Kingdom Hearts II KH2 keyblades in KH3

Do you think the KH2 keyblades will be in KH3? Unlike the transition from KH1 and KH2, there doesn't seem to be a valid reason for Sora to just "lose" his KH2 keyblades.

 

Depending on which KH3 your talking about. He doesn't lose the keyblade at all. In Birth By Sleep because that's before he was born. You must also understand that Sora doesn't have more than one keyblade, he has a keychain that goes on the end and it changes the keyblade (Kinda like your car keys :xp:)

If you're talking about 358/2 days, the problem is he's sleeping.

If your talking about Kingdom Hearts: Coded, he's probably not even in that one.

To answer the actual question, probably not 358/2 days, but the other ones probably.

 

Actually I meant the game that'll probably come out after those three.

 

Yeah, I think so. It would hardly do to have him use oblivion to fight heartless at the start, right?

If there is, It would highly depend on what it's about.

Yeah, he will lose his keyblades.

He lost them in CoM. (He never uses anything other than a Kingdom Key)

There is also no reason why he have lost his KH1 Keychains in KH2.

It would just kill the game to start out with the best equipment.

Most likely they just wont even mention him ever having other keyblades.

All games do it, but Metroid is the most notorious for never explainging why the main character loses all the weapons from the previous chapter.

 

Well KH:CoM converted Sora's extra keyblades (except for Kingdom Key) into cards which explains why he lose those keyblades.

In KH2 maybe Sora's transition from the Realm od Darkness back to the Destiny Islands caused him to lose his KH2 keyblades.

 

How? The Org said they used his memories to give him the Keyblade cards.

I never seen a Org member reach into Sora's pockets and jack him for his key chains.

 

They also didn't reach in Donald's head and remove the memory portion of his brain to make him forget his spells. When Sora stepped inside Castle Oblivion, he lost everything (for he had to lose to find, as Marluxia says), including his items. They just disappeared along with his memories. Marly then sampled his memories of collecting those keyblades and turned them into memory cards that gave his Kingdom Key new abilities whilst using them.

 

But it is cannon that Castle Oblivion can alter memories, Namine could change them, but the castle itself could make them forget.

So, it makes sense that Donald could forget.

But as far as actually losing keychains, it doesnt make sense. There is no mention of items being lost.

The only reason you dont have KH1 keys in KH2, is because it would kill the fun of finding new keyblades.

 

Maybe, but I'm just trying to find a logical reason (well, locical in the KH sense) for certain things being lost.

 

if they end the series at kh3, chains from kh1 & kh2 might be in it for sentimental reasons.
