For the Bulky Vendors, they are in:
Land of Dragons: Checkpoint
Olimpous Colusioum: The Underworld enterance
Holloween Town: Candy Cane Lane
Agrabah: Bizzare
Beast's Castle: West Wing

After you meet one, visit all the other locations to make it respawn.

As for leveling Final, go to that one area after the place where you fight Xigbar in TWTNW.

 

thecoder180 pointed out the Bulky Vendor locations already.

For levelling up Final Form though, I suggest going to the Altar of Naught, aka the final room of the game. Enter it while in a Form, and you get full Drives. You can get quite some Exp by killing Nobodies in the previous room (the one with the appearing glass bridges), and going back there.
